I went to Cody Okuda on a recommendation. I saw him once and then I was seen by all of the other techs and therapists. I did not see Cody again. The treatment went well and I avoided surgery. However, my insurance changed policy. mid treatment and the office was informed that my insurance would only cover $50 per visit. The front office said they would bill my insurance and if they did not pay more than the $50, they would change the billing to cash pay which would be $80 per visit.I could then bill my insurance. I finished treatment in July. I was never informed what was happening with my insurance. I started getting bills for $350 and $415 per visit. My insurance paid $50 as they said they would, and I got billed the remainder. I called in many times to talk to someone about my bill. When I finally spoke to someone they said they couldn't do anything because it was already billed to insurance. Anyone who knows anything about medical billing knows that you can write off the bill. I called the office, I called the billing office, and my attorney called in. They didn't answer and return calls, but kept sending bills. I paid the price that was agreed upon if my insurance wouldn't pay. I continued to get bills. Megan is a great therapist. She probably knows nothing about this billing nonsense, but I am giving a 1 review because this office does not have integrity. They do not stand by their word. They just continue saying that they can do nothing about my bill. I have been charged $500 more than I should have been charged. They will do nothing about it. I got a response on this post from someone to call or email so they could make it right. I called and emailed twice, but have not heard back from anyone. I called the number again and got the same response. We can not do anything about your bill. You owe $492. So apparently they do not want to make it right. I did not get any response to the emails I sent.

In 2017 I had a serious leg injury that required several surgeries and thousands of hours of physical therapy (PT). In 2020, I was just about done with my recovery, but unfortunately in February I got an infection that required an ER visit, 2 week hospital stay and another surgery to remove hardware. Subsequently I had to start PT over from scratch. After leaving the rehab hospital and finishing in-home PT, I needed to continue my rehab at an out patient facility. I used to attend the clinic at the Air Force hospital on Nellis AFB, but because of the COVID-19 threat, I had to seek an off base clinic. The in-home therapists recommended Kelly Hawkins on Grand Montecito and I couldn't be happier with that idea. From the very first interaction trying to clear up issues with my insurance (TriCare), they've been wonderful, professional and understanding. Cody Okuda and his team of therapists, assistants, and techs have made an enormous quality of life improvement for me. I've made huge amounts of progress and blown away previous milestones. I never imagined I'd be this far along this fast. My health is the most important thing to me and I wouldn't be where I am today without this clinic. And it's not just me, everybody that I see in this clinic is treated with dignity and respect by the professionals employed here. I will be forever thankful for what they've done for me and can't thank them enough!!

The quality of care was sub par and causing frustration.  A course of care seemed disorganized at best, and was providing zero relief or progress. Staff was friendly but that only goes so far.  I hope this was just unfortunate timing for me and this isnt normal or consistent for the clinic.  I saw Cody (head PT) for about 10 minutes the first day, then he just sat behind his computer every other visit as the other folks were stumped as to handle what should be a common injury, pinched herniated cervical. Unacceptable in my opinion.   I should of been more outspoken but I figured the pros had a winning plan and I should just be patient.   The clinic is also cramped, dirty, and the equipment is old and in poor repair.  After 5 visits I had to move on and it should of been sooner. The insurance billing also seemed suspect as Cody was listed as seeing me multiple times and he bills at a higher rate, this could be explained I suppose if he was reviewing my chart?? After switching I was emailed asking where I had been and to schedule. I replied with a similar response as this review and never was contacted again. I would steer clear of this Hawkins location if you have a similar condition, terrible experience. I have been to Fyzical on Cheyenne and Tim Souder, both positive experiences.

I found Kelly Hawkins P.T. online. There was one common denominator in all the reviews....they all mentioned how great Cody was as their Physical Therapist! Previously I had committed to 3 months of P.T. with another company, and at that location I didn't feel I was improving, so I left and resigned to just needing more time to heal. After 2 months of NO therapy I realized I needed to find a different place that would be able to address my limitations. So I made an appointment with Cody and it was the best decision! I have only 5 sessions so far and have made advancements in such little time! I am very happy with my improvements and I have just started working with them here. It is nice to know I WILL be able to move forward with activities; verses thinking I will have to remain on the sidelines of life! I have also worked with Hagen and he does a fantastic job as well. If you are looking for help with Physical Therapy give this office a call.

This place is shady. They billed me for my $50 copay for each of my visits and then when it came time for my last visit they decided I needed extra visits and oh look, I also have a billing code that wasn't covered by the copays I already paid. After I proved them wrong they gave me a printed billing statement showing I was all good and then OVER A YEAR LATER they sent it to collections anyway. On top of that, they're basically just a strip mall chiropractor. They made me do stretches and shock therapy (while they weren't even in the room) and then gave me a massage. I've been to actual chiropractors who provided better service. AVOID!

Cody is not only extremely knowledgeable, he's AWESOME! I've had physical therapy before but none that measure up to this level of quality. Best physical therapy office in Las Vegas. Delonna is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Amber M is not only kind and sweet but is extremely professional. Others in the same type of position could really learn from her. Micah is also very sweet and professional and I had a an MUA and shoulder arthroscopy. I couldn't get through this without Micah. Jacque is also very knowledgeable. Again, thank you Cody for having the best PT and employees!!!

Thank you to ALL of you, who have been there with me and for me for the last 8 months! I had shoulder surgery and it's been a long road, but I couldn't have asked for a better group to help me through this then you! From tears to laughs, my shoulder moving a little, plateauing, to now moving a lot!! From being a patient to now have gained more friends, it has been a wonderful experience and I appreciate you all so much!! I would definitely recommend anyone to your Physical Therapy!!!

WELL OILED MACHINE! I am very pleased with the treatments I have received from Kelly Hawkins PT @ Montecito Pkwy. They work as a "team" where everyone is watching out for you and keeping you on track for exercises, etc. They have all been very pleasant and skilled at their jobs whether they are the actual Therapist or Assistant, Front Desk or other staff. And they clean, clean, clean constantly after patients use the equipment and tables.

My experience with Cody and his staff has been outstanding in getting my shoulder rehabbed to get better range of motion. The staff members are all very friendly and actually take the time to talk and listen to you, never feeling rushed. The therapists push you to do exercises that are helpful but not so much that leave you in pain. This office has a fun, friendly environment and at the same time help you rehab. 5 stars.

11 out of 10 for the whole Kelly Hawkins Team at Grand Montecito. I had knee revision surgery on June 30 and the team has taken care of me. They guided me some rough pain times with reassurance and kept me on the road to recovery. I'll be finished on Oct 29 thanks the PTs and echs who have worked on me. The girls at the front are fantastic and kept up with my changing schedule. Knee feels great!

The staff is great, but something is not being managed properly at this location. Wait times range from about 15-30 min before they call you back to start doing exercises, whether they are walking you through them or not. I am going back to the NLV location where you immediately start on your exercises and they check on you throughout to offer guidance and introduce new exercises.

Excellent therapists, assistants and support staff; everyone on the floor showed genuine concern for my full recovery after back surgery. On target diagnostics led to appropriate stretching and strengthening exercises with a detailed progression during 5 months of rehab. Encouragement was ongoing and I felt like part of the team. Very well done, much thanks to the entire staff!

I've been to PT several times in my 61 years of age and never completed mostly due staff and lack of personal attention. Never seeing the same staff twice. Kelly Hawkins Centenniel is amazing. Great staff. Great atmosphere, great attention to detail. First time o felt any difference upon leaving there. Everything done was explained with why,how,what, etc. Kudos to you all

Now, after Kelly Hawkins helped me bounce back from an unrelated surgery, I'm happy to report nothing has changed. The same professional staff took great care of me during my pressure-free recovery.

I’m very pleased with the care I’m getting here. The individual time I’m getting with the whole team and individual Care including excellent training, compassionate support from all the employees. I’ve had multiple surgeries and have been to numerous Physical therapy locations and I’ve never felt more comfortable. I highly recommend.

I have only been here once, but that was enough for me to want to come back! Everyone here is all about professionalism and team work. I received exceptional service while setting my appointment, calling to attempt a change and up to the moment I left. I wish I would have known what a pelvic floor physical therapist can do for you. I’ve suffered for years due to giving birth and what that did to my body. Going to see Megan has been miraculous. I highly recommend it. I hate OB/GYNs for not referring every woman to someone like Megan after they give birth. It should be required!!!

I have had multiple issues requiring Physical Therapy. I have several options but always come back to Kelly Hawkins at the Centennial location. The folks here are extremely professional . But the most important reason I come here are the people. Their care and professionalism are outstanding.
