I LOVE KIRKLAND'S AND THAT DAY THEY HAD A WONDERFUL SALE..I BOUGHT TONS OF ITEMS FOR MY NEW HOME. I SPENT ABOUT 4-$500.. BUT THE LADY WHO WAS HELPING ME WAS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SHE NEVER SAID A WORD AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT AN ITEM THAT SHE HAD TO LOOK FOR IN THE BACK SHE ROLED HER EYES,SIGHED AND ACTED LIKE A BIG BABY WHO DIDN'T WANT TO GET HER HANDS DIRTY.. IT TOOK 40MIN FOR HER TO LOOK UP THIS ITEM. FINALLY ANOTHER LADY CAME AND FOUND IT IN LESS THAN A MINUTE. RUNG ME UP AND I WAS OUT THE DOOR IN 5 MIN.. IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE BRAT I WLD HAVE GIVEN THEM A HIGHER SCORE..

I had such an amazing experience today at this location. As soon as we walk in Elliott engage with us told us about the store promotion and try to offer us to apply for a credit card which we did. And Elliot ask us questions of what we were looking for and was very helpful and gave us some feedback on what to get for our new home. The fact that he was helping us and multitasking, helping others as well, I love the fact that he build that connection with me and my family and build the sale I ended up spending more then what I was expecting, I definitely will be back.

Beautiful store! We went in because the store looked beautiful with all the Christmas decorations and furniture. My sister ended up purchasing a Christmas ornament for her school. We spoke to Joshua who was training a new employee—I think Marisol. Both of them were very thoughtful, kind, and professional. They were very nice people. The staff there did a wonderful job on presenting their Christmas decor. If anyone is in the area, I recommend stopping by because it smells and looks like Christmas. Additionally, the fall harvest decorations were on clearance.

They don't really have much for dudes. We went there trying to decorate my brothers new house and it was late so this was the only place really still open. Like i said, not much for dudes who aren't into like...Rustic and Farm looking stuff. I get it, we live in Texas but A LOT of us don't want to go home and be reminded of the farm..and a lot if not ALL the decor in this kirklands at the time was rustic or farm. Ugh. I will shop here for my home, but we just ended up getting two pictures of boats in this foggy ocean.

I have been in sales, and own a sales company for more than 20 years have never literally kicked a customer out before closing. I walked in 10 minutes before closing and as soon as I walked in the manager told me they had 10 minutes to close. All I needed were just candles anyways but she literally had a count down every few minutes to remind us they’re closing very rude! She was supposed to close the door and wait for customers to make their final selections and leave. Won’t go to that location ever again

Could use some cleaning (dust, and some build up under movable displays), but I really felt bad for the associates. The customers in there at the time were unbearably vile. I didn't even want to be in the store with how nasty some of them were being to the associates (haggling, arguing etc). Overall nice location and good customer service - but to the team: good luck with putting up with those awful human beings.

Although this place has AMAZING stuff. Beware! Do not order online. It’s literally been a month and i still have not received my item. And i got it sent to the store. Nothing should take that long to ship to the store. Had i known i would of ordered from somewhere else. Love Kirkland’s. But definitely will never order online again. Just go into the store and find something. They stay pretty well stocked anyway.

I’ve shopped at this location numerous times and have always received friendly service. Not long ago, I couldn’t find an item in a specific color and expressed my disappointment to an employee. Not in anger, just “Well, darn!” Some time later, the employee found me with the exact item I wanted in her hand. She was kind enough to look for it without request from me. So thoughtful!

A truly moving experience. I was literally brought to my knees, overwhelmed with tears of joy. When I was a boy, I suffered from anosmia. The quack of a doctor said I'd never smell again. He must not have been aware of Kirkland's. For the first time in 45 years, I experienced smell. Also, for the first time in 45 years, I was happy I had lost my sense of smell.

Ridiculous that I've spent so much money with these people that I earned $30 in rewards I found three frames and purchased them. Turns out the color didn't look good on my walls so I returned them with my receipt and they wouldn't credit me the $30 in rewards for previous purchases ! Salesperson was like sucks for you !! I won't shop here again

I had an amazing experience at kirklands in Alamo ranch. Mari was amazing she helped me in every way possible and went above and beyond for me to even look up the measurements of item for me. It was a large purchase and unexpected but Mari made it so much more enjoyable. Thank you Mari for all the help! Definitely best customer service!!

Purchased this storage case for my linens. This was a perfect fit for my laundry room. Quality is great and the wood color is a plus! Bought this during the stack & save promotion so saved 40% off! Definitely would recommend purchasing one of these to someone else! Store associates were helpful and accommodating to me!!

Awful. The store was too hot for a 99 degree day and the employees said head office won't let them change it.. so between the heat, stale air, the bodies, and all the scented stuff we had headaches and lost interest. Had a $200 gift card but walked out without buying anything.

They have nice home decor like paintings, pillows, curtains, some furniture, candles, wall sclnces. Unfortunately, the last time I went there wasn't as much variety as it used to have. Everything in the store were the same colors. Not sure if this will change with the seasons.

some cool stuff for your house , a little pricey tho considering the quality. they have a store at the outlet mall in New Braunfels but they clame it's not in the outlet even tho it is that's why there prices are not marked down.... :/ wow

Cool place. But I could barely breathe. The air freshener was turned up to maximum then a thousand scented candles were lit and pure patchouli oil rained over everyone. And that still doesn't describe how thick the smell is.

I didnt find anything that caught my eye on this visit. The potpourri is so strong and really leaves you with a slight headache upon leaving. The scent also stays on your clothing for quite a while after.

What I liked was the store was well stocked, organized, and comfortable. What prevented me from giving 5 stars is that I had to ask for assistance without a greeting from the floor staff.

I love it here! Great prices amazing product from candles to wall decor to furniture. The only complaint is I waited 20 minutes in an empty store for someone to come to the register.

Staff was super friendly, helpful and made my shopping experience more enjoyable. I appreciated them genuinely checking on me to see if I needed any help during my visiy.

Wonderful surprise-hidden gem! Quality items for home, good prices. Great selections. I enjoyed it better than Hobby Lobby or (on a smaller scale) Bed Bath and Beyond.

I love Kirklands. It's got cute/interesting furniture and decor. There's usually a sale going on. The employees are helpful. Also, it smells great in there.

Nice store and nice home decor. Just wish they would tone down the air freshener in there. It's overpowering and I smell it on me hours after leaving

Places is set up for Christmas if you're looking for the small stuff to put around your tree great place to go it always smells great in those store

Appearance is everything. I normally enjoy shopping at Kirkland this location is really cluttered and unorganized now.
