The store was amazing, the employees not so much. I went into the store Sunday night not realizing it was about to close (there was a lot of people inside shopping). After grabbing lots of things to try on I went into the fitting room. I needed a different size of pants and went looking for an employee. I finally found one when I asked if I could get another size I was told yes but the store was closing soon. I said that I was sorry and I wanted to try the pants on and I would be on my way. I sat in the dressing room and waited and waited and waited.... no one ever came. When I came out of the dressing room to ask what was going on the girl gave me a dirty look and said they didn't have them in that size. It would have been nice if they could have came back and told me that especially since they wanted me out of the store. When I went to pay for my items the girl that checked me out was rude wouldn't talk to me and was annoyed when I asked for a bag for my items. Very disappointed!

The store was very clean, however the older lady in charge of the dressing room was very rude. I went in to get a shirt for an event (I'm from out of the area and the one I brought got ruined) and while looking was continuously pressured to "go upstairs, shirts upstairs are all on sale, go upstairs" after being asked to "go upstairs" several times by her I was unable to find anything and the other section was for petite women (I am NOT petite). I came back down and was able to find some things I was interested in. I was unable to get the older employee to get me a fitting room, and was assisted by a very delightful woman by the name of Michelle who got me situated. Overall would not recommend unless it's an absolute emergency.

Horrible customer service and the person in charge of the fitting room does not know how to treat women. Was very inconsiderate to my wife's body type and shamed her for her curves when she asked for there opinion. If you work with women, you should know how tough it is for women dealing with body insecurities to try on clothes.Shame on you and you should know better. Hope you can learn from your mistakes when dealing with women.

Oh my goodness, this place...is AMAZING in every way possible! The clothes are spectacular of course, and has dressing room areas on each floor (two floors), which is DOUBLE convienet and awesome! The building itself is so pretty, with clothing everywhere you look. Customer service is so important, and the employees were so sweet and kind! 100% wonderful, 0% complaints!

Went there to browse and ended up trying a few things on, Paula, in the dressing room ended up helping me and I found 3 outfits! I’m horrible about knowing which things go together and she was amazing! She made me feel good about my body and gave me the confidence to buy the fun outfits!

Terrible incredibly rude service. Just because I'm dressed down does not mean I'm poor. I can afford your services. You don't have to look at me and act so snotty when I ask a simple question about your pants. I would give this zero stars if I could. Never shopping here again.

Their professional pants run much smaller than their jeans/cords. Generally have a decent collection, somewhere between professional and casual. I go when they have seasonal 50-70% off sales. It's all a bit expensive to merit buying full price

One of my favorite Loft stores.....The store is the largest I've ever been in aside from an Outlet location; there are 2 floors. There's a nice corner of Lou & Grey. The sale section has great finds. This is a must visit.

Very trendy. The store itself looks very cool, and is way bigger than it would seem from the street. The clearance section downstairs is easy to miss, but is worth checking out.

My wife LOVES this place. I patiently hold the bags and secretly look for a chair. c COVID has removed most chairs from retail stores. I miss the old fays.

Wonderful shopping experience. Matt gave first-class service bringing different sizes to the dressing room. Highly recommend for the warm welcome alone!

Very nice Loft on the Magnificent mile in Chicago. Two stories. So be sure to check out the sales rack on the 2nd floor.
