I had purchase an insurance, and even after one year and over 30 calls two agents are still not answering my calls and replying for the cashback. They are complete cheat looking at their behaviour. One of them is Keval Shah and his manager Bharat, they both are avoiding giving cashback as promised while selling policy. Not replying to texts, calls. Very unprofessional and cheat behaviour. Disappointed. Only reason I bought policy from here was the name of Kataria, i even had bought car from their franchise but never again. Worst experience. Zero stars deserved. Kindly look into your executives Keval and Bharat, i am seeing other reviews mentioning their names as well.

Yesterday I have received call for car insurance, Untrained staff not able to reply properly, and told roughly that you ie I am not interested to insurance of car. How and why I weast time, when already since 2004 I am regular customer of katariya

I had taken insurance last year for my car. They manipulated with car details to sell the insurance policy. Now they do not take the call. The employees have changed and do not even respond.
