Called the number. Karl answered on the second ring. He asked me relevant questions. He was polite and patient. He was quite busy at the time and was not able to work me in for the initial consultation the same week ... but he offered the following week. At this point, I am still interviewing other accountants (who were able to get me in sooner) and will write a more complete review should I end up working with Karl.

We started a small business in 2022 and not confident about preparing our taxes. Even though I was late in contacting Karl, he was able to work us in and complete our taxes. We appreciate Karl's professionalism, consideration, willingness to listen, taking time answer our questions and offer suggestions for success.
