Great experience from start to finish. The Team here were so helpful throughout my whole storage journey. I have never used self-storage before and i was pleasantly surprised over how efficiently and easy everything was. The fact that you have 24 hour secure access was a huge life saver for me. On my move in date i had storage manager personally take me to my unit and show me all the ins & outs of utilising the centre. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great storage option within the Parramatta area. I definitely wont hesitate to get another unit from here in the future.

Yes, the whole process was seamless Steve and Stuart walked us through the whole process of how we access our storage after hours Steve walked up to the storage unit where was located and showed us how the trolleys and network and security and security after-hours covered every area we went 2 reception where we were offered a coffee Stewart and Steve then said their goodbyes and just a service with impeccable with very very happy and look forward to storing and working with Kennards.

I had been to kennards parramatta yesterday for a shein return . The staff is very friendly and helpful and they did the return in no time They were also happy to share the services offered by kennards , though they knew I was just a window shopper Would use it as the parcel return point always Thank you kennards parramatta

It was really nice experience working with Jose and Matt in July 2023 to secure a unit and seamless onboarding process. I had used storage roughly for 25 days. Small feedback for KSS head office - please have more shutter type units i.e orange ones and not aluminium doors which probably are bit old now.

I just went there this morning to get some storage boxes. Served by a nice gentleman. I bought 4 boxes. He suggested storage tape which I bought too. Once I paid the bill, lady at the counter asked if I needed a receipt for which I obliged. All smiles and top service. Parking at the front.

Such good service from Matt and Rhys, I've been using the conference room at Kennards quite frequently over the last few months and the guys there are always to lovely and helpful. The conference room is great and always clean, with all the facilities you could possibly need.

The team at Parramatta, are happy, kind, thoughtful and accomodating, I use their location for parcel point collections at times and have never had an issue. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help all they can. Love their service.

Conviently located, with 24/7 access. I found this storage solution best suited to my needs. The staff was super helpful and helped me look at the size of containers to suit my storage requirements.

This facility is lovely and clean, easy to access with lifts and trolleys. Matt was super helpful and Jose was super sweet. It is nice to deal with such delightful people.
