I don't recommend coming here to study. There are four main reasons. Firstly, the resources, they have very few resources, many papers need to contact the librarian to get them for you. You can't open OpenAthens directly, even if you use the student email they gave you to log in, you can't access it properly. They also pay full price for very few papers. Imagine a university with more than ten disciplines, and they only buy thousands of papers for you, and allocate less than a few hundred to each discipline, is this a cultural desert? Secondly, it is the quality of teaching. Their IT-related faculty members are really limited in their abilities. I know that professors are never omnipotent, but it seems that they are not as competent as professors in ordinary universities. I've met almost ten lecturers, and their ability is still limited to reading PowerPoint. Their lectures are boring and have very little content, and can you believe that more than half of a lecture is spent watching YouTube? Recently, my esteemed professor stopped speaking in the middle of his lecture for some reason. There was no noise or other inattentive behaviours, everyone listened to him with eyes wide open, and then he left in a few minutes. This is ridiculous. I wouldn't be here if I didn't have some problems dealing with stress. The third is the opaque organisational relationship. I have been here for three semesters now. But for the first time I experienced an enrollment system that went wrong, and I wasted my entire holiday trying to get them to do their job. Their student service and IT supporter kick back and forth, they don't tell me what's going on and they don't tell me how they're going to deal with the problem. There are confidentiality agreements at work, but there are countless ways to explain to the victim why. They didn't even explain what happened, they just told me it was fixed. Fourthly, it is their service attitude. I don't know if it's because I found a bug in their system, but a few of them just treated me very badly. It was as if I was collecting their debts. Recently I happen to have an assignment and survey related, I would like to take this opportunity to find out what kind of organisation I am in, I just want to ask them three questions, they even answered that their time is very precious and they don't have time to answer. what fxxk! What kind of person gives you the right to say such a thing, I can't believe that someone from a normal educational organisation would be so busy that they don't even have time to answer three questions and I had an appointment with them before that. They never care about their students, as evidenced by their ugly student portal page. I don't know if there are any other students who feel the same way as I do who are attending this organisation. Their booking system has recently been revamped, so I don't even know the name of the person I'm booking with. I really don't recommend it. They are always hiding something and don't want us students to know. We all know that if we don't tell our customers, we will lose our business sooner or later. I hope kaplan will close down soon and stop harming all the students.

*Be Aware of this SCAM school**Do not recommend* I feel compelled to share my experience with KBS (name of the school) to warn other students about their unfair refund policy. Despite paying a substantial $2500 for admission, I decided to withdraw and requested a refund. Shockingly, I was only refunded $500. What's even more unjust is that I hadn't even received the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) yet, leaving me puzzled as to why they withheld the majority of my payment. This situation has convinced me that KBS is operating in a dishonest manner, and I urge all students to be aware of this potential scam. My attempt to communicate my concerns and seek a fair resolution was met with indifference from the school's administration. Their lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to address the issue only further reinforced my belief that KBS is taking advantage of students' hard-earned money without providing the services they deserve. Considering the lack of transparency, delayed documentation, and the unfair refund policy, I strongly advise prospective students to exercise caution when considering KBS as an educational institution. It is crucial to explore alternative options that prioritize student welfare and offer ethical practices.

This uni’s student service is exceptional. Very good on every aspect from teaching, guidance from the teachers, and student advisers. I have a mental health condition while studying, but they really helped me a lot along the way, which help me remain hopes and on track with my study. I am still doing my study here, and I love everything about this place. Their following up and kind guidance is so good and helped me a lot. The counselling people are awesome as well. The manager, student experience officers, teachers are all dedicated, very friendly and helpful. I am grateful to this uni for their helps along my study journey. Maybe more of career activities and career staff members. Great tuition fees as well, lovely scholarships, and supports. Much appreciate. T,H.

During this pandemic eventhough I am a new student, I have the best experience studying offshore at KBS Adelaide compared to my friends from other Australian universities. I joined the Student ambassador program and Peer-Mentorship program. Both programs helped me gain connections and have more interactions with peers for any concerns. The peer mentorship program really helped me as a new international student, I was guided accordingly. They don't judge their mentees but inspire them more to do their best. I achieved my goal on my first assessment because of their guidance and advice on my concerns. I appreciate the efforts of the school to make their students comfortable even offshore.

Very poor expeience, staff at reception is not very helpful, teachers not very supportive in terms of assignments and overcoming barriers towards assignments. They expect you to know everything even if you come from a different background. Overall i wouldn't recommend this college to anyone. Rather pay more fees and go to uni sa , or adelaide uni.

Today i visited the campus to get my provisional certificates but it was closed. And on the website, it shows they are open. At least they should inform us like campus is closed from this date to this date.. Campus really wasted my time today.
