They are very much customer centric - hassle free, transparent and honest. They provide end to end service. I used their service recently - getting death certification to ambulance service for taking the body to native place. They were prompt in their services, everything was done in a timely manner and they were transparent about the rates and didn't overcharge anywhere. There was some miscalculation from the driver and I had overpaid, which I realized later and brought it to their notice. They looked into it and refunded the extra amount back. All in all, they are service minded and great.
