Awesome spot! Been to NOLA innumerable times but never to the krazy Korner specifically. Best spot to throw beads. They sell them there for $10 per packet of a dozen(it was between 10 to 12 beads). The music was great the whole time. Two different DJs and bars for up and downstairs. They clear and clean the patio every 45 minutes to an hour. I don't think the staff was wearing masks but I was. No cover charge, of course. Love love love the Krazy Korner. The bouncer upstairs manning the patio was really nice! Wish I knew his name. The drinks were typical for NOLA. Not sure if they have food. We didn't order any. The other party goers around us were nice/talkative. One group got into a fight and hugged after. Oh alcohol. Lol. This place is huge on both the 1st and the 2nd level but I can tell it gets packed at night. We were there from 5 to 8ish. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Except the floor gets super slippery!! Oh and they get down downstairs. There's no standing around. If you're not dancing....somethings wrong.

At first, I am drawn in by the crowd and lively music. I watch from the street. The band starts playing "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and my middle name being 'Nirvana' I feel inspired to mingle with the establishment. I notice the security is rushing back and forth trying to ID anyone entering the multitude of doors. I think it's silly; either have fewer entrances or hire enough doormen. So instead of going to a door, I politely seek out one of the doormen who had made a comment to me earlier, and I show him my ID. I expect at least a chuckle for my middle name. Instead, he tells me off in a cold fashion. "No. No." I hold up my very legal ID and raise my eyebrows. I am 30. At this point he doesn't even pretend to look at it, and tells me he has said no and would like me to leave. While I am upset, I am reasonable. I left him without further complaint and went across the street to watch another concert. 4/5 stars for entertainment value 2/5 stars for service 3/5 total

A lively bar and dance floor in the French quarter. Downstairs, there was live music, which was good. It was too much packed. Most of the floor was kinda wet, so we little Slippery in places. There were girls, kinda force to take some test tube shots. They forced my friends, and then asked for 12$! They were forcing me too, I just managed to push them. The bar tender girl was sweet. I ordered a screw diver, which was the worst. It was completely watered down. The upstair lobby was better. It was packed too, however, the DJ was good. The balcony seems interesting, as you can check out people from there. But the security was pushing people away. As they were claiming that they are going to close the balcony. However, they did not. I think it was kinda crowd controlling strategy

The one big night we went out on Bourbon Street, we ended up in this bar until they closed down. It is a rather small bar located On the corner of Bourbon and St. Peter, consisting of mainly a stage, 2 bars and a few small standing tables. We stayed for the band/music which was on fire. They was an older generation band playing classic rock. The female lead singer was really good, especially for Alanis Morsette covers. The guitar players were fun, and the bass player wandered into the crowd playing and taking photos. Drummer was really good too. Place got packed as the night wore on with people screaming out rock classics. Bouncers at door, can't bring in outside drinks Bathrooms are inside through the back.

In a group of 5, we were each given one shot and told it was 3$, not a big deal, at the end, 2 people pay for shots with cash leaving three of us to pay through Venmo, okay cool, I send them 5$ (3 for the drink, 2$ tip) she then constantly harassed me saying I need to send 40 more dollars. After I was forced to send it I found the manager and he told me I was extremely overcharged, but when the woman came over, she told me that we had 12 shots, and multiple jello shots (which wasn’t even close to true), after hearing this I even confronted my group to see how many we had, and it was only 5 normal shots. I feel absolutely scammed by this place and want my money back.

it was without a doubt one of the best bars I visited on Bourbon st, there was a band playing only good songs, the band was super excited, many beautiful people inside the bar, everyone was excited, good drinks, excellent service, super cozy atmosphere, super well located, I intend to return to New Orleans with my friends and with absolute certainty I will take everyone to know Krazy Korner, who wants to live unforgettable moments in French Quarter, New Orleans, go to this bar. I highly recommend 10/10.

Came to New Orleans for the first time, had an amazing experience with Skie! I've literally only been in New Orleans for 12 hours out of 4 days and she made my whole trip! If you're in New Orleans you HAVE to come by. First experience on Bourbon Street was unbelievable and amazing at the same time. There is no such thing as my home state being interesting anymore. Come to Nola and come see her!

Great music always. Alterna is inspiring with cover songs from the 80s and 90s. Lead singer Bird is possibly the best female vocalist in the city. Bar staff are friendly and skilled with the drinks. Nice crowds with plenty of room to dance. Great upstairs lounge and a balcony from which to view Bourbon Street and the Quarter. No cover charge here !

This place was fun ! We walked up and down Bourbon street and kept coming back to the Krazy Korner! Saw 2 band in one night here and they were both great. Loved the atmosphere, you can be apart of the action in the bar or on the street . Wide windows open up to the street. Syringe Jell-O shots!

Very fun bar on Bourbone St with great live music. There was a fantastic band performing and one of the lead female vocalists was absolutely outstanding! If anyone knows her name or where she posts any of her covers please let me know!

Live music, the band I saw was really good played a great range of music and interacted with the crowd. Drink prices are cheap which is even better. Lots of room to dance and enjoy yourself.

  • Michael Martin

Great time and the band played and played! Crowd varied and people always seem to be enjoying themselves. I haven't sang so much in years. Truly a night I will remember for a long time.
