I would personally like to thank James M at Kick Game. I had previously had poor service, but James M went above and beyond to help me with the issue. His personal efforts in resolving the issue were probably the best service I have had in my 53ys of Retail. James M should be awarded somehow by Kick Game for his customer service and resolving a problem. I always believe there is a link in a chain, and James M is the link that doesn't break so he can satisfy a customer who was previously unsatisfied. By going that extra mile . James M, you are a major asset to Kick Game, and i would like to thank you personally. Every customer interaction is a marketing opportunity. If you go above and beyond on the customer service side, people are much more likely to recommend you & I will James M because of your service

I went into the store to sell my trainers (Nike dunk off white lot 49) and I noticed they already had the same trainers for sale. Do I asked the young sales advisor how much they were and he replied £2,900. I got really happy as I thought I should get a great offer on my shoes. I then said I got the same brand new in box with me. How much will I get ? He took 2mins and spoke to another employee and offered me £350. I was shocked.. and then said they pay what stock x pay… I then sold them for 1200 on eBay ..

Agreed to sell 10 pairs of shoes to kickgame I drove 2 and a half hours to do so with 9/10 pairs got there they kept me for an hour wrapping up the shoes checking authenticity and as soon as it came to the payment they said they no longer wanted them. Complete waste of my time! To make it even worse they forgot to give me a shoe back worth £240 and when I came back to get it started laughing like it was all a joke and were not apologetic.

My son brough a pair of trainers of the web site on the 29th November, payment was taken straight away for them to email him back the day after to say they was out of stock and would get a refund within 5 working days, still to this day no refund. This is not acceptable this is his Christmas money. I have emailed the at least 5 time and my son 3 with no response what sort of customer service is this.

First man in on day of open and was overwhelmed. Great range of stock and sizes. Staff can not be faulted one bit, absolutely amazing! Great service, so good I went back that next day and the next! Even gave me a free gift at the till! Thank you Kick Game :)

I’ve ordered a pair of trainers on 3rd of December sent email 3 times and still no response but constantly getting email to buy stuff and get delivered before Christmas but can’t Evan deliver what’s been order weeks ago …

Shop where you can’t pay cask or cards! They asked to transfer the money for Jordan 4 (£550) via PayPal ( family and friends) so no receipt no guarantee ( just wondering how they paying tax??? ) Not recommend - Avoid

If you order online, do not even do express, mine took 6 days yet I did express delivery. If you try to contact them, they are not even helpful. Such a shame for such brand… Please do better interms of service

Really helpful staff the girl who served me was so lovely! They provide a great shopping experience. It is pricey in here but that’s expected with what they sell.

I ordered shoes online and I haven't received the package for a month. ZERO help from Kick Game. I am still texting to get my money back.
