I’m African Canadian citizen. Man in his mid 50s . My experience of Racism and Racial Prejudice today. At Queen Quays LCBO was Profound- ( in a negative way), It Made me feel like my presence was unwanted in Toronto. Downtown Toronto. As I stepped into the store the security guards Punjabi security guard followed me around the store while I was looking for a bottle of Hardy. He stood where I could notice him. Speaking with the officer next to him. They made sure that I knew their presence was close “sure I notice them “ Even though there are at least 25 or 30 other people in the store at that time. ..I was singled out as I noticed that I was the only African man in the store at that time. I am a hard working man. Earned my money Honestly. This shouldn’t be happening in Toronto . This is wrong . To treat African Canadian man as if we are all criminals. And we are not making any contributing to society . Sincerely, African Canadian Man.

This review pertains to the NEW flagship store that opened February 2022. It's beautiful, massive and well laid out. Highlights: - Has the largest Vintages section in LCBO’s store network with about 1,500 wines and local beverages including 230 VQA Ontario wines and 139 Ontario craft brewers. -There is a massive walk-in fridge where you can get beer. -There's an innovative tasting station where you can try samples that are kept fresh with an argon gas dispensing system. -Has an amazing rosé wine section, as well as a huge selection of sparkling wine / prosecco. -You can buy ice here! Well worth a visit.

Fancy, well decorated, extremely organized, huge selection of wine and spirit, everything is staged in a way where you can easily find what you are looking for. When I stepped in LCBO it made every other liquor store feel mediocre to me, all stores should look and feel like this place, prices might be a bit higher, however still competitive and the experience is real. One thing I can say to the staff working there, and there's a lot of them, check up on customers to see if they need any assistance when you clearly notice that they wandering around!

Good selections and I have been at this location for year. Staffs was great UNTILL someone got hired and did not get attitude check. There’s Asian young lady who working as the Cashier. Could not hear what people saying and full of broken young person attitude - banging pens, throwing stuff with anger. Please behaves better, no one there to take your stress and tiredness just because you are working in LCBO, keep it for yourself. Train your staff or you guys will have issues one day.

I paid $12.50 for parking in the underground lot. Saw lots of paid add displays, this can't help the small producers. Limited selection of craft Canadian Whisky producers. No Spirits tasting bar?? Lcbo seems to be shifting their market approach away from customer needs and more towards big companies who can afford the glossy in-store advertising. Store seems poorly designed in my opinion...cold, dark colors. Staff always friendly and helpful.

A great location downtown for all your alcohol needs! Very clean and big space housing a lot of different brands! Don’t normally go to a lot of lcbo’s but was impressed with this one! Service was quick in cashing out and totally made me want to buy more and just go to lcbo in general for some coolers even to just have at home! Great job overall! Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics, vids and more amazing content!

Toronto’s flagship LCBO store is beautifully designed with a massive selection of wines and spirits. Everything from the interior design to store layout and service is well executed. Thanks to clear and spacious organization it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. There are also plenty of knowledgeable LCBO staff to assist and guide you with pairings and recommendations.

I live close to this LCBO location. The selection is very good and the staff on the floor are generally pleasant. However, the staff at the pick-up counter (for online and VSO purchases) are rude, miserable and unhelpful. This is based on a number of pick-ups from this location...at least they're consistent. Absolutely ridiculous.

Flagship LCBO, easily the best liquor store in Ontario. Beautifully designed with a vast selection of everything you might imagine. Huge vintages section, touchscreen electronic catalogue, free indoor parking. Definitely recommended. Oh and they have a couple of bottles of Chateau Petrus in case somebody is interested :)

Pros: Lots of parking, Chilled beer section Cons: - Newly opened location so they have a separated beer room which is chilled. The selection was kind of thin, but this could've been due to the fact that its new and it was the holiday season. Nothing really bad to say, Good location, new store, loads of parking.

Usually a great selection and easy to park at. They recently updated their whisky section too. The craft beer selection is very good Lots of local and imported wines to choose from Staff is very knowledgeable Even on busy days the cash line is never too long Only wish they had a larger tequila selection.

This is the LCBO's flagship store with the largest selection of wines in Toronto. A nice and clean shop with competent and knowledgeable staff. Here I found many wines from Italy and France but also from other countries. Beer and cider are available in a fairly large cold room. Quite a lot from Belgium.

This review is for the corporate office at the same building, not the retail store. The LCBO the biggest monopoly in Ontario and nobody can do anything about it, how wonderful. They can fake reviews on their own website to lie to customers, but let’s see if they can take down reviews here on google.

This place is amazing. Full of vintages, and everything you could want. The decor is beautiful too. So much selection. There is a separate room for beer and cider at the back, which I had trouble finding. Maybe they should add better signage that you can see from the entrance.

The new flagship Quay LCBO has a wide variety of spirits, wines, beers, and more. There's enough space to get lost but everything is easily identified. There's some street parking but also free underground parking. You also have same-day pick up available.

  • Jennifer Kelly

Amazing new LCBO. Fully stocked!! everything you could ever want or need. Huge craft beer selection, vintages section is incredible. shelves fully stocked as it’s just opened. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Underground parking.

  • David Llewelyn

Cavernous space featuring all your favorite tipples. Not easy to get to through Toronto downtown traffic, but you get free parking while you browse the shelves. If you can't find something at your local, check out their selection.

First time in the new store. Beautiful. Pleasure meeting Christos, very knowledgeable when it comes to wines. Celebrating my 50th birthday . Also at the register Max is awesome and very pleasant. Great customer service. Thank you

  • Sam Abtahi

Flagship store indeed, much better service compared to any LCBO location iv ever been to. Beer selection however could still use a boost for sure. There is FREE parking on the first level for LCBO customers for 60mins which helps

I was there to buy the Dalmore 12 YO Lux Gift Set just before the 2nd lockdown. While the cashier was pleasant, I found staff members who were there to assist customers - not sure what their position was - quite unhelpful!

  • Jon Yip Chuck

Recently moved to the lcbo building across the street, this flagship store is beautiful. Massive selection and great layout. Staff is always super friendly and helpful!

The area in Toronto is being redeveloped to a very beautiful residential neighborhood along Lake Ontario. Luxury apartments with great lake and city views.

Very knowledgeable staff that took their time look there time to help me personalize my wine list for my friends and family thank you.

  • Fadi Semaan

Staff were helpful and they have very good choices of everything. The cashier though was a bit ruff . I guess it's a cultural issue.

  • sarah c.

New flagship store had a great selection of Korean Soju! Practically one of each flavor, still be great for gatherings and parties.

  • Neil Lewis

Fine selection of wines and the staff member could not have been more helpful in assisting us to make our selection.

Headquarter of paradise I shall say? Huge selection, clean and beautiful layout with very friendly service.

  • Amy

I enjoyed tasting tempo gin smash, it is better than the Georgian bay gin smash. A great summer drink.

  • Sajan van Sandall

A great LCBO location with a modern look and very well organized. Staff is also very friendly!

  • George Bell

It's just like having your own personal wine celler... (seller)... don't forget your wallet.

  • Parsai Immigration

I wish they didn't demolish the old LCBO. Regardless, the new one is as good as the old one.

  • Keiron Kozy

UPDATE: new staff are very unfriendly and unhelpful. Staff are very friendly and helpful
