At the beginning of the process when Keith valued my property he was kind, professional and was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The marketing of the property was first class with the sales details, pictures and video of the property. The sales team including Amy, Joel and fantastic Jake worked really hard to convert viewings into offers on the property and I always knew they were looking after my best interests - a BIG Thank You! I have to give a special mention to Jessica who was in contact with me throughout the whole time the house was on the market - the level of care and advice she offered was brilliant and really appreciated. Overall, I knew that the sales team wanted to do a really good job for me and that was great to know. Finally, once an offer had been received I was then in the safe hands of Stacey to progress the sale from offer to completion. A job she did brilliantly always responding to my questions in a timely way and always following up on any actions that were needed. She kept me calm and sane during what can be a stressful process. I used Knightsbridge to market my flat as a rental. They had to turn the flat around quickly as my new build finished months earlier than anticipated. I used Knightsbridge as they had good coverage in the area. I was pleased with their services as they managed to turn my flat around in a short time. I managed to get more than what I was expecting which was a nice surprise. Their service seems to be very comprehensive which was a relief to leave it in their hands. In particular Chris who was always available to answer any questions I had at most hours of the day. It is the first time I have been a landlord so having someone friendly at the end of the phone was reassuring. Mercedes who dealt with my case initially and was also friendly and approachable. I appreciate there will also be team behind the scenes working with them both that assisted them. And on the whole their setup runs smoothly taking the pressure off me. They make good use of technology such as social media platforms and online portals to manage communication. Overall I am happy with the service they have provided me and helped me through the process of being a landlord. I would recommend them to people in a similar position to me.

Knightsbridge were a very professional Estate agent to deal with. We were impressed from our first contact to the last with the way they marketed the house and the service we received. The photos taken of the house were excellent as was the brochure they produced. The employee, who conducted the viewings came before hand to ensure she had all the information necessary to sell the house. The live viewing streamed on social media was very impressive Every team we dealt with were professional and quick to respond to phone calls and emails. A very special mention has to go to Denise, the sales progressor, who worked very hard to ensure that the sale did not fall through. She communicated constantly with both us and the buyer to complete the sale. All of the staff in the office really helped to remove some of the stress of selling. Although using Knightsbridge may have cost a fraction more than other Estate agents, it was definately money well spent. In the long run we sold our house with Kightsbridge for more than all the other Estate agents who valued our house predicted.

Quite pleased with the service from Knightsbridge Estate. Rented a 1 bed flat in the city center and the agent/Chris Corbishley was very friendly and professional. Chris dealt with my inquiries promptly. He was very quick in responding to my emails and was easily available over phone whenever contacted. The entire rental process took for me around 10 days including viewing, references, and signing contract. Found couple of issues in the flat mainly in the Kitchen sink, however, Knightsbridge Estate was quick to send someone to replace the tab. So far, I am quite happy with the service and will definitely recommend.
