The place is called Kabul Halal Meat. Previous owner/management was good. Me and my family were their loyal customers for a decade. The new owner/management ("Ahmed") is terrible! I did my newborn daughter's aqiqah through them and they literally cheated me! When I placed the order for a goat, they quoted me one price and we agreed upon it, but when I went to pick it up, they increased the price by $50! We agreed on $260 for the whole goat, but upon pick up, they changed their statement and started calculating per lb! This was crazy because I shopped other places for aqiqah before, even my brother did his son's few months back, and it's always priced for the whole goat (as in quarbani). But these guys took advantage of me because I already invited ~50 people and couldn't cancel the event. It's the classic bait-and-switch technique! I don't know what to call them but bunch of cheaters and liars.

One of the worst cudtomer service ever i got. It was the first time visit for the kurbani. Originaly told that meat will get 2nd day. Try to call them hundread time but to going through always goes to vm . Then i went to store complain about it saying because too many call are coming. Then told that their macine got broken so will not get meat until 5th days . I was so mad but what can be done now. Problem is this owner took too many order which he is not capable of doing. Any how learn from mistake. I would recomand people bedore you order any big order or kurbani think many time.

Went inside the store to buy lamb ,I asked the man behind the counter if the lamb is baby Ontario lamb ,he said yes so I did buy part of the lamb . Oh boy when I cooked it ,it was so tough to eat. It was like eating leather so fatty and extremely chewy , no one could eat it. I believe it was an old sheep and not what I have asked, I was told it was. Bad experience with this store.

I bought 2 packs of Ethiopian injera which was suppose to be "pure Teff" but it doesn't look, smell or test like injera. It got bad in less than a week time. This is such an embarrassment!!

The meat quality is below par, not a real butcher shop. Probably can get better meat at No Frills across from it. Not sure about the rest of the store, but don't bother with the meat here.

My new favourite Butchers. Great service, EXCELLENT quality meat, even better prices! Friendly crew, and a great change from my old butcher. Overall 5/5!

This store provides poor customer service in person and on the phone. I don't know if they're aware of it. But for me I'm done with this place.
