Technician had me go to the lock and take a picture for him. Said he would arrive in 15 minutes. 30 mins later I ask for an ETA and he says he gave it to another tech. 10 minutes later, manager calls and says they can’t do it. Big waste of my time.
Beware!! Get a price before you let them do the work. They just charged me $708 to replace a lock in a commercial door. A complete rip off.
I am so impressed by the efficiency of KeyMe. I had my keys in record time and they worked well.
