My friend and I showed up at 10 pm we sat ourselves and waited 10 minutes with no greeting or we'll be with you shortly. I stopped a waitress and asked, "Is there a waitress available for our table". She replied she'll be with you in a sec. About 7 minutes passed so we proceed to leave. The waitress from earlier said she's coming so we sat back down. The waitress then comes over with a drink in her hand. I then asked her to speak with a manager, she replied the manager left and I said well is there a assistant manager she left and I went to the bar and asked the bartender if there was a manager, he replied she's right there. I told her my experience and asked if there was a way to contact the general manager, she said no and I said there must be someone and she gave me an email address. My friend who had already walked out came back and overheard the waitresses saying, " I don't know why they didn't just leave". This was my first time at your restaurant and it was terrible, unprofessional and downright rude. I know this is not the experience that your brand offers. ( at least I hope not) We left went across the street to flips grill where the service was superior to the service offered at your establishment. Please take this as a experience cut short by your employees and no paying customer should be treated this way. I was hoping for a great experience now I'm left wondering if they did me a favor. All the other establishments were full and yours was empty. So I left thinking this must be why. Thank you and I hope and wish your future customers have a better experience than I did.

I have to edit this based on the owners failure to keep his word. I histed this pong tournament at his venue and kept over 45 patrons in there for days straight and our agreement was for 10% of sales to be kicked back to help pay out our winners. This was 3 months ago. I’ve called and texted multiple times and he gives me excuse after excuse as to why he hasn’t paid out. I went up there one night a couple weeks ago with a buddy, and he told me to my face that he hasn’t paid me because i don’t come in there anymore. Well, I don’t come in there anymore because you owe me money. What kind of clown do you think that I am to spend more money in that establishment being owed money? Chris’s inability to keep his word as a businessman has also trickled down to his staff. After being told he’d look at the numbers from that weekend (which should have been done a long time ago) this last weekend, he’s all of a sudden at home sick, and still hasn’t looked at the numbers or cut a check. He wonders why his business struggles. It’s because he is only out for himself and lies to the people he’s supposed to have a good working relationship with. I want to reassure you, Chris. This is not the last review you receive from our community. This is a promise. Love the venue. Chris is an outstanding owner and really cares about his patrons. He has pong every Saturday as well! I’m a beer pong addict so this is right up my alley!

I’d have to agree with some of the reviews below. Especially the “beer is hotter than the girls” comment. Granted, I stopped by on a Wednesday night. But these are the FINALS. BoomerJacks, Dublins and Twins have way more talent and intelligence. Bring a jacket, their AC works well. You may also want to invest in earplugs since the volume for the NBA games and music after the game had everyone in the bar screaming to communicate. Now let’s talk about the prices for the food. Holy Inflation BATMAN. This is what $50 gets you. 12 itty bitty wings, a medium bland pizza, and burnt flavor “chipotle” queso. Luckily, I was baked and hungry AF. The only reason I didn’t drop a 1 ⭐️ is that they have brand new TVs everywhere. I stopped counting after 40. They also have a pretty cool‍♂️VR system in the back. Will check out the DJ sometime on Fridays and might adjust my review then. Let’s take bets. I say, by March next year - end of NFL Season, the doors close.

Came to watch a recent boxing match. Cover was $10 only to hear the minimal audio of the match accompanied by the DJ constantly interrupting the bouts audio. The only heard after about a minute into the rounds and quickly shut off by the DJs next song as soon as the round was coming to an end. Being constantly reminded to tip the bartender even though they include gratuity. It took about 40 mins to tab out on half full bar but maybe they just had a rough night. Makes sense why some of the regulars called it "Walk outs". Everybody seemed irate and bothered by working that night except for maybe one bartender and waitress. Mind you, just because you're at a table doesn't mean you get a waitress. Sometimes it's the bartender just getting to you whenever she can., which in my case she did well.

430 pm on a Saturday, music was way too loud. Waitress was sweet but seemed brand new. Did not have the beer I ordered in stock. Was delivered a warm bottle of shiner. Got our food, no silverware no napkins. Husband ordered Buffalo wings and got teriyaki sauce not buffalo. Asked for Buffalo, the cook refried the same teriyaki wing dipped in buffalo sauce. It smelled so bad I couldn't even finish my plate. Told the manager we just wanted our check and to leave. Paid $30 and left having eaten nothing, and drank 1/4 of a warm beer. The waitress said she was leaving but could send another waitress over and offered a togo box. Hardly even made eye contact. Worst experience. Manager handed a couple of free appetizer coupons on the way out.

Wife and I came here for a party. We had dinner, drinks, and conversation. Food was subpar as the loaded fries weren't good and the wings tossed in hot Buffalo sauce tasted weirdly sweet. Drinks were average pours and prices. Music was very loud to the point we were yelling at ppl 2 feet away and left the place hoarse. This isn't a club. Having the music that loud is entirely unnecessary. We will not be back.

Sooo, I was looking for something new in my area. I came across Knockout Sports Bar. They have only been there for 3 months. I didn't know what to expect. I noticed the gloves. The waitresses were kind and helpful. I ordered me a cocktail (apple crown) and breaded wings. It was good. I was impressed by all the big screens. Yesss, Perfect for football Sunday They have other forms of entertainment such as a live band on weekends, pool tables, top golf and air hockey. You should check this place out. Food is affordable. Plenty of space. Hot ladies and good drinks. *Forgive me.. my camera lens was dirty enjoy my pics

We went here on a fight night. The place was severely understaffed and when we were finally able to put an order in, it never came out. Management messed up the ticket and charged us for items we never received. After going through a ridiculous ordeal they agreed to remove it. However a few days later I checked my bank statements and they charged us for all the items never delivered! Shady establishment and terrible customer service. I'm not asking for much out of a sports bar but this has been an atrocious experience that absolutely ruined our experience.

Second time here. The first time was shortly after they opened. Enjoyed the food and there were many items on the menu we wanted to try. Finally made it back for another visit and OMG what a 180. The food was terrible, nothing like we remembered. Their main seasonings seemed to be salt and sugar, neither of which were used effectively. Our party of 3, none of us finished our food. This might be an ok place to sit at the bar and watch sports but eating here is out of the question.

This place was located right next to our hotel. It was a very charming place at 1st glance. The food was pretty good some of the best sweet potatoe fries and fried mushrooms. The service was horrible. They were friendly but seem to forget we were there. After being seated and our drink orders taking our waiter ne er came back with our drinks. After 10mins another waiter noticed us and asked if we've been helped. She ended up taking our order. The food was hot and came out pretty fast.

I can't speak for the other staff. Find a new location as soon as possible to work or eat. This location will no longer exist by the end of this year. I've attempted to resolve issue in person and via email. They think it's a joke. Also, I would stop eating at this location immediately before someone dies.

First time here, Chris was super welcoming and let me know what all goes on up here and some events coming up to come join. Also, the food honestly was some of the best food I've ever had at a sports bar. Very impressive, will definitely be back!

This place is trashy. When I walked in, it was empty and there was only a girl (wearing jeans) and a male bartender. Then other waitresses started walking out dressed in the “uniform”. I went to watch the Rangers’ playoff game and was surprised by how dead it was. Food wasn’t good; male customers were disrespectful to the girls; service was almost nonexistent; girls were literally talking up their sugar daddies. This place won’t last, and it shouldn’t.

Iliana is amazzzingggg!!! It was my first time going to this franchise & she truly made the experience worth it. Her service was top tier; she was attentive, kind & made me feel like I found a long lost friend. What I thought was going to be a quick outing led to closing out the bar… & that doesn’t happen often. If you’re debating on a visit, don’t go unless you can sit with Iliana!

The server Janiah’s customer service was A1!!!! She was very accommodating and understanding. The bar tender needs some classes and struggles to make drinks the proper way. We had a party of 10 and 80% of us were disappointed with the drinks so only one was ordered.

Came to watch the Cowboys game. It’s absolutely dead probably because the lack of service and also could have something to do with the fact that every single restroom stall in the women’s bathroom didn’t have toilet paper like it’s 3 o’clock in the afternoon did no one check that before now?? I would rate the pizza as a c- and it probably tasted a little less than your typical frozen pizza from the grocery. I think it was likely frozen and baked on site, certainly not freshly made in my opinion. My neighbor had the fried pickles and said he would rate them an A. Overall I was not impressed and will not likely return. I did appreciate the 10% military discount though. Hooray for that!

Host Ricky, and the servers Paula, and Liliana were absolutely great. They definitely made my first experience at Knockout a night to remember. Great music, the loaded fries were amazing. 5 stars is all I am allowed to put, I wish I could give them more.

So we went there to watch the Texas vs Alabama game. Zanna was our server. She was very nice. Always checked on us. Food was out in a timely manner. We met the owner. Great guy. He brought us more chips for the tri dips we got. That was awesome. Had a great time. We will be back.

I love to watch the big ppv fights at this bar. Saves me from spending 80 bucks on em, and there's always boxing fans watching the fights with you, and the food is great, n I really like the women waiters too!! They also have huge tv's that you can watch the fight on or whatever sport your watching that night. I would give Knockouts 10 stars if I could honestly.

Zannah did a great job as our server. She was very attentive, kind and funny. The food took quite awhile to cook despite it not being terribly crowded. It was good though. Great drink and meal specials. Will be going back soon.

Worst service I have ever had! Not once from my original order did u ever get checked on, setting at the bar! Every one around me was checked in and drinks refilled! Not mike! Wings over cooked and very little sauce! Made me feel like I wasn’t wanted in there because I had a cowboy hat! I’d go next door and pay triple before I ever stop In here again!!

This is my third time here. We’ve brought our our motorcycle group here on two different occasions and I decided to give a football Sunday a try. However, I’ve quickly realized, that even though this is a sports bar, that doesn’t mean they’ll have the NFL Sunday Ticket during football season, which is strange. And just for that fact, a one star review.

Went there on a Friday night, awesome live band. The place was crowded and the Wait staff and management were awesome, they checked on us frequently. Great service, nice vibe and good price. Will be back again.

Service is bad, looks like no one trained the workers before and they can do anyone. The food is not the best for the price. Wings are salty with no flavor or seasoning however, even 7-11 have better wings. Girls are more focused on their sugar daddies that showed here for them than real costumers.

Food, service, atmosphere is great. Burger and wing’s absolutely yummy. Rebecca is an excellent server. Manager, Chris also checked on us several times and even showed us patio and games. Now we know they have also top golf suit. Very friendly staff. Definitely will be back at this place.

I’m giving this place 5 stars on its customer service,food and chill beer. Even restrooms is super clean. Chill beer and lots of tv. Found out they started live events now. Also has cornhole tournaments Monday night. Beer pong tournaments on Tuesday nights. As well as karaoke wensday.
