My sister has been trying to buy a vehicle at Kross, and it was going smoothly so far; however, when they sent the finance document to her to sign through email, the price and the deal that was talked about with the sales representative were not aligned with the finance documents. This discrepancy made her hold the contract for the moment and come to the dealership to talk to the sales representative regarding the initial deal; however, we did not arrive at the same conclusion; therefore, we were sent to the general sales manager, who we hope to help us out. We laid out the problem with the general sales manager that we were having regarding the finance document that we received and the deal we had with the sales representative. However, the general sales manager insisted that my sister either buy the vehicle along with what they added on, (not talked about initially and not the deal we made) or forfeit the deal and lose the down payment. The general sales manager was extremely rude and not cooperative; there was no collaboration between us, and he was not trying to understand our side of the deal. Lack of compassion, customer service and respect were shown as he walked out, leaving us all alone in the room. Kross was one of the worst dealerships I have encountered. Lots of issues arise with the finance document, yet they would rather have you sign it or forfeit and lose your down payment without working with you whatsoever. From the sales representative to the general sales manager, they show no remorse and understanding; after all, they don’t care about you one bit since they already have your hard-earned money. I believe that's what they are just after, which isn't very reassuring and should raise concern. So, if you want to buy a vehicle with good service and employees willing to work with you and you can trust, go somewhere else because Kross won't be one of them.

I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. I found a vehicle online and sent an inquiry, and I received an almost immediate response from Aaron, one of the sales team members. The first vehicle wasn't a good fit for me, but because he was so pleasant to work with, I kept checking their website, and when I found another vehicle that I liked, I emailed Aaron, and he responded almost instantly, and by the way, on his day off this time. I went to the store at the same day and Brandon assisted me. But, for the record, Aaron went there on his day off just to check how things were going. I have no words to describe how nice they were. I went there with my three-year-old daughter, and they made us feel very welcome - it's not easy to do business with a toddler. It was a very smooth negotiation with Brandon, and things continued to go well when Bill from the financial team took over. He went above and beyond to get me the vehicles I desired. I went there to purchase one vehicle and ended up purchasing two! Sam, another member of the financial team, completed the transaction in the most efficient manner possible. He completed all of the paperwork in such a timely manner that we were able to complete everything in a single day. I got the cars I wanted at a great price, and they even arranged for delivery of both vehicles for me because I wouldn't be in town for a while for work. To be honest, it was the best dealership experience I've ever had. Those guys get 10 out of 10!

I purchased a 2022 RVR in March of 2022, the purchase & trade-in went smoothly. I have no issues with the sales staff at Kross. But, Mary in service should go for personality training! She is too rude to be in her position. I purchased lifetime oil changes with my deal. Trying to get in for one is next to impossible. There is always a 2 week wait time. I live 500 km from Edmonton and there is no Mitsubishi dealership in my town. GM always put me first in line since I was from out of town! Also, I just went on a family emergency trip to Ontario and needed an oil change upon returning to Alberta. I called 3 days before I would be back & was told by Mary that I should go somewhere else. That is when I found out that my "lifetime" oil changes are only good at Kross, not at any other Mitsubishi dealerships! What good is that? Cost $1000 for pretty much nothing. DO NOT BUY LIFETIME OIL CHANGES FROM THEM!!!! When I got told to go somewhere else, I did! I went to Capital GMC, & discovered that Erika Hygard, formerly from Lakewood Chev( and Kross) was working there now. I explained my situation at Kross & Erika had my oil changed free of charge, since she remembered me as a longtime customer @ Lakewood! Now THAT'S service! I was so pleased that I traded my RVR for a 2023 GMC Terrain Denali! Now I'm happy!!!!!

Do customers have to do things themselves? So I was told. The story: After a change from winter to summer tires, the dashboard blinked with the message that the tire pressure monitor required to be serviced. After a second trip to the dealership, it turned out the the settings of the monitor was still set on winter. The solution was simply to turn the setting to summer. I was told offhand I could have done it myself. I then requested: can the technician show me how and where to change these settings. I was told the tech couldn't show how this was done but I could ask the sales people or consult the service manual. So on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, I approached the sales people to show me how to change the settings of the tire pressure sensor from winter to summer. Not one of them has a clue since this was a technical question. In hindsight why should I change the settings myself? I paid labour cost for the tire change. Isn't it the technician's responsibility to perform their job from start to finish conscientiously? It has defeated my impression entirely that the service staff were there to *serve* the customers and set their minds at rest. And the next tire change could be another ordeal.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I just had to this time since my experience so far wasn’t the greatest. I’m a first time buyer and currently trying to buy a new vehicle. I had the impression that everything went smoothly so far until I realized the price we agreed on was different from the price written on the document. They explained that everything written was correct and the “deal” we had probably just had some misunderstanding (is what they said), and since I signed the bill of sale already, they can’t help me anymore regarding the price. It’s either take the deal as is or forfeit and lose my down payment. They make you believe you won’t pay for some of the fees but ended up paying for it anyway. They don’t keep their word at all. Talking to the general sales manager didn’t even help since he only believed of the salesperson than the customer. They only made me feel a liar, ignorant, and even made me feel that it was my fault for having that misunderstanding. The whole process was so confusing and frustrating. If I could go back, I will stay away from this place.

If this was the last dealership on earth I would have to walk. The worst car buying experience of my life. I am a 68 yr old widow that bought a $31000 used vehicle. It was supposedly inspected. As soon as I started to drive home I could feel a clunking in the back. I was told the inspection only covered safety issues Right bushing gone” not a safety issue” Wind whistling thru NEW windshield” not a safety issue” Battery 15% “ not a safety issue” A piece broken on the counsel that was supposed to be fixed “ to expensive to fix” Never saw my salesman after I drove off the lot. The vehicle was not detailed like I was promised. Nobody will deal with this. The whole place is a disaster and they took advantage of me. They give car dealerships a bad name. The sales staff, the service department and management are a joke. I am devastated by this experience.

My wife and I had been looking to purchase a new vehicle for the past several months and decided we really liked what the outlander had to offer. After a very poor experience at the West Side Mitsubishi dealership, it was a breath of fresh air going into Kross. Our sales associate was Mike Kachkar. He was extremely knowledgeable (which after visiting several dealerships the past few months seems to be a rarity) and went through every feature on the outlander. When it came to the buying process, there wasn’t any real sense of pressure to buy. The sales manager we dealt with, Chafic was extremely nice. Both him and Mike worked hard to get us a deal we could agree to. All in all, this was the best buying experience I’ve had at a dealership. Thank you Mike!

Kross redeemed our trust with the Mitsubishi brand. after horrrendous experiences with customer service at West Edmonton Mitsubishi where we purchased our 2023 Outlander PHEV. We decided to try changing dealership for servicing and could not believe the positive helpful attitude and, yes, competence. Kross had to walk WE Mitsubishi thru the process of adding the extras items included in our purchase to the vehicle's profile so they could be covered by warranty. We have bought many new vehicles over the years with good follow up customer service so we took it for granted. Beware buyers as customer service is no longer a given but Kross Mitsubishi showed us that they still care about it and we did not even buy our vehicle from them.

Never thought a dealership would be so easy and friendly to deal with. Bought a PHEV from Kross Mitsubishi, one of the best services I’ve ever had, my sales person was Yousef, he was very honest and straight forward, he helped me find the right trim that suits my needs, very knowledgeable and did the best he could to get me a deal. I was debating between the Hyundai and Mitsubishi, but after coming in and dealing with Yousef the team at Kross Mitsubishi I was sure I made the right decision with Mitsubishi. If you are looking for a New or Used vehicle make sure to go to Kross Mitsubishi and see Yousef!! Or any of the staff there as they are all amazing!! These guys were the most helpful, down to earth and kind group! HUGE shoutout to Gerry from Parts for answering EVERY question I had (even the ones that were out of his job description) and taking the time to explain to me exactly what I need and working with me to find the best option in my budget - I saved so much money by following his recommendations! Also a massive shoutout to Michaela from services for being so flexible and for keeping me updated along every step of the way during repairs and making sure I understood what was going on and again, answering every silly question I had! I got my car back yesterday and everything works like a dream! I’m so grateful I called these guys, couldn’t recommend them enough!

Today we visit this dealership with my friend and his wife . He is looking for outlander because i refer him for this suv. Unfortunately car was out off budget and then we ask them for used car. Girl associate i have no idea about name but was in black dress showing us RVR. Price $35k and car side mirror broken, lots of scratch on driver side both doors. This is our right to tell her about this and try to bargain. But associate stop deal with us and walkout. Is you guys have right to tell features. Customer have no right to tell their views. This is third time on this dealership. Thats why i buy outlander from westside mitsubishi in Jan 2023. Even sel price is here 38000 and westside 34000. Wow mind blowing service.

They make all sorts of promises to get you to buy a vehicle and then when your vehicle starts having problems it shouldn't way before it should.... It's nearly impossible to get in to get it checked and get it fixed without taking a week day off of work which when you work in education is not easy in May and June. Disappointed at the lack of availability for servicing/repairs for the 75% of the people who work regular days. Really disappointed because our family has bought many vehicles from them in the past and we didn't have issues like this before so I've seen alot of negative reviews taking their star ratings down now. We won't be buying more from here if this continues.

We purchased a 2022 Outlander PHEV. We have been looking into EVs for a long time (10+ years). We have visited many dealers. We never found some one more informative and passionate about EV till we met Mike. It was the best demo experience we ever had. We decided to buy without a test drive. We loved the in-store experience and the post care. And the ride home was amazing. We did have an issue with financing but this was resolved quickly on pick up and was equitable for all - I would not hesitate to recommend the EV, Mike and the Team @ Kross.

Had a very bad experience. Appointment was at 7 pm and we were attended at 7:45 pm. Extremely rude saleswoman, barely gave any attention to us and when we wanted more info and negotiation said “you shouldn’t have seen the car if it’s not in your budget and anyway my shift ended long ago i.e. at 6 pm” whereas we were given the appointment time of 7 pm and had to wait 45 minutes. Edit: I got a call back from them and no apology, rather told me that I should know that that’s how dealerships work in Canada.

If you know nothing about cars or if you are a first-time buyer, be careful, they will take advantage of you!! My sister had a bad experience with them, they said they explained everything to her, but when she was about sign the paper that they sent thru email, the price completely changed!! They won't even give her money back, when she clearly told us it's refundable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE! THEY'RE ONLY NICE TO YOU IF YOU'RE BUYING THE CAR BUT ONCE YOU SIGN A PAPER, YOU'RE DOOMED!!!

We had a great experience checking out Outlanders and buying our 2023 Outlander SEL with Mike, the fleet manager! Our sales guy wasn't able to make it in so Mike stepped in. He was very VERY knowledgeable, shared honest opinions as he is an Outlander owner himself, and he was very patient answering all our questions, not pressuring us for time or for a sale. This is our third Mitsubishi. I transitioned from an RVR which I loved and had for 12 years before needing more space for our growing family.

So, I didn’t purchase anything here but I wanted to point out that I came in to look at a bigger vehicle - a 7 seater that was spacious. The salesperson was super honest and told me that it’s not spacious at all and not going to be a good car for that. I have never walked into a dealership where they literally didn’t waste my time trying to sell me something I wouldn’t like or be able to use the way I wanted. When I am looking for a smaller vehicle, I will definitely be coming here first!

I have just had the best car buying experience with Kross Mitsubishi. The sales people are awesome, (ask for Danny, he is my hero) no nonsense that I have experienced at other dealerships. I drive about 50,000 km a year and decided to give up my wonderful Outlander after driving 270,000 km with not one minute of trouble with it, and am now in a beautiful RVR which I am sure will be just as reliable . With that 10 year warranty you can’t go wrong. Highly recommend this dealership!

Unprofessional waste of time, don't bother with these guys they are liars called to enquire about a couple of vehicles when got to the dealership they said non of them are available why did they waste my time and not inform me of the same??Infact they picked me up to actually see those vehicles what a joke and whats more of a joke is that those same vehicles are still listed on thier website?? Just had the best experience purchasing my first car. I purchased a Diamond Red Eclipse Cross SE. Brandon is an awesome salesman! He listens to your needs attentively, is really knowledgeable and never pushy. I had my heart set on another car till Brandon explained to me the amazing warranty and reliability of my car. After seeing positive reviews i went to buy a second hand vehicle it was a good deal until i checked my equifax credit report, i requested to finance handler to do not inquire more than once unfortunately my loan application was declined by bank however this guy was so desperate to get the deal done so he tried to secure the loan from 3 other banks, now im left with multiple negative inquiries on my credit report. Guys stay away and do not trust these guys.

Just picked up our new 2022 Outlander GT-P. Aaron is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. True hearted regular people person. Listened to us, worked a great deal and even bought me a Mitsubishi tumbler. Sam was awesome in financing, did everything to ensure we were protected- never had "gap insurance" offered before. I purchased my first Outlander from Aaron in 2018. I've never had any problems with my vehicle, but wanted to upgrade to the 2023 model. I can't say enough about the staff at Kross. Aaron is truly amazing and will never pressure you to make a sale. He takes the time to make sure you're completely satisfied and walks through all of the vehicle features with you. They told me that I had an approved credit and they asked me for part of the downpayment only until the third week and they said that I needed a cosigner due to a problem with my real credit. That is to say, there was no approved credit, they only did it to get me hooked, they only lied, they got me excited and they made me waste my time. very bad practice, they don't care about the customer, they only care about meeting sales goals.

Just got my RVR 2023, Mike was our salesman and he was super helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and made sure all were addressed. My wife and I had a great experience with Kross Mitsubishi. We dealt with Madison in sales when purchasing the car and Sam with finance. We even had help with some of our questions from the GM Bryan and Service Manager Colton! Overall, I felt we were treated fairly and kindly, and everything was straight forward. For a sales experience, I think that's the best you can ask for. I would recommend Kross based on this .

Picked up our 22 Outlander 2 weeks ago. Delivery was early. We worked with Aaron again, 2nd Outlander we have bought from him. We were in Ireland when we ordered it and he took care of everything, above and beyond . We swapped out the rims and he sorted it out for us, went back last week for floor mats and he got those in also. Highly recommend dealing with Aaron if you go there . The Outlander is epic also !

Beautiful SUV. 2023 Outlander phev. My salesman Brandon was very informative and knowledgeable about the Car. We worked out a great deal for both of us. I've been trusting this dealership for the last seven years. Sadly, the last few visits have been so disappointing. Different diagnostics provided for the same issue. Repairs done as recommended. The issue is even worst and would cost another $2,000 to fix. The service manager would not return my calls and email as I'm asking for an explanation.

One star for the reason when I asked what the price to fix my vehicle was they didn't include the diagnostic time. So me thinking it would cost x amount of dollars it cost a 1/4 more then it did. And didn't even get a real apology. Go to Northside Mitsubishi if you can. When they tell you a price it's actually what you will be paying

Hi all, I bought a car from this showroom totally disappointed and telling lot of stories before buy it. Once I bought the car everything was changed. The worst part is service dept very rude and bad time management. I don't want you the bad word but they deserve for it.

Don’t trust this dealership. I bought a used vehicle that supposedly that had been inspected. I had to do brakes, wheel bearing and injector. Tried contacting the GM and have not been able to get hold of him. I would never go to this dealership again
