The esthestician had more knowledge about the products she was using than any other esthestician I have used in the past. She explained exactly what she was doing and what she was putting on my face and why. My massage was extremely relaxing and I wish I had scheduled it for more than 50 minutes. I have to give the biggest shout-out to ALAN! He made our day, especially for my son. When we were done with our treatments we came out to two glasses of wine and a birthday card for my son. How awesome is that?! Alan even sat down with us and visited. We never felt rushed or unwelcome. I even bought a package for my son so he can keep coming back monthly while he is there for college. Go somewhere else… On our birthday my sister and I visited the SLS Luxe for a birthday massage. Upon arrival, we were sent up a filthy service elevator by a rude door man to wait for our massages in a tiny hallway with no seating. Our service was at 11, we arrived at 10:30, the doors were locked until 10:55. (Apparently some staff no showed) We were rushed to get our robes on and made to share a room, which was not comfortable. We expressed this and were not accommodated. No drinks were offered beforehand or a relaxation period. Everything was rushed. The massages were decent, but we paid for 80 minutes plus hand and food scrub and our service was cut short. Over all extremely disappointed for the cost of the service($350) Wouldn’t recommend.

Appointment booked and canceled within 3 hours due to lack of internal communication!!! Canceling my appointment for not responding to a text confirmation is not cool at all! You need to fix your system in the first place. I book the appointment over the phone, the associate takes my name, number and confirms that I am in for a 5 pm appointment. Fast forward 2.5 hours they call me back to tell my appointment is taken by someone else! Absolutely not cool! Horrible customer service! The customer service team calling and their manager couldn’t help and mentioned they can’t say no to the client who booked after us. Get your system and integration together!!

The massage was amazing! The experience that I had at Ciel Spa was incredibly and unforgivable. Everyone one at the Spa is so professional the front deck on point and very sweet the massage therapist are very professional and nice. I had back pain after long hours in the airplane but after the spa day I feel like a new person. I book 80min massage but after the massage also I enjoyed all the amenities at SLS lux the sauna the pool so was the perfect spa day! Definitely enjoy it and definitely I’ll come back. I had a couples swedish massage and the ambiance was lovely. The team even set up a display of pictures of me and my girlfriend as a nice surprise that I sent over a little before our appointment. Afterwards we enjoyed a drink and a quiet evening by the pool. I recommend this location to anyone who asks. Can’t wait to go back!

My boyfriend booked a couples massage for Valentine's Day. We had Mary & Andre. They were amazing. The massages were for about an hour & it was incredible every minute. We both felt so relaxed & invigorated after. From how we were greeted at reception by Michelle to the setup of the room, the overall service. The spa was gorgeous and after the massage we were taken out to a courtyard where you could enjoy tea, coffee or cocktails. I recommend this place 100%.
