I had tried a couple of other spas (both high end and mid range) in Hanoi during this trip, but I was blown away only when I came to La enMay at La Sinfonia del Rey. I'm so happy and lucky to have come here because what made them stand out of the many hundreds spas in Hanoi is their skills and techniques. If you know Golki massage therapy originated from Korea, what I had experienced here was very similar. La enMay carries the premium brand Sothys from France which is used for face and body treatments. The therapist I had was Thuy for Hot Stone massage. She skillfully worked on my problematic areas and hitting all the acupunture points with excellent technique which made the treatment not just solely relaxing but more importantly, healing. I learn that their therapists were not only experienced but also well trained and attended many courses from time to time to ensure only the best and right techniques are provided for their customers. I would like to call out to the manager Hoang Huang who was very helpful and attentive. Thanks to both Thuy and Hoang who have gone the extra miles that made my experience a memorable one. It was truly a great hospitality as I can tell they sincerely care for each and every customer. Definitely my fav spa in Hanoi, I can't wait to return soon and I won't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Thao and Giang were amazing here! It was easy to converse in English with Thao the receptionist; she was friendly and helpful in helping me understand the different massages / packages - definitely recommend the hot stone massage! Absolutely loved the entire experience here - from the 35% discount during happy hour (10am-2pm) to ticking the boxes on the level of strength and my body areas to avoid / apply more pressure. What delighted me the most was the selection of Sothys' aromatic oil they have - I went for the Cinnamon & Ginger Escape. I highly recommend Giang the therapist; her techniques are the best I've had!

Me and my partner went here for massages while we were staying in the hotel. I choose a 60 minute Hot Stone massage (my first time). All in all it was a great experience. Tea and treats before and after, great advice from the host and complimentary private sauna and steam room. The therapist was very skilled and my massage was super relaxing. Multiple times was I asked if everything was okay and the hot stones were at good temperature. I would definitely recommend this place and our host Oanh was very friendly and accommodating. My best spa experience so far.

Probably the best spa in Hanoi. We’re blown away by our 1,5h massages by Ms. Nham & Ms. Hang - the whole spa is super beautiful, luxurious and professional and you can really feel that these ladies know what they are doing with their hands. We feel newborn and amazing and can only recommend this spa to anyone looking for a great massage and some time to relax. We directly booked appointments for tomorrow.

La Sinfonia Del Rey Hotel B2 & B3 위치한 Spa. 2019년 9월에 Spa 오픈해서 한 달뿐이 안 됐다고 하네요 호텔은 2019년 8월 오픈. 하노이에 추가 지점 오픈 계획이고 사이공 다낭에도 추가 지점 오픈 계획이라네요 마사지 받을 수 있는 방은 총 8개인가 있고 테라피스트는 남자 2명 여자 6명정도 있는거 같아요. 가격은 상당히 비싸지만 고급스럽고 만족 스러웠습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 추천합니다. 마사지 끝나고 테라피스트에게 팁 드릴려고 했는데 방 정리하고 사라지셨네요 ㅠㅠ 현재 오픈 이벤트로 20프로 할인하고 있으며 메뉴가격에서 5프로 서비스차지와 10프로 택스 추가 되네요. 가격이 부담되서 자주는 못 올꺼 같긴 하네요 ㅎㅎ

Tay nghề nhân viên còn non yếu, thời gian dịch vụ dài nhưng tập trung quá nhiều vào 1 điểm và cũng không có kinh nghiệm để xử lý các cơn đau cho khách, miết hoài 1 chỗ rất khó chịu. khách phải nằm úp trong thời gian dài như vậy sẽ cảm thấy rất khó chịu. Thấy nhiều đánh giá khen nhưng chắc ảo chăng, giá tiền không đi đôi với chất lượng

My first visit here was very impressive. The staff are enthusiastic, hospitable and professional. The decoration is gently and delicately with many small trees and fresh flowers. The gentle scent of lemongrass essential oil creates a feeling of relaxation. Very satisfied and will definitely be back

I have tried the 60 minutes massage here last Thursday, the staff were very thoughtful, the sauna was great, every detail is pristine and beautiful. The technique of the masseur was perfect. I will come back again. They are having 20% off too.

I had a great treatment! The massage was one of the best I had so far, everybody was very nice and caring and the rooms were very clean and nice. You can even use the sauna for free if you have a treatment there.
