I struggle with places like Kanata Centrum Shopping Centre. There is a lot here. Many stores. Many restaurants. But it's very spread out and and trying to get around on foot in the winter is nothing less than a dangerous ordeal. If you don't slip on the ice you may be run over by drivers struggling to see through the frost, snow or fogged windows. If you've bought something you may have to drag it around for the 2km round trip from one end to the other.....in whatever weather. Steaming heat or freezing rain. It's expected EVERYONE will be driving everywhere playing musical chairs with car parks as they go. Canada just isn't the place to build shopping centers like this. I dislike it more every time I go there. By contrast, Bayshore Mall is also big, but much more suited to Ottawa's climate and the physical limitations of humans in foot.

I recently visited the Kanata Centrum Shopping Centre and was impressed with the variety of stores and services available. From clothing to electronics, groceries to home décor, this shopping Centre has it all. The layout is easy to navigate and the atmosphere is pleasant, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating areas. The ample parking and convenient location make it a convenient destination for all your shopping needs.

A variety of different stores for your shopping needs. Been going to Centrum for many years now. The restaurants/food stores have changed the most over the years, a few of the other stores have changed too. A mix of restaurants, grocery, home, sports, technology, auto, movie theatre, and other assorted store types. Generally, a pretty good place to go shopping, just be mindful of covid rules of course.

Love the mall. Great shopping..but held onto daughter's purse while at washroom and had my own purse.Husband gone to get vehicle.Seemed very quiet around pop corn entrance.I was nervous as a young man just sitting there kept looking at my purse.I was trying to think what I should do in case.I think better security is needed.This was in the afternoon.Very upset and nervous.

You can come to this restaurant before the opening of the movie. There are many kinds of beer flavors for you to experience. There is a set of small cups of beer for each flavor, and you can find your favorite flavor. I highly recommend the food here is delicious, As long as you have experienced it once, you will want to come again, and it is also very good to walk around.

I love love to shop they have a lot Of different stores to choose from for all ur needs! I had an opportunity to get what I needed with no issues! Lots of traffic in this area! I enjoy the fact that there is a lot of food restaurants to choose from! Landmark cinema is the best theatre I have been to! Sport check we were able to purchase my sons winter jacket !

A gigantic shopping area that pretty much has everything you could possibly be looking for. In addition it has a number of great spots to eat and plenty of parking space. The place loses a point for the convoluted streets. It's hard to gauge where you have to go in order to get anywhere. Overall it's a great place to walk around and discover new shops.

They have a couple of overpriced bar food joints and a couple of franchised restaurants. Mary Brown has good fast food chicken...... actually the best fried chicken.....there is a major book store turned overpriced boutique....Bell is there selling their products....a party store that seems quite busy...it is a complex area best visited and assessed.

Half the mall is empty of businesses. The places near the theater and headed towards Walmart had been filled but the areas thought of had barely any access to the parking lot and are largely blocked off by view from the street. The places that are filled are usually pretty busy. Hoping the mall can rebuild in the recovery stage of post covid era.

Nice small shopping location equipped with service establishments and retail stores of many varieties. The roads and the direction of travel can be confusing If you are new to the area. Overall it's a nice location to shop and enjoy the weather outside while grabbing either a bite to eat on the go, or sit down and enjoy the establishments

The availability of stores is great, but the roads make no sense. This part of Centrum has not been planned well. It's often a joke for those who have experienced it. I'll often find other ways to avoid the internal road layout as much as possible. Other than the road situation, it's a good mall with a lot of stores to meet your needs.

This centrum has a lot of great places to shop at. They have many restaurants to many electronic stores such as best buy. They also got a great movie theater which is in a great spot because after movies you could go down to the restaurants and grab a bite or go shopping at the Walmart. The parking spaces are great for many cars.

This shopping centre has everything you could possibly look for! There's tons of restaurants, clothing stores and others so it's a place for all. There's tons of parking spaces, both regular and for handicapped. It is very hard to navigate along the streets which is very stressful. I highly recommend if you're in the area!

The main area is good and stays occupied over the years. But the 'city walk' area by the theatres is brutal in the winter. Constantly revolving tenants! And c'mon!! What is up with the empty Future Shop - still empty after at least FIVE YEARS!!!!!!!!!! What an eyesore for the Holiday Inn across the street.

This is an outdoor mall with considerable distance between the entrances of each store, forcing one to drive between stores, unless you park strategically... That said, the selection of stores is nice, and honestly most visits are for only one or two stores at a time. Stores are relatively well maintained.

A ton of variety, easy highway and neighbourhood access, movie theatre too! What’s not to like about this place other than the horrible street layout around the restaurants and movie theatre. And somebody please fill up the future shop with something. But other than that it’s great.

Meets expectations, venue is nice. Food is better than most, but they have a good variety of beverages, large and accomodating including a nice outdoor patio. Great for dinner and movie night, nicer than the Montreal location for access, lots of parking and less crowded.

Pretty good selection of stores and restaurants. Great movie theatre with reclining seats. Has the major banks, not just bank machines. Even has grocery store. Very convenient. Easy access. Lots of free parking (a rarity in Ottawa). It also has a very nice hotel.

Great CT. Sometimes the way the garage handles there approach with customers is not to my liking, but this is more a corporate problem on pursuing the up sell. The staff are always kind and helpful. If you need or want to go to a CT this is a good one.

Great place to go for good food and entertainment. I’ve gone and seen multiple movies there and they are by far better than any theatre, many food/drink options available to you. Stores/mall is there as well, making the commute convenient to you.

Nice "village" shopping area. Seems to have been designed assuming everyone will drive there. Getting around by foot not that great - limited sidewalks and crosswalks. Many empty stores and restaurant areas over the past few years, unfortunately.

Needs renewal, but has a Best Buy, 2 large Pet related stores Petsmart and Ren Pets, and a nice Chapters Indigo bookstore as well as CoCO tea bubble tea shop, Health store, Dollarama and even Canada Computers store..it's actually pretty awesome.

Shopping centre is very busy with lots if stores. Traffic design is a bit ifca nightmare as no lanes line up? Lots of parking but it is so big you usually don't walk from one store to the other but get in your car again as walking is not safe.

Many places for food, shopping, parking and cinema's. Most of the cinema rooms are now equipped with recliners. Is accessibility friendly. Popcorn too expensive. The only draw back is the bottle neck for exits when leaving Kanata Centrum.

It's a mall, there are a lot of empty shops around the the theatre, and you best know what store you're looking for, because it's a sprawling location broken up by parking lots and roads. Not very walkable, especially in the rain or snow

Has the big box stores you expect but getting around by car is awful, getting around on foot completely unpleasant. We call it the worst parking design experience in town. It is places like these that make me so happy to use Amazon!

Great selection of restaurants but parking and navigating the large space can be a challenge. Could have been better planned by the city. AMC theatres and the surrounding restaurants are the attraction and is generally a busy spot.

This centre is so convenient. It has so many stores to help you do one stop shopping for groceries, home, restaurants movie theaters and services. Across the street is a Shoppers Drug Mart and places to buy beer and alcohol.

Best place and must visit if you are tourist or driving by.. Everything you need is just in that area. Make sure you bring your credit card... lol . My Favorite places are Pizza place, Booster juice and mucho burritos .

Pretty much the usual cookie cutter stores with a few extras. Parking lot is difficult to maneuver for new comers, so be patient. Great assortment of fast and sit down restaurants and most big stores you would need.

Stopped into Best Buy to pick up our laptop from Geek Squad Store wasn't busy and we were out after about 30mins. Service could have been faster. Associate seemed to be new. Good experience overall though. …

Three brewers is amazing and so are the entire staff at landmark and tip top. I would highly recommend the smoke shop where they stock pipes, cigars (including Romeo y Juliet no. 2) and lots of accessories.

This out door mall has a Farmboy, shoppers drug mart, a Liquid store, Dairy Queen and a Rogers. Of course there are many other fine shops to spend your money in. There is plenty of parking.

Visiting Kanata centrum shopping centre was awesome! This shopping hub in Ottawa stands out for its diverse selection of stores and eateries, catering to all kinds of needs, and tastes.

The one stop plaza for your daily needs, from Courier needs to fancy Restaurants you have it all. The Walmart here doesn't sell produce which is a pain, but you have loblaws to suffice.

An OK place to visit. Walmart, Indigo, Dollarama, Canada Computers and more. Plenty of useful stores to visit. Canadian Tire is just across the street. Convenience and good parking.

Fun little area, a variety of stores and lots of parking. I don’t mind coming here as it’s usually not too crazy or busy. But recommend checking it out if you need something quick.

It's impossible to walk around. And it's like driving through a maze filled with other confused drivers. A place like this should have been an indoor mall.

Have been living in kanata most of my life, tthe centrum was once full of life yet unfortunatly due to high rent costs its a badic ghost town now...

Unfortunately a lot of stores have closed but the ones that are open have a great buzz and there’s a great movie theatre landmark 4 Dollar Sundays

Went into cigaravana, it's nice clean and has friendly service. I only wish they had a better selection of cigars, It was limited in variety.

It's starting to look more like a ghost town than a shopping center that has some decent restaurants and a few stores that have survived.

It has wide range of stores including the grocery, eatery, coffee shops. It's like a one stop place for food, entertainment shopping

Loads of shops and restaurants and a huge cinema, located along the 417 and also connected to the OCTranspo transit route.

Found everything and then some in this mall. My goodness they have it all come see for yourself. Lots of parking
