Absolutamente desagradable el trato de la "señora" que trabaja en este lugar. Nada más entrar por la puerta me dice que a las cinco se va a por sus niños (yo también tengo vida y no la voy contando) de muy malas formas. Eran poco más de las 15:40. No contenta con demostrar su mal carácter y su mala educación, después llegó una mujer y estuvieron 10 minutos hablando de olores de suavizante sin atenderme para que pudiera empezar a lavar. Consiguió lo que quería, que me marchara sin hacer la colada. Aún no son las cinco y yo ya he lavado y secado en otro local. No volveré a este sitio y desde luego ninguno de mis colegas que pasan por la ciudad todas las semanas lo hará.

The lady working here is so fantastic. She welcomed me as soon as I entered and helped me set up the machines and swap cash for coins. She even helped me choose a scent for my detergent. She was so friendly, seriously cannot thank her enough just for being a kind person and spreading sunshine! The laundromat was spacious and clean. It wasn’t hot and stuffy inside like others I have been to. They offer a range of laundry based products for you to purchase. I’ve been travelling Europe and the UK for six weeks (and I’m from Australia) and I’ve never seen such a well managed and cared for laundromat. Thank you so much for your assistance!

Great place. Friendly and helpful staff (Fiona). Highly recommended! I arrived with lots of dirty washing. No soap powder, no conditioner, no clue. Fiona saw me scratching my head and took over. Thank you! As a rare user of launderettes (my washing machine is having time off : replacement parts are travelling from Germany) and not having a great time at a well-known local chain over the years, this made a refreshing change. Isn’t it noticeable when the owner runs the place? Customers matter!

If you need laundry done here in Liverpool, you have to come here! We're from Singapore and Fiona was incredibly helpful. She guided on how to go about using the machines and even shared with us places to see here in Liverpool! Price wise, it just makes sense. £6.50 for a 26min wash for a full load (10 to 15kgs) and another £3 for 15 minutes of drying. Thank you Fiona for the great service and experience :)

We are on an extended tour of the UK and Ireland and needed to do some laundry. This laundry is fantastic. They helped get access to the machines and we finished by closing. Great and clean equipment. Thanks so much for your help. If you have laundry to do this is the place.

Excellent Lsundry. Spotless clean with helpful and courteous staff. You can also get dry cleaning done or stock up on all the popular spanish cleaning products on sale. Also have stock of perfumes, candles, air and car fresheners which make my home and car smell amazing

Lovely, friendly place ! If you're lucky you'll even get a free tour to the nice catholic church nearby, a place full of moving history. Thanks to the tour guide and her daughter in law who runs the place. I highly recommend L3 Room Laundrette

Very the lady was very nice and helpful. It's 6.50 £ for a quick wash, add 50p for detergent or softener. Drying is 1.50 £ for 8 minutes. You must pay with coins, but it's possible to trade notes for coins with the staff. Very efficient!

Muy recomendable, la señora que trabaja ahí es súper amable. Estábamos viajando ligeras con mi hermana y teníamos que lavar. Este lugar estaba a 30’ caminando desde mi hostel y fue un hallazgo hermoso. Vale la pena caminar hasta ahí♥️.

Great little business. After using similar outlets across Europe, it was great to have someone on site to assist. Keeps a very clean shop front, and assists with change and setting the machines. A friendly chat as well!

Always go here for my cleaning products which are brilliant with good stock and variety. Today I got there when it was closed but the young lady let me in and served me. Can't ask for more than that .. thanks xx

I’m visiting from Australia & have never used a laundromat. Purposefully chose this location based on the reviews. Maria was so accommodating and helpful with all of my questions. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Way too overpriced! Paid £4.50 for a 26-minute wash. Washing liquid wasn't even included in that price. I was not satiated with the standard of cleniness after the wash. Not value for money!

Excellent! 알버트독에서 버스를 타나 걸으나 비슷한 30분거리라 걸어서 찾아왔고. 직원이 너무 친절해 문제없이 세탁완료(세탁23분,건조21분) 기다리는동안 옆에 슈퍼에서 구경하고 의자에서 쉬면서 빨래하러 온 분과 얘기하고 있으니 끝났네요. 혹, 영어가 안되시는 분도 아무 문제없습니다. 많이 이용하세요
