Kingswood Mobile Home Community is a prime example of a well maintained, clean, and comfortable place to call home! From the community grounds to management, I have never had any issues or concerns! Dan and the rest of the staff at Kingswood are always up front, easy to communicate with, and are attentive to any issues that may arise! Just an all around amazing place to call home!

Esta compania es una mierda.vivi alli hace 4 años y ahora resulta que les quede a deber y no es asi pague asta el ultimo mes que vivi allí y ahora tengo que pagarles lo que segun ellos les devo para limpiar mi record porque no tengo la colilla del money order que asi que si viven allí y se piensan salir a guardar las cpoias del pago

I have lived here for 29 years over the last couple of years it has gotten much better they are taking care of the roads and old trees as they find them residents that have let their lots get trashy have been made to fix the issues. So thank you very much to Dan and the other employees for what they've done here

All Mobile Home Parks should use Kingswood as a benchmark of what and how a community should be ran! From the amazingly well kept properties, to the amazing management and communication from Dan and Ms. Tammie, you cannot go wrong with choosing Kingswood as your next place to call home!

Great people lived there for years and had the Opportunity to new the administration and they know what there doing and are doing the best they can

I bought a mobile home back in 2005. The community is great, so the management. Gina is been an amazing person, always helpful and charismatic.

Un lugar muy bonito y acogedor para vivir.Fui a visitar un amigo que vive ahí y le comente que se parece mucho el ambiente al país de nosotros.

Nesesita ese lugar una buena limpieza pues la calles están susias y no se siente seguridad en ese lugar
