এটি কমলাপুর রেলস্টেশনের ঠিক অপসিট পাশে অবস্থিত। এখানে নির্দিষ্ট কোন বাস টার্মিনাল না থাকলেও ম্যাক্সিমাম লোকাল বাসগুলো এখানে যাত্রী উঠানামা করে থাকেন। ইকবাল এসি বাস, অনাবিল, গ্রীন অনাবিল, রাইদা সহ আরো অনেক ভালো বাস এই রুটে চলাচল করে থাকে। এখানে শুধুমাত্র একবাল এসি বাসের টিকিট কাউন্টার আছে, এছাড়া আর কোন বাসের টিকিট কেটে উঠতে হয়না। যেকোন বাসে আপনি চাইলেই উঠে আপনার গন্তব্য স্থলে পৌছাতে পারবেন।

Kamalapur bus station is the oldest bus station in Dhaka city. It is located in front of Kamalapur railway station. People from different places reach Dhaka city by train and different people from Dhaka come to this railway station by train to go to their village home, so there is a lot of demand at this bus station.
