The products and designs are really good. But the service not so much. I ordered for a set of products from the store, I was asked for 150 dollars for delivery and I paid it. After a while on the same day I ordered for another item and I was asked to pay 20 dollars extra due to ‘items being at different locations’, I paid it. Yesterday after 2-3 weeks and still waiting for my delivery I got another call and was asked for another 30 dollars extra for delivery because of ‘items being at different locations’. So weird it feels like am being asked for a ransom to get my goods delivered. I buy 6k worth of goods from them without any discounts other than the standard 50% off and to keep being asked for more and more money for delivering feels cheap. EDIT: Downgrading to 1 star, I have realised that nothing makes up for a pathetic customer service response. Upon receiving the response below I emailed them and got updates for a few days and again since a week I haven’t heard back and there is no clarity of what will happen to the one item that hasn’t been delivered yet. While products look good, if you fall in a situation where you have to contact customer care, like product delays or am guessing product issues as well, you will be stuck in a loop with out certainty. Be careful nothing is worth that stress.

I would give zero if I could for their customer service. I bought a clock yesterday from south wharf and told them that I would return it if my partner didn’t like it. They told me I could return it within 7 days. My partner didn’t like the clock specially the quality of it and since we were already close to Springvale, we took it there just to find out they don’t have a return policy. They said I needed to email customer service and send pictures of the clock with reasons why I am returning it and they might approve my return just for 70% of the original price. Plus I have to take it to the same store. I found this really unacceptable. Have I been informed of all these, I would have never purchased anything from them. But they failed to inform me. Really disappointing.

They have unique designs and classy furniture pieces.But the furnitures are not worth the price and the brand koala living does not provide quality furniture.I got a wooden dining table and the table was infested with wooden beetles/termites. I regret to say that they are not providing a well treated furniture. Eventhough I was provided a replacement table I am still in scare if the new table will be infested as well. The customer service should improve as the customer service don't provide resolution immediately and keep denying replacement furniture or own up the fault.

All my visit to koala and tree have been 10/10. The best service from all the staff help my find what’s most suitable for my home. All the items are long lasting and the fabric is quality. I love this store and most my furniture is from here. I recommend this place to anyone who need inspiration for their home!!

We just put through an order for a sofa for our very first home from Koala Living and are very excited for it to arrive and have it in our home. The furniture they have at the store are all very high quality and look really nice. The girls that advised us on the couch were also nice and helpful.

The delivery is ridiculous. I ordered a very expensive bed mattress and 14 days later you still can't deliver. I'm in my new apartment as sleeping on a deflated mattress because of you. So you guys pay for the pain I'm in and hurry Up on the delevries
