5 stars all the way around!! I am so glad I decided to come to this location. I received friendly and helpful service from every staff member. They smiled and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The employee who was stocking shelves asked if he could help me find something. On the way out, the female employee struck up a friendly conversation and commented on a choice of a wine that she likes as well. It is such a pleasure to see employees who want to deliver exceptional service and who want to enhance the customer experience. They have a great selection and layout is easy to navigate. The Manager helped during my transaction and was also very accommodating and took the time to address my concern. There is plenty of parking in front of the store in the parking lot at New Street and Appleby.. This will be my first choice when choosing an LCBO. Thank you to all of you who were working yesterday!

For all the years I have shopped at LCBO, I have never dealt with such rudeness and disrespect from a cashier who obviously should not be working with the public! She rang in my order, put it in a bag, did not move the bag down towards my cart and just stood there, so when I reached out to grab my purchase, she became belligerent accusing me of putting her health at risk (I was wearing my PPE!.) I was humiliated as she was trying to intimidate me with her accusations!! I had no words as I stood there in shock, being berated. At this point she said “”Ma’am, I think you should shop at another store from now on.” At this point I was in disbelief at how an Employee of the LCBO would behave in such a poor manner!! A miserable experience!!!

worst shopping experience ever. the saleswoman who served me is a racist. no one ask me for my ID except her-- I'm nearly 30. she asked for it, so I went back home, grabbed my passport, then went back to the store trying to get the wine I need. she asked for the ID again, so I showed it to her. she didn't even look at it, opened the package and checked the wine I bought which I never seen this happen before, saying she would "examine" my ID later. so she "examine" my passport and said it was expired. it's not. instead of looking at the first page of my passport, she looked at my Japan visa which do expired. no one would look into a radom page in passport for ID checking. she acts like I'm a criminal, not a customer.

We asked to have a product transfered from this LCBO to our local LCBO and the person on the phone told us to drive the 45min one way to come pick it up during a provincial emergency order and a global pandemic. The representative from this location also sarcastically mocked my husband as not knowing where he was calling when my husband sought to confirm the location; our town only has one LCBO, not many, so he was just confirming which one he was calling. Rude and terrible customer service. We feel sorry for all those that have to deal with this location as our local LCBO was lovely when we called back and explained what had happened. Our local LCBO offered to order the product for us in the future.

Great selection of spirits and more, horrible management/customer service. Only one worker came up to ask if I had found what I was looking for and was nice. The floor manager has a horrible attitude, I had been carded before I had finished making my selections and she had stopped the cashier from doing his job of carding me after giving me very uncalled for attitude. Horrible service overall, I would definitely recommend finding a different LCBO to shop at. She was apologetic after the fact but it was still quite uncalled for. Most of the time I understand people have things going on and I don’t normally get bothered by things like this. Just overall was not a fan of how I was spoken too.

I’ve been in the store on many times and can’t help but notice the employee/shelf stacker called Dave whom I have witnessed personally on many occasions treat other customers with complete distain and contempt! I have no idea why this man appears so angry with everybody but I even overheard him refusing to accept cash from one customer and spoke to him in such a manner it was upsetting to both me and others in line waiting to pay. How this man hasn’t been put in line by his management is beyond me! I have started using another lcbo up the street to avoid this man at all costs and would advice others to do the same!

They have a huge selection of alcohol from red/white, plus some other wines from lots of countries, rums, vodka, whiskey etc. Coolers, ciders, beer etc. The people who work there are so helpful & nice & so far everytime I've gone there they help you find what your looking for or answer your questions abt the wine etc. Prices are good, it's always clean and organized. If you haven't gone you should check it out. You can also get gifts for people or even just a gift card. They always ID you even if you are way over the age to drink.

I bring my own LCBO canvas bags. Eight times out of ten this store’s staff refuse to bag my bottles. It happened this evening again. I was told that it is due to COVID. Hey folks at APPLEBY and New guess what? COVID isn’t transmitted by touch. We learned that two years ago. It’s just sloth on your part. And you are the only store with this bogus policy. I call it sloth and being impervious to climate change. And poor customer service. Head office - let’s do a better job of ensuring consistent service across your stores.

I enjoy going to this LCBO because of the variety they offer. Quite often they will sell brands that other locations do not. There is usually ample amounts of parking ( maybe not during the holidays) and the checkout process has never felt like it's 'laging'. The staff are usually very knowledgeable. This location also usually has a wine tasting/sample table. I seen it quite often here but not other locations.

Run, don't walk to this location and ask for Bella! Bella helped us out as we shopped for our company Christmas Party, and had us in and out of there in no time! Bella was gracious, kind, funny and above all professional. The store is spotless, and everyone working that afternoon was on their game. Thank You all for everything. Had an negative encounter with a very rude cashier. She made a very smart comment to me along the lines "did you think that the other line would have been faster, because you kept on switching lines". I did not deserve that kind of treatment, I am a customer in the store, just wanted to purchase and leave. I will take my business and my money elsewhere. There are better LCBO in Burlington!

I tried to put a free sample of Tag vodka on my 60oz bottle of Absolute but the store manager saw me and told me to leave the store. Sorry Tag but I'm not going to switch without a sample. I always add freebies to my 60 oz, but I always give back. I donate $5-$10 for sick kids or whoever always. Because of this narrow minded manager it's time to say no!

As a licensee this store is horrendous. The LCBO store in the Food Basics plaza is a third of the size and have more stock than this store. For the size of this LCBO store they need to get their act together. As a licensee I would definitely not recommend this one you will definitely be going to another liquor store to fill your order.

Was in a few months ago and I think it was Mike I spoke to. Asked him if he could get Wolfhead coffee whiskey in he said he would see what he could do. To my wonderful surprise today when I went in they are now stalking Wolfhead coffee whiskey! I am super grateful thank you for making it easier for us to enjoy. #Wolfhead

Was on assignment to find a good bottle of whiskey in a plastic bottle, camping friendly. Was very skeptical but gave it a go. Asked an employee checking stock in the whiskey section and to my surprise she told me about 40 Creek Copper pot, she highly recommended it. Plastic bottle and great taste. Great advice thankyou!

Excellent customer service. Especially useful for a non-drinker buying for others. Great advice was tremendously appreciated and the wines that were recommended were thoroughly enjoyed by my family. Saturday evening I picked my online order and was welcome by grumpy unhappy female employee. Could you please by more friendly with some sort of smile. You are working in service sector and as far I know LCBO is a good place to work. Change you attitude please or stay at home. Cheers

Pretty good store, always clean and well stocked all year round. Currently they're raising money/asking for donations to MADD (mothers against drunk driving) which I think is really impressive and important, since they sell alcohol. Friendly and helpful staff as well!

Made to feel like a criminal when my 22 year old daughter touched a bottle of wine I was buying for my wine because she didn't have any ID and she wasn't even buying it I was. They go to far with these rules especially when I'm obviously not buying it for her.

Nice store to shop in but the waiting line to check out at 4pm on a week day was annoying. One cashier doing her best but a line of 10 seniors with armloads of merchandise trying to maintain distance, took away from the overall experience.

Decent layout, friendly staff and always have something new in stock. The beer section is a bit lacking though, and is quite cramped, especially compared to other stores. At least they have a walk in freezer though, so it's always cold.

Decent LCBO with attentive employees. Generally order online and I’m in and out in a couple of minutes. Only issue is with the lack of stock for certain items but that is more an issue of the current times than anything else.

Great Staff! I was sad to see Belgium Moon sold out and was recommended to try 1694 Blanc now I think I have a new favourite! I continue to shop at this location as the staff is so willing to help you find what you need!

Local LCBO, friendly 95%, the other 5% is usually from workers who are seasonal. Covid has put a strain on everything. Usually has what I'm looking for but if not, suggestions are given and help is always there.

I have yet to encounter friendly staff here. When I cash out I either get ignored (no hello....nothing) or the cashier talks to other employees at other cash registers without a word to me while they serve me.

You have an employee named Dave and your location. I have never met a ruder, more discriminatory person. Every other staff member is welcoming and helpful. Dave needs an attitude adjustment.

It was a busy saturday afternoon so another cash open would have been nice the staff were very helpful and pointed out a couple of suggestions to be and the cashier was quick and courteous

Good selection when things are in stock (which has been rare recently), very limited American whisky section. Unfortunately they let people walk around without masks on all the time.

This LCBO is a reasonable size. Selection of High Quality Liquors is not great. Staff are friendly, service is quick.
