I spoke with Vanessa that lady was very rude, then at the end right before it was time to leave she had the nerve to ask me give her A 5 star , I did but A day later I deleted it . Why ? Because I decided to look into my insurance folder , I saw that I had A payment due in 2 weeks ... I just paid for the insurance A day ago like what do you mean I have another payment due .. that was never discussed so i drove back up there the next day when I went to ask her she never gave me an answer and she kept dismissing me and saying "you have until April 8th" not answering my question and when I turned around she said something under her breath but when I looked at her her head was down , I really wanted to cuss her out .. Shes rude and she doesn't need to be working with people with that nasty attitude of her's , It was such an inconvenience

These agents lie to get you signed up. Would not recommend this place at all. I ended up paying double for liability and they said it was because I was paying for the first and last month and I wouldn't have to pay when renewed because I was paying up front.
