I come to this LCBO quite frequently as I live in the area. It is on the smaller side but stocks the good stuff. Staff are always friendly and have recommended me countless things to try, all of which I have enjoyed. It's the Saturday of the long weekend today and for a smaller store, there was no line and I got help with what I was looking for right away. The manager James saw that I was looking for something and he offered help. I was looking for two bottles of Veuve and decided to check here before driving to Oakville. The LCBO site said there was 1 in stock. James said there wasn't any in stock but took the time anyway to check for me. He took the initiative to check EVERYWHERE that he ended up noticing a lady exchanging her bottle of Veuve for something else. I had mentioned I was looking for 2 bottles and he kept looking and found the other bottle that was in stock. He sanitized the bottle that was being exchanged. James saved me so much time and the inconvenience of driving 25 mins in traffic. I really appreciate it and I've never received that level of customer service before, especially with how busy they were, so THANK YOU VERY MUCH JAMES. LCBO GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!

The cashier, an Indian lady kept nagging me to donate for women’s college or something. I said no twice and she still kept bugging me. To top it all off she had the nerve to tell me “You can buy all these alcohol so you can donate” are you serious? Don’t call it a donation if you want it compulsory. Whatever I do with my money is none of her business. Last I checked I came into a liquor store not a foundation. If I want to donate I’ll do it an actual charity program not through LCBO. LCBO better train their cashier to learn what “no” means, I just want to get my order and go.

called looking for a product to make sure it was in stock, talked to an employee who said they would keep the product behind the counter with our name on it as we were driving out of our way to pick it up. we then arrive talk to another employee who was full of attitude and wouldn’t listen to the fact that we had one set aside and also said they did not have the product. take my advice and go to any other location disrespectful employees and a horribly maintained location.

Was there today 21/6 @ 3.05 pm. There was this lady cashier ( Indian/Guyanese) acting funny. First she kept us waiting while she was going through some papers, then she gave me a paper bag & asked me to bag my beer My question is... Why would a cashier be doing paperwork when there are customers lined up & why did she ask me to bag my beer, when her colleague at the next counter was doing it. Then she asked me for a donation.... guess what my answer was ?

This liquor store is right in my neighborhood. The staff is always friendly and the Floorplan is wide enough for me to get through with my walker. I still get checked for ID once in a while which I take as a complement given that I’m way past legal age. Thanks for always serving me. And for being helpful.

Small and dated store that does not carry many brands. Save yourself the trip and go to elm Creek or hurontatio and Eglington. Staff might be friendly but if the selection is so limited what's the point? Plus you'll save yourself from the questionable patrons of this particular area of Mississauga.

Placed an order online for pick up and it was ready in a timely order. The cashier was really sweet and opened the box to share all 12 bottles ordered were there. First time ordering online and it was super convenient and handled well from the click of the button to pick up.

It's an okay LCBO. It has all the basic things but it's a smaller LCBO so if you're looking for an assortment of ciders, craft beer, wine; this might not be the right LCBO to head to. It's in a good location right next to the beer store which is why we end up here sometimes.

I've been coming to this LCBO for years now. It's small but it's quiet and they still have a good selection of stuff especially the Gins. They also have a great selection of beers. The store is always clean and the staff is amazing and super friendly!

Very clean inside and the staff are very friendly to help you if you need any help to find something. And don't get surprised if you are old and get asked to see ID oh, don't worry that's the good part it makes you feel good the compliment LOL

It's not a large store but it has most of everything as far as I know, because I've always found what I wanted. It's clean enough parking and organized and the staff help with problems finding a drink. It's wheelchair accessible.

Great little LCBO always fast service, staff are always helpful and friendly, might not have an extensive selection but 90% of what your looking for will be found.... and with all the free parking you'll be on your way quickly

They have a security guard who acts like they are part of staff and doesn't respect distancing or directional signs on the floor. At least 6 staff and only myself when I was checking. I'm sure it's busy but still overstaffed.

Neither a very big space nor enough varieties. But certainly located at a very convenient centre. Buy beer from Beer Store if you need anything else then step into LCBO. Bear is a but costly & they have only 6 pack available

Please understand this is not a reflection on all the other great employees that work at the Mississauga Hillcrest location they are really nice and great people who my frined and I have become friends with over time.

They have it all. From Hennessy to canned beer. Ample parking space. But for light drinkers that need soda/juice to mix. You might need to head down to metro a stone throw away to get those. Prices are fair too.

The staff here is very friendly and personable. They were knowledgeable and attentive when I asked them for specific liquors. The location itself lacks a ton of selection so check stock before going.

In Ontario it is the best place to buy your beverages. You will find all sorts of beers from all over the world. They also have a very good selection of wine and lots of different types of drinks.

Nice store but rather small and because of that does not provide a large selection. Otherwise, conveniently located right next to Hurontario, so is mine store of choice for regular drinks pick up.

I was there for a one day security and employees are so helpful and alert for costumer service .... great team specially the evening supervisor and the Asian guy with long hairs . Good job guys

First time at this LCBO just moved from brampton, John the assistant manager is the best considering that it was my first time at that location, super friendly! I highly recommend this LCBO

Probably the least busy in comparison to other nearby labor since it's kind of hidden. Nice last with blonde hair works there and gives awesome suggestions if you're trying to switch it up

The staff here is very friendly and are always eager to help. The store is extremely clean and well stocked. I use beer in cooking and this store has a ton of variety which helps.

Small store with limited selection. You'll find the basics there, but not much else. Lines get very long during the holiday season, and the parking lot fills up quickly.

For a small store it has a decent variety of items. It is typically busy but there is enough parking and enough check-outs open so you are not waiting long.

Small store but good service. It's right next to a beer store so if you can't find what you want and are short on time just walk over to the beer store.

They don't have the bigger varie to chose from but since it's closer to my house, I visit frequently. Staff is super nice and always smiling

Staffs are really good. One specific brand was sold out this store but the staff helped to find the closest store having this brand.

Smaller Location. Good Service good selection but if you want more the Mavis/Dundas store is just a 3 minute drive from here.

Well stocked, world in your bag and no competition.So if you want alcohol you got to go there,no place exist in Ontario

This location is one of their smaller stores but still had the basics. Customer service is friendly most of the time.

Smaller store compare to the square one and Costco plaza by Dixie Rd and Dundas St.
