This is a popular and busy park along the base of the Kangaroo Point Cliffs. The long park is composed of a number of differrent landscapes and facilities including picnic areas, open grassed sections and intimate seating areas. The pedestrian and bike paths are a little narrow in places, there is a need to keep a lookout for bikes and scooters at commute times. Limited parking at either end, steep stair access of River Terrace above.

The picnic tables were usable but could have been cleaner. They did not look as well maintained as others along the riverbank. The paths were excellent, with one for walking and another for cyclists and scooter types. Nice views.

An Excellent place to spend some quality time. Toilets nearby, 4P free parking available. Beautiful view of City skyline alongside river. You can hire kayak, water bike, bike, rollerblade from RiverLife adventure centre which is just few steps away. Climbing the cliff can be another adventure but should be in supervision of Qualified instructor. Bbq plates available in park.

Offering rock climbing to scenic views and bit of fitness walking the stairs to upper look out provides a exceptional wide view of brisbane city and the river from story bridge around to motorway . Photography buffs would appreciate this

Great place to relax and absorb the beautiful city that Brisbane is! Plenty of shade and seating along the way! If you're feeling energetic walk and bike paths clearly mark alonf waterfront. Also fo those fit people the stairs are a great training place! One of my favourite spots to just chill out!

Go there a few times a week, with our environmental t-shirts on, for the stairs, paths, other people putting an effort into exercising. I do each session with my bocchi balls, 7 kilogram harness, walking fast, that exercises, both muscle groups, to keep fit for my career, in community services

Kangaroo Point Cliffs is one of the best part of city view you can get. You can also have BBQ and picnic in Kangaroo Point Cliffs Park. Electric grills available for your BBQ. Table and seats available for a great picnic with family and friends.

Terrible experience , just when all the way down where there are few parkings and when I tried to go back , the lane is very narrow and I had to reverse 2 times from halfway because there's no traffic light to regulate that part of the road .

Nice place to nature walking and enjoy river landscape. many activities can join example pingpong, walking, ride bike, dancing,…. plenty of trees and jacarandas to see. plenty of parking. love to see city in night when the city in light.

One of the best picnic spots in Brisbane to relax, take in the city views and even do some rock climbing. Have a delicious meal at The Cliffs Cafe if you want to take things slow and enjoy the panoramic views from the top of the cliffs.

I was here for the CEO dusk to dawn fun run. Felt safe at night with plenty of lighting and possums around for entertainment. Watch your pizza though - they know how to open the boxes! Looks like Hawaiian is their favourite...

Took a walk from the Story bridge around the Riverside path and then up the stairs to the view along the top. Will be better when the numerous construction and repair works are complete.

One of the must visit for tourist for getting an excellent view of south and north of Brisbane City. Take stairs and go got a river side walk , or for a ride in the brisbane river!

Hit and miss on how busy they are and if busy, annoying to get in and out of. But if you can get a park, super convenient for the bbqs downstairs and the rock climbing

The climbing cliffs could be a bit better maintained but the views are to die for so don't let a little long grass ruin the views of a life time

Nice view of the city and river. Café nearby so you can take some time and soak it up. Make sure there’s no game on at the Gabba though.

Perfect spot for a barbecue overlooking the stunning buildings and bridges! Always well kept and the people are always super helpful.

Beware not all the parking spaces are free, it’s not obvious so double check when you park.
