Can be easily spotted even though it is located in the centre of a busy town. Surrounded by tons of food outlets, it is definitely strategically placed. The parking space is allocated at the back of the building which might be easy to miss as the road has too many buildings in a row. As for theatre, there has been a change in seats and the sound system which makes it more comfortable than before; hethe previous setting was known for poor sound quality and the seats were not up to customer's satisfaction. Cleanliness is also upgraded. Standard array of snacks and drinks are available outside. Perfect choice for Kollywood movies or other Indian cinema for Hollywood movies are rarely shown; Avengers was an exception.

I'm so upset about this Lotus cinemas... I'm seeing the worst cinema ever... The customer services is not that good... The worker is not responsible having cash change for customers...The aircond in cinema hall is too high... Even I can't watch the movie properly... Lastly, The cinema hall is not clean and hit... In addition, I hope the lotus management will immediate action to stop problem happen... Thank You

Home of Indian cinema right at the heart of Butterworth. Screens mainly Indian and Local Tamil Movies. Watched Baba's screening in conjunction with Thalaivaa Rajini's birthday. The concession served the usual movie goers favourites like popcorn and sweetcorn. The theatre hall and bathrooms are clean and well kept. Overall a satisfying experience watching movies at this theatre, for years.

Wednesday is supposed to be movie ticket discount day. But prices on this wednesday prices are higher than normal day. Very disappointing. And customer service answer rudely when customer ask abt high prices. Need to take action. So we report this for future customers to the film industry. We got rights to report to finas because we are customers. Take responsibility for this.

Most of the tamil movies will be available here include local (Malaysian TAMIL) movies without considering their first day income. This cinema usually supports local talents by showing their movies more days compared to other cinemas surrounding here. Clean washroom and nice customer service.. Overall one of the best Cinemas for all kind of movies.

Lotus Five Star theatre mainly screens Tamil movies and highly rated English movies. Strategically placed in the heart of Butterworth. There’s an Indian restaurant across the road so you can fill up your stomach while waiting for the movie starts. Parking shouldn’t be a problem as they have parking lots(RM3)

Newly refurbished seats which are comfortable, clean and relaxing too. Sound system is also upgraded. 4 cinema in total with clean toilet. Limited snacks at the counter and best for kollywood movies. Rarely showing English movies as only the highly hyped movies like Avengers are played here.

Getting worst, no strict rules .Soon this cinema becomes Burma n Nepali places... So disgusted with their attitudes ,drinking n eat the sireh n spitting all over the seats.. The manager seems no bother to take action ... Better don't go here to watch movie. Very bad

They upgraded the place and its a good spot to watch movies Ps:they don't count the 18 below can't watch 18+ movies thing.....everyone is welcomed to watch any movie you want which is something very good for the unreasonable ratings

They renovated the place..could increase the quality of popcorn,drinks and the package they offer. But the ticket price is quit cheap. Only when some idiotic morons come watch movie and then you'll gonna plug your ears

The theatre was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I did notice that the air conditioning wasn't cold enough, and it made the theatre a bit uncomfortable during the movie.

almost 100 percent provide Tamil and Hindustani movies only. other movies are not available sorry.. One of the oldest cinemas in Butterworth and has been upgraded with the latest system.

Most of it are Tollywood movies. Nearby Indian and Chinese eateries. A very comfortable hotel (LODGE 18) is just at walking distance from the cinema. Cozy chairs and wide screens.

If the movie is rated 18+, please reinforce this rule. People bring kids into the halls and they make a lot of noise. It disturbs the other people trying to enjoy the movie.

This place has improved alot in terms of ticketting but i think there are other area of improvements they can focus like the f&b options.

It's (LFS) now upgraded and better than previous (LFS). Seat are comfortable, theatre are big but less legroom. Using laser projector.

Waste of time. Service is bad and place is dirty. We have to wait 15 minutes to get sit and none of the servants are care about that.

Movie time in ticket is 11.55pm. Screen totally empty even without any advertisement until 12.12... Will never watch here again.
