I have to use this service every two weeks to get my anxiety medicine. My doctor is 2 hours away. The first two times were great! No complaints at all! But the 3rd time was different. I scheduled in advance like we're supposed to. My appointment was on Monday, and Sunday I get a text at like 10 at night saying Lyft, the rideshare service was taking me. The driver I got on the way to my appointment was great! No complaints there. Scheduling a ride back home was different. They used lyft again, and the first driver accepted and then canceled. The driver I got picked me up and we sat there in the street and he was telling me how big of a loss it would be if he were to take me back home, and literally just sat there contemplating if he should take me home when he already accepted. I told him he could cancel and I could call LCP back for a THIRD time and get someone else. I don't know if it's a contract violation when you accept and cancel a ride with Lyft as a driver, but that sure as hell changed his mind cuz he sighed and was like "lets go". I couldn't understand hardly anything he was saying when he talked to me and that had my anxiety up ao bad I was cold sweating and having heart palpitations and chest pains. I'm scared to death for when my next appointment comes. But I really don't have a choice. I don't give a dang who takes me cuz I don't have a choice, because no one in my area that takes my insurance will give me anxiety meds that work, but this last experience on the way back terrified me. I was typing my address into Google maps over and over to make sure I was actually getting taken home and not God knows where. I think it's pretty unprofessional to pick someone up and tell that person how inconvenient it is and how much of a loss it is taking them home. Plus those services rely on tips and I had no control over that, and even if I did, I don't have a penny to my name! I'm literally seriously so scared for the Monday after next. I hope an actual company and not a rideshare service picks me up. But other than that ride hone, everything else so far has been great.

1of 8 complaints. STATE OF INDIANA HELP! They did it to me AGAIN! AFTER calling in to say I'm ready to be picked the lady said she contacted the driver and will be there within the hour. So an hour comes and goes. I call back. Wait 10 minutes because dispatch can't find a driver. She call me back another 10 minutes and say a computer glitch....!liar. Someone will be there in about 40 minutes. PICKUP 9:15am. Right now 1:35. I have another 40 minute wait! 2. I am old and disabled. In poor health. My driver couldn't come get me so the had to ask someone else to pick me up in Huntington and take me to Parkview Dupont for an appt. It has been 1 hour since my return call for pick up. They just said another 25 minutes. People are sick and HURT. Why someone hired out by the state to help people cannot be more efficient and professional is unknown. I've been doing this for 8 years. I paid a last person personally to drive me for about 4 years because of this horrible painful wait. But I can't afford it now. So here I wait. I was picked up an hour and forty minutes early and have to wait an hour and twenty-five minutes after my appointment. Well it's going to be LONGER now.. Not here. They had to call a driver from a different company who was off work and having dinner at I Hop in Marion and ask if he could pick me up from Parkview Regional. They LOST my ride home? It was a terribly long wait. HERE WE GO AGAIN!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! CANCELLATIONS THE DAY BEFORE! NOW IM STUCK AT PARKVIEW REGIONAL BECAUSE MY DRIVER IS BUSY AND THEY NEED TO FINE ME A RIDE. ITS GOING ON 2 HOURS !!! IM STUCK HERE! WHY WONT THAT STATE GET SOMEONE DEPENDABLE FOR THE ELDERLY??

If there was a way to give them negative 5 stars for a review it still wouldn't be low enough of a rating... This company is operated by individuals too dumb to work at McDonald's. If for ANY reason this is the company you end up getting referred to or having to use for any kind of transportation when it comes to medical appointments, do yourself a favor and change your insurance HMO IMMEDIATELY, or whatever else it takes to get provided with a different company. Unless of course you enjoy not getting picked up, waiting forever to get picked up, or walking to and from your appointments sounds like a great time to you. They NEVER update anything in their system, ALWAYS pass the blame to the individual when something goes wrong even when you shove all the proof down their throats that it was in fact their fault. For anyone who tries to stand up in their defense, or try to claim I'm just a disgruntled person, I've had the displeasure of having to deal with this company for over a year, and in that time they've gotten more wrong then they have right... Not sure about anyone else, but if I had a business that couldn't get it together I'd be shut down. Somehow this company gets praised and gets more clientele in order to make more money for doing nothing (literally) in order to expand their business. Either they know the right people and keep their pockets lined, or they have an amazing head game that truly does suck the chrome right off the trailer hitch. Do yourselves a favor and RUN, don't walk, away from this poor excuse of a company.

First, I want to say that I frequently use this company's services through my Medicaid medical insurance to make it to weekly Dr's appointments, pick up prescriptions etc.... Normally I would have a friend or family member take me and rarely used them but some issues happened last minute and I've had to call them and try to schedule transportation last minute and multiple times even the same day...9/10 times they were still able to fit me in and get me to my appointments. The only time or to they weren't able to I believe it might've been a new girl whom I spoke with and she wasn't aware that even if they don't have any of their company drivers available, you can/they can request and schedule a Lyft driver to take care of it. I thought last week that I might be getting stuck at my Dr's office an hour away from where I live because somehow my return trip got scheduled twice and then canceled because they thought it was a mistake, but I called and within 10 minutes one of their main drivers came straight away to pick me up and had already been headed home. I have had the pleasure of meeting a few of their employees and have nothing but good things to say about them all. Treat you with respect, pick you up on time if not early and get you to your destination the same as well. If you're needing quality transportation service definitely give them a call. Oh and thank you LCP transportation for the services you provide to anyone on Medicaid. It's very much appreciated!

I have a 6am appointment this morning. I did my due diligence, called three days in advance to schedule my ride, was told the driver would be here at 5am and if I wasn't ready I would be considered a "no show" (along with the threat that two "no shows" in a year would get me reported to my insurance company) but it was the DRIVER who was a no show this morning! When I called dispatch, an extremely rude woman named Tamara (refused to give me her last name and hung up on me) told me that my driver had cancelled on me late last night. She said they should have called to let me know and asked if I had checked my voicemail messages! She told me that I have to call back after 8am to see if I can get a ride scheduled for this morning, and when I told her my appointment is at 6am and I have to be at work at 7am, she rudely said that isn't her problem...my only option is to call after 8am! She also refused to give me the name of the driver who was scheduled to get me. I immediately called my insurance company and filed a complaint, but when I asked if I could have a different company schedule my rides I was told "I'm sorry sir but LCP is the only company contracted with us..." And THAT is exactly why LCP acts the way they do! Even if they are completely worthless, they are fully aware of the fact that being incompetent is acceptable when they're the only option!! This is a TERRIBLE company!!!

I wish I could give this company NEGATIVE stars. I can not tell you how many appointments I have missed because they have over scheduled the drivers. The drivers are supposed to be in 2 towns miles apart at the same time. I have 1 driver that is awesome, His name is Dan Snow. He is very professional and never rude. Then there is another driver that I can not stand riding with.He swerves all over and he drives off the side of the road. I have a severe anxiety disorder so by the time I am out of the vehicle I have a panic attack. There have been times I have had to call my daughter to talk to me the whole hour I am in his vehicle. I cry the whole way and he never notices there is a problems. I have also rode with several people who text while they are driving. I have asked one guy to stop texting while I was in the vehicle and we literally got in an argument about it. I have complained several times. I have been told the highest supervisor would call me... I am still waiting for that call. Its been several months. All I can say is I wished we had a choice of the company we got to ride with. Although if we did LCP would go out of business. I think we should be able to schedule our own appointments with the companies that the insurance covers. I believe this would solve a lot of problems. LCP either fix the problems or shut your doors because your company sucks!!!!!

I have several clients that are forced to utilize this service for transportation to medical and mental health appointments. Many of which continue to have multiple problems with making it to appointments due to lack of transportation services provided. I have one individual that is now facing loss of services through mental health provider and potential additional physical health services being interrupted due to lack of dependable transportation. These complaints have been brought forth by the clients themselves and their concerns and frustrations are brushed off by LCP staff. If I could rate you any lower than one star, you would be in a negative percentile. While you may have been awarded the contract for Medicaid / Medicare transportation coordinator, I strongly urge you to take your impact on our clients care with more weight than you currently do. They are the ones who services are providing your paycheck. I strongly urge the state of Indiana to reconsider your ability to keep the reward as transportation coordinator. Your gross negligence comes to the detriment of those in the weakest population.

ZERO STARS!! They have poor customer service and outright hang up on you when you inform them of an issue with scheduling or claim reimbursements. They have a poor phone system full of static and transfer you around losing you on the phone oftentimes. They refuse to transfer you to a Mgr. Have to get the help of your insurance provider to step in on ALL issues! They do not acknowledge emails or voicemails and pass the buck on resolving issues first phone call in saying they can't hear you and you'll have to call back waiting up to an hour til call is answered if at all. If you have several monthly appts they will tell you they can't schedule all in one phone call as if it's the patient's fault for having so many medical appts. This company just needs to be terminated as they are poorly mismanaged with NO Management and NO oversight! I have been owed mileage reimbursement for Dec appts for 6 weeks now and Jan payment is 2 weeks late as a self driven client. Have I said yet how bad this company is the state contracted with to help the disabled elderly and poor? Terrible to be treated this way!

I worked here for 5 weeks I would not recommend unless you absolutely need a job. they are very unprofessional, break room is violates so many health violations I’m sure! The training that was received was honestly a joke. Most of the reps don’t care about the customers if you call right now you’ll here their tone and know that they don’t care. The Human Resource Jerry is very unprofessional and very rude. I’m honestly surprised I even stayed as long as 5 weeks. The company is honestly a joke and needs major improvement to be a successful company. They want you to have experience and I was over qualified for the position that’s why I quit. They have no benefits and you get paid 2 times a month. I recommend applying for A different company and hiring a different company for your insurance to use as a transportation vendor. It’s sad that there are not more professional companies to assist members that need transportation for their medical reasons . Please DONT APPLY YOU WILL QUIT !!

I've dealt w/ this company for at least 7yrs & I can't count how many times they've been a no show for me & no call/text to inform of the cancellation. As well as getting me to appts LATE. The vehicles are NOT wiped down or sanitized after each rider. I've ridden w/ others often & even had my schedule rearranged (early/late pickup) due to clients needing to make their DAILY trips to methadone clinic. My appts are ortho, gastro, infusion specialist, optometrist etc NOT drug habit related ACTUAL health NEEDS. Also I've been thrown around from excessive speed, stops or texting while driving & even heard dispatch tell the drive that 'WE' riders should feel Privileged to have access to their service. They aren't a BBB member but still have a D- rating from them. **Avoid the headache & stay away from LCP transport. Att gen, BBB, Medicaid & governor have all been informed - feel free to join me in bringing this Terrible company to the forefront

Please anyone on medicaid or medicare ,who have had trouble with this company file a complaint to the attorney general.its not hard just Google the attorney general for Indiana and they have a place to email your complaint and describe your history with this aweful company. I have already If enough people do this they will have to find a more reliable company. Horrible company my insurance should have to change transportation company's. They have not shown up on multiple occasions calls me at 9 at night to tell me I can't get rides I schedule a month prior.my benefits Includes rides but I can't get them to take me. United healthcare needs to change transportation company. No other company does this. My doctor's are upset for rescheduling on short notice. So tired of this.. I have serious medical issues and should be able to use my insurance to get to the doctor I have been left on my porch for more appointments than I have made it to.

Where to begin. They inform customers that you must be ready and waiting for the driver. If you aren't ready they wait 10 minutes and call you a no show. I've had issues with this company every single trip with 1 exception. I get a pic up time. One driver arrived 30 minutes early. Another driver was late picking me up by more than 1 hour making me very late for my appointments. He was more concerned with finding a place to use the restroom. The majority of the women taking your call are rude and abrupt. Like I said. I've had an issue with this transportation company and the lack of professionalism and care for the customers who have absolutely no choice but to use this company. I'll be contacting my insurance company to see if they can't provide an alternate transportation company to use. This company obviously doesn't care about customer service.

I was fine with LCP until yesterday. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours to be picked up from my appointment after being lied to about me calling to request pickup. Then I received a call later in the day saying I could not be accommodated for a future ride due to the shortage of drivers. They claim 6 vendors were unable to fill this request. I personally don't believe it. I'm tired of people using COVID as the reason it is being used as a excuse now. Life still has to go on. Put on a mask, sanitize between patients, wear gloves and keep it moving. I have future physical therapy appointments coming up. I guess I won't get to those either. I was told they offer bus passes and mileage reimbursement. The bus doesn't come my way and will have to transfer if it did. Most of us are disabled who wants to do that when we can be dropped off at the door?

Awful! I missed a surgery appointment today due to lack of communication on their part and the driver showing up at my job INSTEAD of my home for pickup. The appointment before that I watched the driver come into the complex, drive around the building and attempt to leave the complex without even calling me or having the dispatch call me! Dude was not even there for a minute! If I hadn't stopped him I would have missed that appointment too. Today is really important and I called over a 24 notice to update and the operator confirmed everything with me before disconnecting the call. Now I'm hearing that it wasn't approved, 24 hrs after and less than an hour for me having to go in! I'm one of those that can't drive and really depends on reliable people. This was just awful.

I am the Office Manager at Kidney Care of Michiana. We had a patient dropped off for Medical services at 3:42 yesterday and they never came back to pick them up. We called them 4 times, they offered her a Lyft ride, three times after several calls and no one came. This was all prior to 5pm when our office was closing. No one showed up. My physician paid out of her pocket to call Uber to take our patient home. Not to mention below freezing temperatures outside. I plan to inform MHS and all carriers that they associate themselves with. This is completely unacceptable. I did call and file a complaint and of course I did not receive a call back. So did the patient pay and/or insurance and then we also paid. Horrible service. Its a shame how they treat the patients.

I am a patient care provider and I have never in my 40 years ever dealt with a company that is so slow, incompetent , doesn’t answer there phones promptly or call you back when they say they will. The patient sit for hours and wait for their ride. These people are sick and need someone to pick them them up on time. not to hang out on the curb for hours. If anyone has the same experience as me, I think we ought to launch a formal complaint against them and also do patient advocacy because this is wrong. Maybe we can make some signs and picket the main office. It probably won’t make a difference, but it would make me feel better just to try to do something for these precious people..

So gross I get picked up from my sons dentist appointment in Portage drive gray hair looks Hispanic ( I’m assuming) the seat had blood in it!!! Let’s me know she’s not sanitizing after each passenger and to make it WORSE!!! She didn’t have any sanitizer products in the vehicle!! This is totally gross! And she needs PPE in her vehicle! If this business is your only option and if you have no other way to get to you appointments. Maybe you will appreciate this service. I ended up walking from my appointment back to my house after waiting 4 hours for a return ride. They would tell me the ride was an hour awah each time I called and when the business closed I had no choice. Then they had the nerve to say that the reason I wasn't picked up if because I hung up before they had the ride fully scheduled, which was a lie. I was on the phone with them 5 times.

I enjoyed my ride to the hospital for a check up on my heart and when ready to go home I called and in ,20 min I was on my way home with the same driver I did give them a couple of weeks notice and all went great never had any problems at all and I will use them again and my Medicaid payed for it I would like to say the guy that gave my son and I the ride to and from was funny and nice to talk with so thank you lcp and thank you Brian your a good guy and you do a great job. If there was a way to give this company a less than one star rating I would do it. This is the most unprofessional, unreliable, and sorry business I have ever encountered. There has not been one single appointment that my husband has been on time for in over 2 months. They schedule, give me a confirmation number and then don't have transportation available. Even when they are 45 minutes late, they can't find their driver, and make no effort to get him there. They should be shut down or get new management.

ZERO STARS!!! This is the first time I tried to use this service for transportation to Urgent Care through MHS Insurance and Medicaid and it was a waste of time! They scheduled a pickup with a 2 hour window, then called last minute to tell me they had no one to pick me up. I tried again the next morning and they literally did the same thing! As sick as I was, I literally had to take two city busses to get to the doctor, on an 87 degree day! Complete joke.

My ride was scheduled for 10:10a, it was an urgent one way, they said they would be there by 12:10, so when I called at 12:30, they had to put me on hold multiple times just to tell me they would Call me back. After 5 minutes I had my mom send me money so I could pay for a Lyft, and after it was already paid for LCP transportation LLC called me back and said they were going to get me a Lyft. Terribly unreliable.

They've failed to provide a driver even tho I scheduled in enough time. They've cause me to miss important Dr visits and have cost me 2 doctors. They wait til day of pick up to say they didnt have a driver thankfully I can stay at my moms in another town so I don't miss surgery that is necessary, upon speaking to a rep I've been cursed at, they've gotten rude and unprofessional.

Im very disappointed with services. And the one time they picked me up lady was driving with her kids, smoking, and picking up other riders for their appts, etc while taking me to my appts.

Long time on phone. They get you to your appointment 2 hours before your appointment, then after your appointment and you call for a ride back it takes 4.5 hours for they to come get you. Always pick me up on time, get me to where I'm going and return trip is pretty much instant. I use this company a lot and I must say they're a pleasure to speak with on the phone. The people that actually drive me are very friendly and understanding. I've been using them for about a year now and I love the service. Keep it up you guys!

I scheduled a trip to & from my OB appointment & it arrived early to pick me up. My appointment wasn’t until 11:20. They picked me up at 10:05AM so I had to rush. called them about 5 or 6 times for my return trip & they kept putting me on hold for 30 mins twice & then still never came. My nutritionist had to order me a Lyft home.

I am fully aware of finding drivers to work but to give short notice as in less than 14 hrs before scheduled appointment time when this service requires 48 hours notice to set up a pickup is not helpful to those who don't have transportation to begin with. I have had several appointments go this way with very little notice.

Pick me up an hour early to my appointment and didn't come and get two hours after my appointment. I loved Link -N-Go they would pick me up in time for my appointment and never had to wait but maybe 15-20 minutes the most when picking me back up. They took me to my long trip appointments without any problems.

Don’t understand why this company is still open and allowed to service people when they are giving a set schedule and don’t abide by it. They pick you up late and don’t come back to get you and if you’re lucky enough they’ll pick you up 3+ hours later after you’ve called for a return trip.

Wish i could do zero stars. Worst service ever. Got put on hold for 30 minutes to find out where the driver is and the driver never showed up. Had to call lyft to make it to my surgery. Never again will I use this service again. MHS need to do better with the transportation services

5 times have my ride either not showed up or they call late in the afternoon the day before and say they can't make it. That doesn't work cause trying to find another ride takes time and my appointments are court ordered, sometimes I think they are trying to screw with people.

I have an issue with them Monday thru Friday my son goes to autism therapy 9-430 and the morning trips I always have an issue. Either we don't get picked up or they don't know the meaning of round trip. I'm sick of it honestly

This business is garbage!!! The office staff is completely rude and incompetent with the exception of a few i am able to count on one hand. They do not return calls to confirm appointments, and they do not update on late

Lowzy MF's The first time picking me up they were almost two hours late. Always waiting or they don't come at all. I feel bad for people that truly need this service and this is all they got.

They deserve a 1 already messed up on 1 trip so far telling me no drivers weren’t available after I scheduled it i definitely miss motivcare they so much better and app scheduling convenient

Don’t use this company!! They sent the wrong transportation on the first time I used them. Waited one and one half hours for a pickup. Absolutely awful company. They don’t care about you!

I took off work to take my daughter to her neurology appointment and the driver never showed up. I lost a days wages and my time. Nice telephone operators but irresponsible drivers.

They are great most the time. But every once in a while they cancel because there isn't a driver to cover your trip.

Come through all the time and when they don’t have drivers they are linked with Lyft to take u to your appointments
