3/20/23 Honestly, I enjoyed the sandwich, but at $12, it seemed a bit pricey for just a sandwich alone. It tasted fare but seemed easily like something i could've made at home. I am was curious about the other sandwiches but didn't feel like it was something I wanted to rush back to immediately to revisit. But if you're on the go without a meal and want to avoid fast food, it seems like a good choice rather than. If you have the means and not the time, why not. Update 5/1/23: I dropped by again late this afternoon and tried the Turkey Bacon Alvocado Sandwich. It tasted soo good. Also tried the Chocolate Dome for dessert. It was a nice moment for the day because I had a little down time before my next job at work. So I took my food outside and just kicked back and enjoyed the moment to myself. I look forward to trying another sandwich soon when I'm in the area again. I forgot to thank the cashier for helping me with the app. I haven't used it before, and she took the time to show me how to redeem the dessert I received for signing up. 7/17/23 the price still hurts my feelings, but the Club Sandwich tasted great, worth the price. 12/4/23 I tried the Turkey Alvocado and Bacon sandwich. It wasn't bad, i liked the focaccia bread a lot, but I wasn't excited about the light amount of turkey, and the bread was a bit tough. But the following day, I tried again and purchased the Chicken, Cheese, and Ham Sandwich w Parmesan Chips, and although it was less than the previous sandwich, it was much better. The only thing is, again, the bread was tough.

Went in tonight to enjoy a delicious dessert with my husband. Desserts were amazing as usual. This is the second time visiting this location since we just moved right behind them. First time we ordered lunch to go, but I was appalled at their usage of single use plastic utensils during a plastic crisis This time I thought we’d give them another chance since we were dining in and thought we could avoid single use plastic. Well we came in at 8:55 pm (mind you Google and their door posts their hours open until 10 pm) and we were served quickly, but were delivered a plastic bag with two plastic containers with each of our desserts with plastic utensils. Honestly that is so disgusting. Shame on you Kneaders for fueling the plastic crisis. We expected to be served on actual dishes with actual silverware, but were given single use items, in a bag as to say “here’s your food hurry up and get gone.” Yes, I understand there is concerns because of COVID, but that’s what commercial dishwashers are for. I’ve dined at many establishments lately that have no problem using real plates and silverware. Or they’ll use compostable containers for to go. Besides that a few minutes after we started our dessert we were informed that you were closed but we could stay a few more minutes. Another employee seemed to be trying to rush ordering customers as well. It was like 9:15. You have no sign on your door or updated hours on Google indicating early closure. Very disappointed.

Valentine's Day order lost! Pre-ordered & paid for their special chocolate covered strawberries & the special truffles back on Feb 3rd. Husband went to pick up at our scheduled time & they had nothing for us! Employee didn't seem to care at all! Told my husband nothing he could do, nothing else available to replace the order with & said here's your refund. Asked for Manager's contact info & was just given the general number. Called the number and no answer, of course. Left a complaint on their app, but got an email from app stating that support site was only for issues with the app & my comment would be forwarded to the company. Been customers here since they opened. Noticed service had dropped off a bit lately, but assumed had to do with staffing issues due to all the Covid, so just let it slide. But this did it for us. Please be careful when pre-ordering for a special occasion, you could be very disappointed! UPDATED TO 5 STARS Eli, the General Manager from the Stone Oak location, responded quickly to our complaint. He expressed his concern & apologies, refunded our money & compensated us with an offer of a free dinner & dessert. He was genuinely concerned that this could have happened and that it was treated in this manner and assured us that the matter would be addressed with those involved. We have always been very satisfied customers and hope to be again.

I’ve lived in San Antonio for years and have always heard great things about Kneaders. Finally made it to the location in the Stone Oak area. Started out fine with a gentleman opening and holding the door for me and extending a heartfelt good morning. Entered the building and it had a nice calming affect. Nice decor, plenty of signs about kindness and being a good neighbor. Signs are good, but how about extending some of that kindness to the customer. I was not greeted, no one asked if I needed assistance, it was like I was invisible. I wanted to just leave but those cinnamon rolls were too delicious looking to pass up. Finally, someone hastily took my order, no eye contact, no smile, no good morning. Then when I paid, they left the screen on for me to add a tip. Not happening. A good morning would have gotten you one. Lest one come away with the idea I am high maintenance, that is far from the case. It’s just when you have a plethora of signs about the establishment extolling kindness you expect some. Hopefully the pastries are good. UPDATE: The pastries were DELICIOUS!

Ordered at 7:20 for pick up. Quoted 7:30-31 for it to be ready. Arrived at 7:35, walked in and asked for it, only for the receipts to just be taken off the printer at that time in the order start to be made after I was already there. Did not leave until 7:42 AM. During the time I was there four separate cars went through the drive-through and got their orders. What is the purpose of order ahead if it is A- Not ready until more than 20 minutes after the order time, and 10 minutes after the time it was quoted to be ready and B) four separate orders placed at the drive-through are ready immediately after ordering during the time it takes to wait? I have given the Stone Oak location repeat of chances and I’m officially done. Shame on the management of this location for not getting the workers the help that they need to be able to do their jobs the right way.

Nice bakery and cafe! Breakfast and bread is the winner here no doubt. Had the endless French toast plate which was terrific! Take home treats and bread are amazing in selection and quality. Went back a few days later for the Irish stew, which was…meh. It almost tasted frozen and reheated. The selection of drinks and sandwiches are large. They have a very unique gift basket creation station as well to purchase items, buy a basket and use their ribbon, cellophane and decorations that would make a terrific gift. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Location is great, prices are a bit high, but could be worth it depending on what you get. I would go back and try more stuff though.

I wish I had taken photos of our food, because everything was so delicious! We stopped in on a Thursday night after a full day of moving to San Antonio. My husband and I were exhausted, but wanted something healthy and filling, so we hopped onto Yelp and found Kneaders! We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and were warmly greeted by Craig, one of the managers. He was so patient with us as we perused the menu since it was our first time here, and even suggested many menu items that all ended up being yummy! We ordered the Thai Cashew salad, the Southwest salad, and a cup of Tomato Basil soup - SO GOOD!! Craig went on to tell us that they bake their breads and pastries fresh daily, and that they even serve breakfast! We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I arrived at this location on Tuesday night, 2/19/20 at 9:15 PM, hoping to grab a quick treat. Online, store hours say the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, the door also says it closes at 10:00 PM. We show up, and the door is LOCKED. We tried opening each door and both doors were locked and the employees were cleaning up. A car came pulling in after us and watched us as we tried to open doors. We walked back to our car, disappointed, and the other people asked if they were open. We let them know they were not, but the hours on the door said they were until 10:00. Before we had even drove away, they had turned out lights! AT 9:15!! So either, your workers are closing up shop earlier, or ya’ll need to update your hours on the door AND google. Highly disappointed.

I know this place from it being my favorite in Utah. However, this location is EXTREMELY slow in service. The drive thru especially!! The girl that took my order was very rude & seemed bothered that I asked for extra kneader’s mayo. She kept interrupting my order, who knows, I may have wanted desert? She’ll never know. This was on Saturday 9/28 at 1:12pm. Was in 3rd in line & took no less than 20 minutes! She was then rude again at the window!! I did want to speak to her, but she slammed the drive-thru window on me. How about an ‘is there any else you may need?’ A ‘have a great day & thank you choosing Kneaders’....nope nothing, nada, zilch! Definitely doesn’t make one return!!! Come on Management!!! Heads up!! Jeez

  • Amy Matthew

Gross! Before we ordered I went to the women’s bathroom to go wash my hands and there was no soap in the dispenser. I told the woman behind the counter who said she was getting some and walked off, I didn’t know if she really was going to get some so I told the woman at the register who had a defensive attitude. I asked her how they washed their hands and she told me they have soap in the kitchen with the sink. GROSS! So go wash your bathroom hands in a prep sink where food is being prepared? If I could give negative stars I would for the rude defensiveness and unsanitary conditions. This is a complaint for the health department for several reasons. I used to really like Kneaders but no more

  • Ed Weaver

Very friendly staff, but I was not a fan of the Chicken Croissant sandwich. I know this could be very subjective, so please don't let this keep you from trying this place. The sandwich did not have much flavor for me and was very salty. Half of salad was taken up with a large salad core that was covered up with salad. For almost $20 for a sandwich and smoothie, I had a higher expectation. With a temperature of 100 degrees outside, it would have been very refreshing to have cranberries and grapes added to the chicken salad, but again, that's one man's opinion.

This place is, in short, amazing! The sandwiches always look like they’ll be too much for one sitting and they are...but you just can’t stop eating since they’re so flipping delicious! My fave is the turkey avocado on focaccia. The grilled cheese sandwich from the kids menu is the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had! The kids meal is a great little deal for a more than fair price and even includes a toy and cookie. As far as desserts, the German chocolate brownie is fantastic. They also offer drive through and online ordering for drive through or in store pick up. Again these are such huge convenience benefits as a mom when trying to Uber around my entire family.

We were planning to host a brunch the day after our daughter's wedding. We decided to visit Kneaders to understand what they could provide. We met with Eli at the Hardy Oak location to plan out the event. We chose a combination of breakfast and sandwiches. We planned on 40 people to attend. Eli provided a combination of options along with great suggestions for us. The food AND service they delivered was outstanding. Our guests loved it and we received so many compliments about the event. It was a great way to close a perfect wedding weekend. Thank you, Eli and Kneaders' Team for exceeding our expectations. You were awesome! Our most sincere THANKS.

I've never been here before, but I came in with a $10 gift card. When I ordered the pastrami on rye, I was expecting the kind of sandwich you see featured in those New York delis on TV; a mountain of thinly sliced meat bursting at the edge. What I got was a heroin-chic sandwich with one layer of pastrami on un-toasted bread. The only flavors I experienced was the mustard, mayo, lettuce and tomato - a salad by any definition. The drink fountain needed to be checked because it wasn't dispensing the correct amount of flavored syrups in ratio to the carbonated water. Will I return? Probably, but with a gift card worth $20.

The food is excellent, the wait time is ridiculous. I ordered my food at 11:17, my friend ordered a few minutes before me, the server brought her tart out, apparently the cashier/order taker completely forgot her sandwich order, so the server apologized and ran to the back and quickly made her sandwich and brought it out. 15 minutes later I had to go up and ask why my food was not out yet. All and all it took 20 minutes for my food to arrive. There was one server Victoria, who was exemplary. She was working so hard to make sure things were running smoothly. It was chaos and she was fantastic.

  • Pinky Carter

Staff wasn't friendly or welcoming at all. One staff lady spoke and was kind in doing so. The rest act as if we weren't human. Just looked!! The food was too pricey for what was given. This was my 1st visit. I was invited by a coworker. She said they had good sandwiches. Well, my bread was hard and barely any meat on it. So I wasn't impressed. After seeing how staff was, with an awkward environment and the amount of food given. I won't be coming back. Unless it's to try them goodies I saw in the window....

Ordered cinnamon rolls and oatmeal cookie on Saturday and had it delivered.. was very disappointed because all i taste was cream cheese… not sure if it was slathered over top or I received the wrong order.. could not eat them… the oatmeal cookie was buttery.. ***updated- *** JUNE 8th I emailed the company and corresponded with someone who really cared about their products and gave exceptional customer service , i was given a gift certificate which was added to the app and the person really took the time to remedy the situation. Very satisfied!!! Thank you

Very quaint eatery with a small shop, baked goods, soups, and sandwiches. I had the chicken salad on a croissant & broccoli cheese soup. The soup was good, but I thought the chicken salad was extremely salty, and that there were a few too many onions in the mix. I will try this place again, because I liked the atmosphere & the customer service. I'm hopeful the next thing I try will sway my opinion on the food. Plus, the fruit salad looked delicious & I want to give that a go.

I was privileged to work with the store owner, Richard, over the summer as I used bread and treats from his store in my marketing efforts for a local company. Richard is a FANTASTIC owner that works well with his customers to ensure a satisfactory experience every time. He and his employees are professional, friendly, prompt, and willing to take time to answer questions and assist in any way. Not only are the workers wonderful, but the bread and food are top notch as always. I cannot recommend this Kneaders location enough.

  • Michelle Miller

The food was pretty mediocre, very little meat on my sandwich and the soup was tiny. Sandwich meal for 2 was over 26 dollars and we were left disappointed. During the dinner rush around 630 they were already well on their way to closing for the night. They were out of some soups and bread choices were limited. To top it off we must have caught the staff mid closing for the end of the day as all the kitchen mats were piled in a booth. Needless to say, this restaurant will not be on the top of my list in the area again.

Carrot cake is my favorite and my husband ordered some mini cakes for my birthday instead of having to make it myself. The presentation is very convenient, since we are only 3 people. The cakes were fresh and moist, however the taste of ginger was overpowering, it tasted more like spice cake than carrot cake. There was more icing than cake and the cream cheese icing was too sweet for my taste. I will come back to try something different the place looks nice and clean.

Best for folks who enjoy early 60s music and missing sides. Both of which featured in our latest visit. Clerk insisted we didn't order sides, but was unwilling to show the receipt that supposedly didn't include the chips to go with our sandwiches. Unfortunately similar to our experience about a month ago. I think we'll start visiting other restaurants int the area going forward.

Usually the food is very good with a few exeptions when my lettuce was not fresh at all. That's why I stopped buying salads. I really like their sandwiches and their pastries. Very good selection of deserts. My biggest complian would be how slow the staff is, especially at the drive thru. I waited around 20 min to get a breakfast sandwich, while I could see her attending other phone calls and moving around ignoring me. If you are in a hurry to get to work this is not the place for a quick pick up.

  • Ed Gonzales

This was my first visit, BUT, it definitely won't be my last! I had a great breakfast sandwich, ham, egg and cheese on a fresh baked croissant. The coffee is fresh, hot and tastey! Don't even get me started on ALL the different fresh cookies and pastries. This was also one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been in. This place takes pride in its products, it's food and it's employees. I have one word for Kneaders on Hardy Oak.......Mmmmmmm! Keep up the great work and I'll see y'all real soon.

  • Cal h

Avoid! Slow as Christmas and it takes an act of Congress to get mustard from behind the counter, no packets. Overpriced by a mile. Weak tea too. Few customers, wait is painful. Register guy hunts and pecks then thinks and looks before keying anything in. Overall, a D- and waste of time! After first waiting 7 minutes for mustard, I went and asked and cashier said “yeah, getting it now”, then cook filled up small container, threw it on counter and smartly said”here’s your mustard!”. Pathetic!

  • CHARMAINE CUMMINGS

I wanted to buy some breads decorated for Christmas gifts. It's 3pm on a Wed. Dec. 18. The shelf only had one loaf of bread with the Chriatmas ribbon. I asked if they could decorate a couple more loaves. The gentleman at the register told me they didn't have anyone that could do that. It is literally wrapping cellophane around a loaf of bread and tying a bow around it. I counted 3 staff behind the immediate counter and only 2 customers counting myself. Not exactly the best customer service.

  • Elizabeth Hartson

Okay, wow! I got a recommendation to come here yesterday from my co-worker, and I wish I'd known about this place sooner! I just had the best bowl of red pepper Gouda soup ever, and the asiago bread that came with it was freshly baked and delicious. The abundant assortment of bakery goods also looked amazing, but I resisted this time. ;) The service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere is cute, and best of all, it's right down the street from where I work. I will definitely be back!

I have only been to this location once, but my mother found it 5 months ago and absolutely loves it, any chance she gets shes there. The restaurant is very adorable and they do have a lot of options, plus they do this whole gift basket thing which is so unique for a restaurant to do. The food to me wasn't bad just not the best, but the store was very very clean and the staff was friendly. I think I will need more visits to determine if its worth 5 stars.

  • T H

Restrooms were disgusting with toilet paper on the floor, toilets were dirty and had not been flushed ... Horrible smell in the restroom with the trashcan in the middle of the rest room. The medium roast coffe was empty so I tried the dark roast and it was cold! Tasted like water and beans... Just horrible! This place has really gone down hill, management needs to look into this establishment. For being in the stone oak area you would expect more !

  • K J

Ordered online for door dash delivery, specifically for the chocolate mousse domes, but they must’ve been out because they substituted them for kiwi & lime tarts. My husband is allergic to kiwi, we wanted the chocolates domes. What kind of business takes it upon itself to not call to discuss alternative options with the customer & just pick out random things? Ridiculous. Everything was subpar, poor service clearly, will never give business again.

  • H Hinson

They have really good coffee and food choices. We got breakfast this morning. 2 cinnamon rolls and chunky cinnamon french toast, and 2 coffees. I like the cinnamon french toast. The syrup is unique and pairs well. We were craving muffins but wish they had more of a selection of muffins. The restaurant is very clean and has a very nice comfortable feeling to relax and eat in. Staff was very helpful and friendly in going over some menu options.

  • Michelle Johnson

The seating was limited due to how many tables were dirty! The service was super slow! I ordered a veggie pannini that was disgusting and asked for my money back. It was dripping, falling apart and it wasn't even warm despite the fact that there were approximately 4 vegetables on the entire sandwich and it had very faint pannini grill marks. Some weird cheese spread overpowered the one bite I took before asking for a refund. Won't return.

  • derrick kraft

First of all, it's expensive. Very expensive. Almost $19 for a sandwich combo and 2 cookies. Second the sandwich was a huge disappointment. Bread was boring and tasted like thin sliced sandwich bread from the grocery store shelf. Second it wasn't fresh. The lettuce was brown. Finally they were stingy with the cheese. One sad thin little slice. Literally couldn't taste cheese at all. Finally, the tea sucks. First and last time I'll go.

  • Michelle A.

I really like this place. The planet peaches smoothie is my favorite item here and the soups I've tried have been amazing. The sandwiches are good but I've found the produce they use on them sometimes isn't very fresh and looks brown. The brownies are awesome too. I visit whenever I'm on that side of town. My only suggestion for them is to pay more attention to the quality of the produce served but overall it's good food and treats.

This is my only bakery. The eclairs don't have cream inside. It is filled with custard. It is the only complaint I have. Everything they serve tastes great. Coffee is always fresh. You will never taste coffee that burnt or bitter from sitting all day. The military runs on coffee. Tea does have more caffeine. It takes time to get to know people and places. This is mine.

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant!!! The best breads their Zucchini bread should be on the menu all year long without a doubt the best bread I’ve ever had super delicious!!! Their Turkey Avocado on Focaccia Is really really good it’s not like deli sliced turkey it’s fresh carved turkey it’s amazing and their sauce that they put on it very very very tasty! Love love love this restaurant!!! Super friendly staff too!

We just moved here from SETX. I was craving simple pancakes. A few items to note for simple people like me: #1 - they don't have syrup. It's a too sweet caramel situation. Not good. #2 - The eggs .... They were ok but you have to eat with a spoon as they look like they came out of a cheese grater. #3- Coffee tastes burnt. I'm sure a lot of folks in the area like this place, however, we have no desire to come back.

Kneaders is a fantastic place to get all your holiday breads and pies! Everything is so fresh and tastes wonderful. This location is my favorite because of all the employees...they go out of their way to make sure every order is perfect. Jacob helped me today with my large holiday order to make sure everything was just right and even helped me load it all in my car. You can't go wrong with this Kneaders location!

I found this place on door dash last year and have been hooked! Customer service rates high on what I need from a business and this place is top notch. 9out of 10 orders have been delivered correct but the one time they just missed something and offered to comp full amount with next order! That always is a great way to handle! Food is really great too! There desserts call out to me every time!

Great food. I'm a picky eater with some dietary restrictions and I was able to fully enjoy a meal that I only took one item off of. The salad I got (raspberry nut) was phenomenal, as was the bread (baguette) and the dessert (chocolate covered strawberry). Our food got there within ten minutes after ordering and the restaurant wasn't overly busy for a Saturday around noon. Would 100% recommend

  • Chris Crawford

Items were left off of our dinner order. Normally not a big deal but we tried calling multiple times and we could not get anyone to answer the phone. It would give us the hold message for 5 to 10 minutes, then someone would hang up the phone. Very frustrating.

The treats/pastries are all amazing. It's a bit pricey. I always am in love with all the seasonal cute home decor stuff they sell. Don't forget to sign up for the loyalty card to earn money back to spend there. I love that they have caffeine free diet coke! It has the tiny round ice too. They have select half price treats/pastries on Saturdays after 8 pm bc they are closed on Sundays.

  • Veem see

Sandwiches are very good. I don't know if they changed their recipe for the cookie dough, but the flavoring was off putting to me. I asked someone else if they noticed a difference and they said they hadn't bought any more cookies there since Feb 2018 because they tasted like cheap ingredients were used. But their breads and sandwiches are good. I have not tried any other pastries.

  • Jason McLean

all you can eat French toast... its awesome. However, I ordered 4cookies and a brownie and I did not get the credit for a free cookie on my receipt? Am I wrong about the free cookie policy? Also, you should change your phone number on the receipt since it is incorrect and out of service. Dave BLT WAS VERY GOOD BUT... really only 1 tomato on the whole sandwich... BL WITH 1 T?

  • Lauren Armwood

Wonderful healthy menu with still some options for sinning aka bacon and cheese! I love the salads, the dressings are so delicious, the produce is amazingly fresh, I can't even form words for how the bread is the best around. I ordered loaves for office potlucks and was always ordered to go back for more. They put a location in Alamo Ranch and now my mother is obsessed too.

  • Stratiz

They've got good soups and sandwiches, but the desserts aren't great. It's definitely a little pricey for what you get as well, but no major complaints. Tomato soup and club sandwich is a great combo, definitely not a top option for me though.

We tried Kneaders on a whim, haven't been in a while. We were pleasantly surprised! Food was very good, fresh and large portions. I had a turkey, bacon on focaccia bread and cup of tortilla soup, delicious! My husband had chicken salad croissant and it was very good. They have large menu, delicious, crusty bread. Desserts looked great! We will definitely be back!

Nice that the drive through option is available during all business hours, we can swing by and pick up a fresh healthy meal anytime. The pastries and sweets are incredibly delicious and we usually grab a dozen or so of their sweets. I usually get the beef sandwich with broccoli and cheese soup and I highly recommend the brocolli and cheese soup.

I'm extremely disappointed with this place. Latte and/or coffee are always served cold. Either the machine is always broken or the staff doesn't know how to operate a simple piece of equipment. BTW. Experienced the same thing many times.

We came here on May 1st hoping to get a late breakfast but it was exactly 11:00 and we were told they stop serving breakfast at 11:00. We ended up ordering lunch items and they were pretty good. The only negative was all of their sodas were flat. No fizz and their Power Aid was completely out. That station should have been better maintained.

I don't know why it has taken me so long to visit this cozy neighborhood cafe! The menu offers a plentiful selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches without being too overwhelming. The bakery case has something for everyone. Need a quick gift? Kneaders has you covered. You can create a custom gift basket to brighten someone's day.

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED! A sandwich with 2 very thinly sliced cuts of meat and the bottom of the barrel cheese with excess lettuce tomatoes and onions = 10.49? Everything is extra. You almost have to buy chips and a drink just to make up for the poor helpings on the sandwich. Don't waste your money on this place. You'll leave hungry.

We ordered since Monday 10 bowl breads for our Christmas dinner, and today at 1 o’clock they called me to say they ran out of flour!!! I just can’t believe that!! They offered to refund my money but really it’s not about the money, it was a very important part of our Chistmas dinner!!! Worst service! Never ordering anything again!

  • Marty M

Ordered chicken raspberry salad. We were to receive a breast to go with salad. Two salads, same shame. There were small little pieces of chicken. This was a bad serving with only the salad portion. The sad part is they have No follow up. Embarrassing!!!

Loved this place. We tried almost everything. Candy apples best I ever had. Nothing bad to say other than we need one closer to Schertz.

I absolutely live this place. Everyone is always friendly. 90% of the time my order will be wrong somehow. I once got all of my food home and somehow had an entire additional order on my bag It's just a quirk I've come to accept about the place. It's always busy so I guess it's hard to keep things straight I'll keep going back.

Delicious chicken salad sandwich. Fruit Tart is perfect!! Kids enjoyed their “bags” of grilled cheese and ham and cheese, each with apple sauce, milk, and a reindeer cookie.

This location usually has pretty good service and we love their food especially their seasonal breads. Their sandwiches are well constructed and tasty. Smoothies are also good. Could earn one more star by improving their service at the drive through which has sometimes been a bit slow and not as friendly as I usually expect.

  • Catherine Valdez

I go down but today they ran out of every coffee, when I told them an employee blew me off! Hardy Oak location was a disappointment. I waited patiently for it and was finishing my sandwich when I bit into an eggshell! I hate to have to go to Starbucks & Mc Dolnalds every morning but, I guess me and my family will have to.

  • Kristina Slack

This is a beautiful little café with really sweet people inside giving excellent service. The food is very good. I've had the Reuben and the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich. Both are yummy. The broccoli-cheddar soup is also very good. Check out the pastries as well, they're delicious! We definitely recommend this place.

Met with a friend here for dinner. Good salad although it was clear to me that the workers were looking to get out of there as we showed up over a hour before the store closed. Maybe it’s better earlier in the day instead of the evening.

The bakery is definitely why I come. I purchased the chicken salad on croissant and chicken noodle w salad. It was ok. I'm a raspberry fanatic and they're dressing and desserts did not disappoint. It's similar to places like Panera . I believe a better quality

Nice variety of entrées for the menu and so many different desserts! I especially love the all cinnamon bread that has no raisins or other fruit in it! These pictures do the sandwiches no justice because they tasted so much better than they look even though they look amazing! 8/10 coming back in the future!

  • Donald Patton

I had placed an order for delivery that included "orange rolls," but it arrived with dinner rolls. I called and spoke to the manager and within 20-30 minutes we had orange rolls...plus an extra half dozen to enjoy! Our out of town company loved them. Thank you Kneaders!

Better than Panera bread and better prices too. Really good sandwiches and soups. I had the cream of broccoli and turkey sandwich, my spouse had the pastrami. We noticed the coke tasted really good here so I think they use more syrup. It was so good we drove 30 minutes to eat here again the next day.

  • Joe Samuel

Wonderful pastries, desserts and coffee! I've never eaten a real meal there but others tell me the food is fantastic. Classy but relaxed coffee shop atmosphere with a fireplace. Usually very popular at mealtime. No Wi-Fi and this is usually not a great place if you're in a hurry. Closed on Sundays.

No matter where I moved to, I always raved about Kneaders. The food is fresh, savory, and clean. As always the staff maintains a neat workspace and dining area. Whether you're grabbing a coffee to go or sitting in for breakfast, you'll find yourself coming back here from time-to-time.

My food was really good, but my mother's fruit tart was not. Atmosphere is really nice, not cookie-cutter, but the seats are hard and not comfortable.

This place has just become our favorite! Great customer service. Affordable and the quality of food was just so good. Everything is made daily. Pancakes are delicious. The are very good to military. Free entree by showing ID on the 4th of July. Thank you!!! We will be back for sure.

  • Stephanie Benton

Imagine Panera, Atlanta Bread Co., or Cosi .... but so much better! The menu is smaller, but the food is so much fresher and just delicious! It's a chain, but feels a lot less commercial than those other places. They also have a drive thru. We will be coming here a lot from now on!

  • Kathy Bost

I’ve been a customer for five years so far and not one bad experience can I report. The food is consistently good and each staff member helpful, kind and friendly. You just can’t go wrong with anything ordered from Kneaders...although the breakfast croissant is a favorite of mine.

  • Max Kincheloe

This is a great place for a coffee and bite to eat! Between me and you, I don’t really know how there in business. Every time I go, basically no one’s there. Other than that it’s a good establishment, a definite step up from fast food. They have great bread! And workers are nice.

Leaders Bakery I am gonna remember this place. It's not just a cafe it's almost restaurant. Atmosphere inside is so awesome. Very very clean place. Excellent service . Reasonable price and delicious food. Highly recommend. Wish you all who is reading Happy New 2018 Year …

Such a beautiful coffee shop! I was pleasantly surprised to encounter such a warm and cozy shop. I love how you can make a gift basket of goodies for whomever you choose to bless. The place has a beautiful feel. I ordered an iced Americano.

Really tasty pastries and sandwiches. Good customer service. Would have given it a five but I'm a coffee person and the capuccino did mot impress me. But I would totally be going back because of the food and will try a different cup of coffee. Very pleasant atmosphere.

  • R Hancock

Kneaders is one of my favorite places. I’ll admit they started out very slow but the service has gotten 100% better! Food is amazing! Service is top notch! Best pumpkin cookies on the planet! And the catering is by far the best we’ve used. I’d give 10 stars if I could

  • Evelyn Megan Silvernail

It was my first time here and I loved it! You are welcomed in the waiting line with pastries to admire. We order Mexican Wedding cookies and they were amazing! I also ordered the Mornin' Sunshine smoothie, and the Chicken Pesto sandwich. Everything was delicious!

  • Melissa Chateau

Love the look and feel of the restaurant it couldn't be cuter! The panini I got was supposed to have pesto on it, but it did not even have a slight pesto flavor so I was disappointed. Soup and regular sandwiches are great though, and the sweets don't disappoint.

  • luis stoll

Good place for a decent sandwhich, was not overly impressed with the taste and preparation. I have had better experiences at other Kneaders. The drive through staff was super friendly and offered us a free slice of bread to try. The mango smoothie is a must try!

  • Peggy Camp

I brought friend here 1st time for them. It was recommmended that they are known 'Best Reuben'.in city. Sadly, it was the worse. Also, my 1/2 sandwich turkey on white was hard to chew, very dry and cheese was hard. Carrot cake , cinammon loaf did not dissapoint.

  • Amber Rockwood

I've eaten here at least once a month (usually twice) since I moved here nine months ago. I have had excellent food and service every single time. Quantities are very generous, so I always bring home leftovers. I love their combo options, as well. Great value!

There are dead bugs EVERYWHERE!! All over the floor, in the bathroom, under booths and seating areas, with how many are in the main area I’m sure they’re all over the kitchen too. Disgusting!! Food was subpar and not chesl, two meals with no drinks for $31.

This hot chocolate HAS to be the recipe from the polar express. Starbucks is shaking. Also if your ever looking for cinnamon rolls… they are so good you’ll want to eat three.

The food was delicious as always, but the drive through is ridiculously slow. It is actually faster to park, walk in, order your food to go, and walk back out to your car. I would give them 5 stars if the drive through had taken less than 20 minutes.

  • Leigh

I love this place!! It deserves a higher rating. The food here is always cooked fresh and it tastes amazing every time. Their French toast is my favorite thing on the menu and their smoothies are also very good. The staff is very friendly as well.

  • bk 64

This place is ALWAYS good. Friendly staff, Quick service. Delicious options. Self serve drinks. Nice Fireplace, Very Clean, relaxing atmosphere. You go away wishing you would have tried 1 more item on the menu. FRESH BREAD. Military discount.

  • Anita Ragland

Busy at lunch. Appears to have several in house dining patrons. Drive thru at visit was approximately 20 wait while steady stream of cars were processed. Same menu and good quality of food as before virus. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Kneader's is fantastic! I loved the French dip and the cookies are amazing. Freshly baked everything! I would recommend this to anyone in the area or if you're just looking to try something new. Customer service as well is great!

  • V Lee

This place is exceptional. The bread is baked fresh daily. They have a good selection of pastries and desserts too. The soup is comparable to Jason's deli but the sandwiches are better. The desserts are better than La Madeleine.

  • Gold Hood

I love this place. I'd been struggling to find a good tart and raspberry cream cheese croissant (not too sweet, right flavor ratios, texture, etc). At this point, I've had over a dozen things, and none have been disappointing.

  • Q Richard

Friendly staff so close to closing time. I had the BLT and Chixken enchilada soup. Both were ok. I didn't like the mayo/sauce on the sandwich. However, I got home ate half the sandwich, and the cup of soup, it was satisfying.

  • David Braun

Went in for lunch and got the French dip...$9 and change before tax. Two to three thin slices of meat and a little cheese. I get COVID, inflation, supply chain issues but for a $9+ sandwich there should be a lot more meat.
