I'll be honest I haven't shopped at a Kohl's in years but went this past weekend. The staff was really friendly and greeted me on my way in and on my way out. I came to return some items I bought off Amazon and they helped me get to where I needed to go. Before that day I didn't even know they partnered with Amazon for returns so I was pretty lost on the concept. They guided me through the process and answered my questions. It was a really easy process and they gave me a receipt to show I returned the items. No hassle, no inconvenience. That's what I like! The receipt they gave me when I returned my Amazon item also had a 25% off coupon for Kohl's. I went there the next day an bought my husband a pair of shirts. I really like how clean and organized the store is. Definitely would go there again, they made a new customer out of me.

I was in the store on 12/11 looking for a jacket since i was far from home and had an outside activity, i walked in confused since i had never been to this store, Brian right away saw me and asked if i needed help, i explained that i was running late and needed a jacket for an outside event i was headed to, right away he walked me over to all the selection Kohls has, not only did he go above and beyond for me but he made me feel more than comfortable picking out a nice jacket, I mention my husband was waiting for me in the car and he helped me check out faster, and helped me save so much money using the coupons and kohls cash I had. He did all of this with a smile on his face. This store is lucky to have Brian working there.

The children's toys are marked up 40-50% vs. Target and Amazon. When asking the customer service desk if they would price match with Amazon, they apathetically indicated they would not nor cared to bother mentioning price matching with other stores. They would rather zero revenue vs. accept reduced margins. While that decision is a corporate one, the rude and apathetic attitude of the customer service desk give us no reason to ever support this store again. Furthermore, the GM was completely unapologetic, unfriendly, and thankless with his response to his employee's unprofessional attitude. Save your money and your time for businesses who have any resemblance of caring about their customers.

We went to Kohl's to shop for some things for a grandson's birthday. We found two Carter's outfits for him but when we got to the register, we learned that now Carter's has been added to their nearly ENDLESS list of exclusions for the coupons! Needless to say, we left emptyhanded. Their coupons have so many exclusions that they would save time by listing what you CAN use their coupons on! We have been very loyal customers of Kohl's, MVP's and all, but because there are so many things I cannot use their coupons on, I'm not going to waste my time shopping at Kohl's anymore. It is irritating to spend a lot of time looking for an item only to find the discounts are no good.

I honestly can't believe this store or Kohl's in general has a rating above 4. The Fort Worth store in Hulen is probably one of the worst at least if you're shopping for men's clothes. For one day quit carrying several name brands like chaps and Croft and borrow. The selection is poor or none if you're any size other than a large medium or small. And worst are the prices I bought Levi's and they were buy one get one half off. The only problem is regular price is double what you pay at Academy $70 compared to 35. During my last visit the cashier was completely rude didn't say please or thank you. Maybe these are old reviews because it used to be a good store.

I am not here to be critical but I don't understand this issue with many retailers/restaurants. When you walk into kohls there is a woman or man there ready to say hi. Today was a gentleman. Ok. Why can't the retailer tell the employees to get a haircut. The guy looked like his ponytail was pulled bac by a 3 yr old. Why wouldn't u want a clean cut guy serving your food or just look like for once they haven't rolled out of bed to come to work! Its not the guys fault u have hair in your food it's the managers who won't say anything. I am wandering is it we don't want to offend them or r we attacking there rights? Which if this is the reason that's pathetic!

This Kohls is not in a very easy to see place. I was right next door yesterday. However the store is well stocked and clean. Workers were very friendly and helpful throughout the store for helping you find items of interest. There was a door greeter to point out exactly the Department I was looking for. It was easy in and out of the store within a few minutes. However on my way to my department I did stop along the way to look at other things. The clothes look to be of quality and reasonably priced. Now that I know they are here I'll be back.

There were some amazon style prices going on today in the clearance section. I saw a polo shirt there that wasn't marked down that ultimately led me to find more shirts like it that all were discounted in a nice Apt. 9 section. I also obtained what seem to be decent athletic shorts 50% off in clearance. A web search pulled up a 20% coupon from now until the 30th. In total I saved $50 off sticker price, landing at $41.55 for two polyester polos and one gym shorts pair.

I have shopped at Kojl's previously for clothing, so when my short sleeve shirts started wearing out, I visited them today. My timing was very good. I prefer button up 100% cotton short sleeved shirts with a pocket, and they had LOTS of them, many at up to 35% off. I was able to find several that I liked. I'm set for the rest of the summer! I just briefly looked around the rest of the store and found several of interesting bargains, but did not buy them. Next time!

The store is clean and well staffed. Be leary of buying online. The price you expect is not the price you pay. If you return for any reason, it is even less. A Keurig cost me an extra 12.00 to return. You could clearly see what I was charged, and no one at the store level knows why the price is different. They tell you to call blah blah, in other words, get ready for a fight or just walk away and warn others. Consider yourself warned.

Found some really good deals here on the clearance racks. Combining the already reduced clearance pricing with the 25% off entire purchase coupon I received from doing an Amazon return, I was able to get some LC shirts and blazer and some Vera Wang work pants all for under $30 which is a big steal, even the woman who rung me up said so. Otherwise this location was clean, not busy, and everyone was wearing a mask.

They are having some great sales right now! Had spent 40 but save 53 bucks thats a heck of a deal! On top of that. The satf was friendly and the store was extremely well put to together for it bing so busy, and as for the lines yeah they where long but the cashier had pushed them lines faster that you could ever think about, i played 5 rounds of solitaire each game only 3 mins or less so it was pretty fast!

Kohl's can be ridiculously pricey, but you can also find deals. The price markings are a little deceptive; I saw sales prices above an item, but when you read it, you found that it wasn't for the item it was hanging above. I had gift cards & didn't spend the entire amount, & I had to ask the Cashier to give me back the card that had the remaining balance, which she'd already put in their card bag.

Clean store upon entering. Nice, friendly and professional staff. I like the toy selection here! They have alot of clothing options for each member of your family! Great prices as well! Definitely download the app so you can use the coupons when checking out! Make sure you connect to their wifi as well to have better cell connection while in the store. Lots of parking available.

Outrageously rude "manager" raised voice to talk over me. They closed before 9pm. Employee told me to wait at front door so I stood there 15 minutes. Finally called only to be yelled at & argued with by SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL "manager" who refused to provide info regarding reporting to someone at Kohl's who could prevent anyone else from getting treated so disrespectfully.

Tried to return some clothes, which I was ok with not being able to return because they didn't have the original tags on them. However, the H2 manager felt the need to insult the condition of the clothes and act condescendingly, so much so that my partner cried in the car from the embarrassment. I will never return to this Kohls because of this one employee.

I like this location a lot. The store is clean and very organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store has many deals and of course I love the Kohl’s cash. The cashier Nathalie was very friendly and laughed and joked about how people mispronounce her name as well as mine. Great values at this location and I highly recommend this location

Kohl's people treasured me so nicely courteously. Every person I interacted with paid attention to me. When I had questions, they listened and did not over talk but answered them with a relevant response. Also, the store was clean from front to back, which greatly impressed me. I will return to Kohl's because I like the way they treated me.

Never had a problem till today Had a return, an return lady had what I believe was (legs don't work) problem because instead of walking over to see same priced item made up one. While I was shopping for my son, I had something embarrassing happen to me and the lady at the checkout was not only polite and friendly, but understanding and supportive. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that! It turned what could have been a very embarrasing situation into a shopping experience I won't forget.

They have very nice stuff nicer than most places. They stopped offering their jewelry cleaning service if you bought jewelry there and they would clean it whenever you were in the store. They're not doing that anymore and I'm really disappointed because I really like getting my jewelry clean when I was there

The Hulen store is always clean and for the most part organized and stocked better than "My Store" in Lake Worth. I love to shop at Kohl's all of my pants comes from here. I buy here using my kohl's cash and 20-30% off using my Kohl's credit card. Hulen also has lots of TCU clothing than most kohl's stores.

Completely understaffed and fires good employees. I go to kohl’s and had to checkout in the manager section because they only had no cashiers. I just assumed it was a bad for workers so i return a week later and there was only one cashier. Although she was sweet this store needs to do better.

First visit this location. Not as well staffed as the Burleson store and waited a long time to ask location for Amazon returns (purpose for visit) because of long lines. Store is clean and well stocked but because of the lines I didn't shop. Amazon attendant was very polite and efficient.

The store itself is fine. It’s kind of obscured from the highway. My biggest problem with them is that they continue to move the Amazon return table around the store which I know is intentional because they want me to see things that are for sale but it’s annoying if you’re in a hurry.

I love Kohl's...... They have the best sales and clearance. You can not beat the Kohl's cash. You spend some and you get some back. Who doesn't like a reward for spending your money. All stores I've been to, have been neat and with a great selection. The staff is always friendly.

I didn't have a chance to experience the store but if you're looking for a review on the Amazon Return I can tell you that it's pretty straightforward. You do need your code to return the item so be sure to have that out as the lady is fast paced at checking people out.

It's very convenient to stop in for Amazon returns. It looked like they were possibly going out of business or else they are just making more room with less racks of clothes. It look very spacious. I was greeted when I walked in & when I left. I hope they don't close.

I used to do a lot of purchasing when I had a discount coupon. Friday I found this coupon no longer covers much as so many items are now excluded. Overall I’ve never seen a place chg so much. Use to be a great place to shop but we’ve found it less so all the time.

Nicely set up for browsing, I bought more than I intended. Got a discount, a scratch-off for 20% next purchase, and Kohl's Cash. The young woman cashier was extremely helpful even though it was her second day there. I actually enjoyed my Kohl's experience.
