This company is the worst insurance company ever. First of all they sign you up and quote you one price per month and then it turns out to be a different price even when you submit all the required photos. Secondly they outsource meaning they match you with another company. Mine was with Apollo which is equally as awful. I called them after a recent accident and the representative on the phone was rude, gave no direction as what to do next and hung up on me after she deemed nothing could be done. On top of that, they cancelled my policy and never even bothered to call me and tell me. I just got a notice in the mail. Now I have to find a new company and pay another fee to get insurance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UPDATE 11/29/22 - STILL NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY

This was an excellent experience, all around! All of the staff were polite and friendly and greeted me when I came in. Miriam was amazing, very knowledgeable and really took care of me! Her customer service skills were exceptional and she took the extra time to help me find the right policy. She really cares about her customers, and it shows! I couldn't be happier with the service I received, and I am so glad to be customer here. Great job!

I renewed my insurance with another company but I’ve been with la familia a couple years , the office on mccart location has the best. customer service is amazing. I came from another company just kinda walked in to see what y’all had going on didn’t go in with mission of walking out with something but I did. My policy was canceled with no warning. When I paid the previous month no one mentioned my payment schedule would change due to renewal. My mother has been sick with covid and they say they called me once on Monday. My payment schedule was changed with no warning and policy cancelled. Completely unethical. i would not recommend.

The lady was tried her best to give me a fair rate and I got covered for 6 months policy’s after two months I received a notice of cancellation the reason was missing signatures and I signed all the papers that they asked me on the first day but still my policy got canceled. Unprofessional

Lack of communication. If you had an accident with your previous insurance all the familia insurance will do is take your money then send you a cancellation notice. They will not call you or inform you about this notice untill you go to
