NOT RECOMMEND NOT RECOMMEND This review is based on the experience I had with a permanent hair straightening. Don’t waste your money and time. I had a permanent hair straightening which cost me $500 and trust me it didn’t even last for one week. The lady told me that my hair straightening will last for one year. Even I used their preferred shampoo and conditioner she gave me on that day of my appointment. She charged me around 88$ for shampoo and conditioner. I travelled 2 hours to there for my hair straightening. I am very disappointed with their service. My hair looks very rough and dull now. I never had dandruff issues in my life, after hair straightening my hair is full of thick dandruff, itchy scalp I don’t know which products she has used on my hair. I didn’t want to go back again and waste my money again. If you’re going there for a permanent straightening please make sure about the quality of products and service. I regret for my wasted time and money. Not recommended

1) I did my hair keratin today from Khrome studio and Don did my hair. He is such a lovely and funny man with lots of knowledge. I loved how my hair feels now and not only he did a great job but also made sure that my hair is protected and not getting any more damaged. I had some damaged hair from the previous treatment and he customised the keratin treatment for me to protect my hair from further damaging which was successful. Thank you Khrome studio and the lovely employees who did make their customers feel really comfortable and for providing a great service and experience. 2) I did my second service at this place and it turned out really well and I liked how Don will try to fix things up and give us what we were expected or told. I was totally happy with the service and will recommend again :) thank you

Always wanted to get my hair permanently straightened however I couldn’t find a good place until my friend highly recommended Khrome Hair Studio to me. The hairdressers are all very professional & friendly, i told them about my needs and concerns during consultation, they patiently listened and made the outcome exactly like what i expected. It’s actually my first time to try this treatment called Magic Sleek and I definitely LOVE it! This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Everytime after i wash my hair i just dry it off and my hair looks like its been blowdried. So easy to manage now. It’s like a miracle! Not to mention their wonderful service, kept checking how i felt and if i’d like another coffee I’ll definitely go back to this salon and let my friends know about this hidden gem as well!

I did my Keratin treatment last week by Don. He is such a delightful and an honest hair specialist. Not only did he explain the situation of my hair, he also suggested all the possibilities that could go wrong with curly hair. I had curly hair and I was waiting to see how my hair looks after the shower. My mind was blown, the word “curly” is no way close to my hair type now. It is so smooth and silky and not flat. My hair has volume now with the added benefit of the silky texture.My hair had never been so manageable. It feels healthy which makes me so happy. Will be going soon for a haircut in my new hair texture.

Don has been my hairdresser for over 25 years and in that time he has coloured, styled, washed and blow-dried my hair with great skill and expertise. Having long, thick and coarse hair has never been an issue for him. He ia is experienced, professional and awesome as a hairdresser and as a person. Magic Sleek has transformed my hair into straight, non-frizzy and gorgeous looking. The process is awesome and extraordinary, would recommend to anyone who has had frizzy, thick or wavy hair! Had a straightening done at Khrome. I know it sounds extreme to say, but actually life changing. I can wash my hair, blast dry it with a blow dryer and it is totally straight. No need for straightening unless you want it to be dead straight. Saves so much time. I used to straighten my hair every day and no longer need to. Also, no “down time” post-treatment. Was able to wash my hair that night. Aside from the awesome treatment, you know you’re in good hands with their expertise- and good coffee too!

I am so happy with the service from Khrome Hair Studio being so friendly and thorough, explaining processes the whole way through, providing me with knowledge about my hair and products, honest and thoughtful. I am in love with the Keratin smoothing treatment I received so worth the money and time with the result and my experience. My highly frizzy, curly, thick hair looks and feels so much better!! I highly recommend and although I visited from 2 hours away I would continue making the trip up!!

Recently had the magic sleek treatment performed by Don and I couldn't be happier! I had tried everything to tame my frizzy curls and was constantly blow-drying/ straightening my hair. Having bleached hair meant I couldn't do the regular permanent straightening, but this treatment has worked wonders! Almost 100% straight, even after washing my hair. My hair is smooth and soft, as well as being easy to manage. Will definitely be back again!

I went to a Krome Prospect today and had the best experience. They listened to what I wanted and gave me great advice on what would work best for my hair type. The hair treatment turned out exactly how I wanted it, and they went above and beyond for me. I've been getting compliments ever since! I highly recommend this hairdresser for any services to they do especially permanent hair straightening. Cant wait to go back and see them again!

Recently travelled from Interstate, and thought I would try my luck into finally getting my hair permanently straightened before heading back home… Don managed to squeeze me in at very short notice…and I also had the privilege to meet his sister, Toni, who completed the Magic Sleek treatment for…they both made you feel like part of their family…definitely will be back for a touch up :)

I've got a hair cut for the first time in my life and I am very happy as Don did a great job. I was very nervous before sitting on the chair, because I love long hair and did not want to end up with a short length. Don gave me a hair cut, and I did not have to sacrifice much on the length. Thank you so much Don. Also, price was so reasonable. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Would highly recommended khrome hair studio as I really have frizzy dried and unmanageable hair because of bleach damage but thanks to Don who did a great job on my hair . My hair feel so soft and shiny so happy with the result. Definitely will visit again.

I have very long hair and am usually extremely nervous to get a trim. Felt like I was listened to and the trim and layering was perfect. Really good customer service as well. Didn’t feel forced to buy any hair products.
