I came in looking for a few cool pieces of furniture for my 22 year old son's new apartment. Not only did I pick up a couple of neat pieces (at wonderful prices), I felt like I made a couple of new friends. Kim Kanell bent over backwards to help find things to suit my needs. There are so many hidden gems in the store, you really need to walk around all the rooms, and then speak with Kim...rest assured she'll help you find what you're looking for. While there, don't miss out on the opportunity to have a chat with Plato, Kim's father. A WWII veteran, Plato is what this country is about. A true gentleman and a great storyteller...meeting him will make you want to call your dad!

Kept driving by this place and always was curious what they had in there. Finally made the stop and was super impressed by their unique selections yet super reasonable pricing. Everything is very unique but not flimsy quality, and super budget friendly. Went in for a coffee table and found the perfect one without even thinking about it. The owner was helpful but not overly watchful. She even helped me load the table into my car! Would definitely recommend for a unique, stylish, modern find without breaking your wallet. Will be coming back next time I need anything!

Best furniture store in SLC. I love their selection. They always have great designs and colors that you don’t see anywhere else. I’ve bought several pieces from them and when I’m looking for something that stands out they’re always my first choice. The prices are fair and the quality is great too. The furniture is sturdy and well built. On top of that, they’re extremely friendly and their service is next to none. I’d rate them higher than 5 stars if I could.

I bought a custom sectional here, because I have a funny shaped living room and needed a specific shape and size. All I have to say is they exceed my every expectation. The quality was awesome and the price even better. My girlfriend struggled to find a fabric she liked and the store was patient and just keep getting sample after sample until she found the one she loved. I was in need of a new banana chair, and options for buying these lovely chairs are very limited, both online and local... or at least they appeared to be until I found this place!! Kanell's has so many banana chairs, it's just plain bananas! Great selection in a cool little local shop that's worth checking out. Staffers are super nice too. Worth a visit!

Locally and family opperated! phenomenal aesthetic and great prices. I purchased a coffee table With two extensions/side tables for the price of one that would have been half as nice at other similar places. if your into interior design and home decor like I am you’ll love this spot! I’ll Be back!

Kanell's has the best selection of unique furniture we have seen so far in SLC. Lots of their pieces are made right here in SLC too! The owners are amazing and we had such a wonderful experience working with them to pick out our perfect couch. If I could leave more than 5 STARS I would!

I got the most beautiful emerald green couch from here! It is so comfortable, and the velvet upholstery is buttery soft. They delivered it the next day. Kim was a joy to work with. I highly recommend stopping by, they have so much unique and beautiful furniture to pick from.

This place has really good furnitures with reasonable prices. The most important thing of their products is that they are so comfortable (specifically, their sofas and lounge chairs are worth seating). You should go there and try some. Strongly recommend.
