Wonderful staff and beautiful jewelry. The employees were all so friendly and helpful (Aspyn, Kenzie, et. al). What a great experience. The jewelry is so pretty. There is a wide selection of colors and choices, that caters for many budgets, including earrings, bracelets, and necklaces. I love the popular Elisa necklace (comes in varying length chains and different stones and colors representing different birth months). I like that the bracelets are adjustable for wrist circumference. And I love the philanthropy aspect behind the brand. I see Kendra Scott represented at many of the local fundraising auctions and I love how they give back to our community at a local and national level. Way to go Kendra Scott team!

These employees are the kindest women out there. I walked into their store, not knowing anything about this company. I noticed they had the cutest earring stands, I asked if they were for sell. The clerks decided to look in the back and see if they had any to sell to me, they didn’t. I moved along to another store. Afterwards, I was walking on the other side of the mall and one of the clerks ran up to me and told me they were going to give me a few earring stands FOR FREE, no catch. I’ll never forget their extraordinary customer service. This company is beautiful from top to bottom. Kendra Scott’s business model should be replicated with every business.

The staff at Kendra Scott knows how to make you feel like you’re one of their best friends. They know how to strike the perfect balance between being attentive without feeling pressure to make a purchase. The store was quite busy, but Aspyn was so wonderful at making me feel special and took the time to find something perfect for me. Someone else named Kailee or Jade (both names were on the receipt, so I’m not 100% sure) was also extremely helpful. She was so nice and patient with me at the color bar and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The customer service at this location is heads and shoulders above the rest, and I will definitely return.

The workers' attitudes were terrible and unfriendly; with an issue stemming from the color pop party, they made miscommunication on their part the customer's fault rather than accepting responsibility. They were unclear in their rules and rude when confusion resulted. Overall unprofessional workers and atmosphere, with unnecessary attitude. Wish I could give 0 stars, awful experience. Do not get "help" from Uriah if you do go.

Buying a Christmas gift from Kendra Scott in City Creek was an amazing experience! Uriah was very nice and welcoming when helping me pick out the perfect jewelry to send to my mom and two sisters for the holidays. There is stylish and affordable jewelry all throughout the store, and would highly recommend everyone to come shop here.

The employee who helped us was so awesome. She was able to get me products based off of screenshots that I had. She genuinely had conversations with us and gave us ideas of what to do in the city. It was a great experience here at Kendra Scott, plus the jewelry is awesome. They do have a color bar inside too.

I went into the store today trying to find a last minute Christmas gift and Uriyah helped me so much to find the perfect necklace. She was really sweet and didn’t make me feel like a total idiot for not knowing what I wanted. I’d definitely go back for the customer service alone!

This Kendra Scott is amazing! Staff is so welcoming. Rachel is always so kind in walking us through a very personalized approach to jewelry. She helped my wife and my wife has become such a Kendra fan. You can expect to see her more often ONLY at the SLC K.S.

The staff here are always friendly, helpful and help me find exactly what I’m looking for. This past time I went in I wanted something dainty and silver, I was pointed to a beautiful matching set of earrings and a necklace that were perfect for my needs!

I don’t live near this location, but the closest Kendra Store is close because of Covid, so I decided to call this location to make an order over the phone. Let me tell you, Alexis answer the phone and she was so sweet and patient with me.
