Being a first time goer to a spa center, I had lot of questions about the spa services that are publicised in the market. With lot of confusion I depended on google to check on SPA centres solely based on reviews. I found La Elan more better and affordable. Nice and quiet with soothing ambience and professionalism. Vani, my masseuse was very professional in her service, and did her job with utmost sincerity. With customer centric talk she kept me well informed about the process and as well the healing benefits of SPA. I informed her that I am a sports person and that I often have tired foot and palms. She handled those areas with proper pressure such that I felt like she is a sports doctor. So I wish to call her Dr. Vani and thanks to you and Elan for such a soothing experience. Will visit you guys when I come back to HYD.

The person at the front office said if I buy from an app it's only "soft pressure". When I asked it wasn't mentioned on the website. He said yes we don't mention. A cheap trick to make customers pay more at the counter! The therapist there aren't trained well at all in any massage technique! I read all the good reviews and went and I feel just as stressed now as before the massage. The therapist didn't know what she was doing at all. I choose Swedish massage and have been getting a massage done since years. This was not a massage. It was just a oil run without any pressure or technique. A random rub everywhere!

The Laelan Spa In HITEC City hyderabad massage center is well-kept and welcoming. The service is pleasant, and the employees are friendly and straightforward to speak to. The massage therapists are excellent, and they also play relaxing music. The washrooms are excellent. This is a place I would suggest to everyone. Great people and a great environment. The treatments provided here are high quality and will be well worth your time. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. I liked the place, and the service levels were well-organized. I was blown away by their service, which is also reasonably priced.

Excellent service, particularly in this branch. I visited La Elan Spa in Hyderabad few times and the spa staff are well trained and courteous. The Staff at laelan was very humble and polite and provided us good information regarding the membership services. For those who travel frequently or wants a nice massage after exercise, this is the preferred spot. I wish you guys continue offering the same high-quality services in the near future too.

One of the best spas I have visited. Their staff is professional and well-mannered. Their services are reasonably priced and very well done. I have taken a spa and a facial at different occassions and I have not been disappointed by their work. I'd recommend this place for people trying to relax or get a new style. Its located on the fifth floor and the shopping complex has ample parking inside and near the area.

Availed Swedish massage and had pleasant experience. Therapist was very professional and customized the procedure while guaging my muscle mass and relief points. Felt rejuvenated after massage with reduced blood pressure and lowered anxiety for next 2-3 days. Would strongly recommend for anyone who are looking for therapeutic effects of Swedish massage rather than mere pleasure.

I was working in that spa and I have spend 2 years . The experience was very poor . When I ask my owner to give me rest days I have work he didn't give it to me . Somehow I arranged and came back to my home back. After that he always makes excuse for the salary and last when I have called him regarding that salary he didn't replying. This is how they treat with there employees.

Great place. Ambience is very good and super tidy. Unlike most other spas this one has doors and it cancels all the noise coming from the reception and the lobby. But it would have been much more peaceful if you don't get to hear people from other rooms. The masseuse Miss. Baphhi wasv well trained and really excells at what she does. A big thankyou and thumbs up!

I had booked for Head Neck Shoulder Massage - 30 Minutes which I take regularly. The therapist at la elan knew the exact pressure points, and I extended the service to 90 mins. I surely recommend this place and looking forward to visiting again.

Therapist was good Servc was good Front desk was courteous The spa I had booked was for 90mins but it got completed in 65mins. This part is not accepted.. Better you not repeat this mistake next time.

They take same day appointments and great service.. Receptionists were cordial... And the massage therapist did a brilliant job... Loved their balinese massage! Definitely one of the best in the city.
