Nestled in beautiful part of Westville lies this gem of a spa. The moment you walk in, the ambiance and tranquility of the place captures you. Bhavna, the therapist has magic in her hands. I had the rejuvenation facial and full body massage (both competitively priced) The professional, yet gentle calming manner of Bhavna and her experience and knowledge comes through in everything that she does. My entire body felt amazing after the treatment. I highly recommend this understated gem of a spa and the therapists resident there. It was also great to know that my sister who is usually highly critical of hygiene in spas...loved her treatment as well....Kimaya has high hygiene standards which is a bonus. Money and time well spent. Great team of ladies from the receptionist to Rose, who treated us to a great cups of tea to the professional amazing therapists all made our special day out to Kimaya an amazingly special outing.

I had the most amazing treatment at Kimaya Spa today. I've been suffering with a sinus infection and blocked ear for more than a week. I went for the sinus drainage massage. Sekai was my therapist and the treatment was so efficient and beneficial. Within an hour I felt such relief. It's a treatment I highly recommend to anyone suffering with severe sinusitis and allergies. The staff at Kimaya Spa are so welcoming and friendly. I felt totally at ease. Did microbladding this year and walked out looking like a clown , after 7 days it was worst off !!! One of most horrid treatments ever from the owner , I was so unhappy but she insisted it was nice !!! Till today it still looks like a nightmare and I have to correct the problem with brow pencil but my brows look hideous No forms were completed, no information as to what inks was used noting !! The sides of my eyebrows always look burned.

My first Kimaya Spa experience was as relaxing and as comfortable as I'd hoped it would be. I treated myself to Tarryn's back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage, and did her hands deliver! Her gentle approach to getting me settled, and the expertise and strength of her touch. Just what I needed. If you're looking for a Hollywood wax, this is definitely not the place to go to. I received a Brazilian wax instead. If I wanted a Brazilian wax, I would have asked for that. I was too embarrassed to ask, where is "the rest" of my wax, after the lady thought that a Hollywood wax and a Brazilian wax was the same thing.. Tarryn, however, was lovely. These stars are for her.

Very disappointing experience. Treatment room was freezing and the therapist refused to turn off the aircon as she was hot. Hot stone massage was terrible. Massage was hasty and haphazard, not at all relaxing.
