I have brought 2 NAN baby milk powders for my baby at keels super Liberty plaza branch one milk packet was damaged inside the box when I opened at home, I went back to same branch to change but the manager Mr. Mahinda said me that he can't do anything on this. I don't know where I can complain on this. I'm a long time customer on keels and I didn't expect this bad experience wit keels super.

Keels Liberty is located on the Basement of the Liberty Plaza, Which is Having Very good parking spaces has entrance from both duplication road side for walk in and vehicle can be park inside the Liberty Plaza car park. It has Vegetable store , Meat store ,Pharmacy , Wine store , Bakery and pasty shop and any other low to high end consumer goods. Friendly staff and has daily offers.

Extremely slow check out. Weighing machines are often not manned. Staff not trained cos over charge - eg. 2 mini french rolls bundled and price marked at rs 70 but they will bill for rs 140. Also marked downs are wrong. Sticker on freezer says discount but point of sales will charge full and say prices have changed. Have to check each individual item on bill to ensure no mistakes

It's a good kind of super market. Basically has everything what you need. There's an area for pastry shop and you can buy something to eat and eat it there. There are two chairs and tables for you to enjoy your meal. You can't take a proper meal but it's worth for the small cravings as well as for the sudden hungers. The liberty plaza parking can be used by keells customers which is very convenient and handy. Multiple billing counters are operating all the time and the staffs are helpful. I whant to experience the all kells branches to review this branch but this is overall same as the dhiwala kells branch . This branch have some bigger area to park . And good on costumer Services as well. Also all kells branches are offering some cool discounts on products . I recommend this store for grocerie shopping.

Great place. Has many essential things. But placing of the bag lockers and the counter is weird. Sometimes yiu have to travel across the place to take your bags and leave.
