I ordered flowers from La Fleur for my mother's birthday in January and they were beautiful. She absolutely loved them. That same week, my mom was diagnosed with cancer. When she had surgery in February, I ordered another bouquet and again they were gorgeous. When she started chemo a couple of months later, my siblings and I wanted to do something special so I called and asked about the floral subscription. We wanted to have a bouquet delivered every week on the same day of her chemo. They were so helpful and thoughtful, asking questions about what time of day we would like the flowers delivered and whether or not she would feel up to changing them out in the same vase every week or if they should arrive in a vase. Every week, the bouquet is different and there are always some flowers that are not open yet to prolong blooming. They still look amazing by the time she gets her next delivery. If my mom is around when they are delivered, they ask her how she is feeling and talk a little about the flowers in that week's delivery. If she isn't around, they call to make sure she got them. Today is my mother's 20th and final chemo session and I am so incredibly grateful for the beautiful bouquets you put together and the wonderful customer service you provided, all of which helped make a terrible time a little lighter for our family.

Amazing! The flowers AND the friendly service were both welcome changes from ordering from some faceless place online. I will be a repeat customer with no doubt! Take a look, at the proof of the product: there's one picture they sent for me to review before, BEFORE the flowers were delivered. Then, there are two I took the day of, as well as two I just took now, 4 days later. Amazing service, setup and obviously QUALITY flowers, not too mention the most important part: someone who knows how, when, which flowers to choose. They were delivered by hand to my wife on her birthday in a beautiful vase that would have cost 4 times the amount that LaFleur's charges for it as an add-on. The were not stuffed in a box somewhere and left in 104 degrees on the doorstep. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the choice that I made. So was my wife! Thank you!

I was very disappointed with my experience with this florist. I have used many florists in the past and every time I order the arrangement at least a week in advance of when I need them presented to the recipient and I ordered these online as I always do with other places. I always expect the arrangement to be put together the day I pick them up. This is the whole point to ordering in advance from a florist - naturally I want fresh flowers. I specified a 4pm pick up time so plenty of time. I received a notification nearly a week early saying the order was fulfilled, but I thought it just meant they received it. Turns out they created the arrangement a week early and stuck it in the refrigerator so when I picked them up they were clearly not fresh and frankly just a bit sad. Who does that?!? I will never use this florist again.

I had the pleasure of working with Kim on a bouquet for my mothers birthday. She asked some questions to define what would be best for the arraignment and what my mother might like. Although I consider myself a good son, I really did not have the answers, shameful I know. She assured me not to worry and that she would make something beautiful. My mother called the next morning to tell me how amazing the flowers are. She said that they were the most beautiful flowers she has ever received, sorry Dad! She also made it a point to remark about how nice the delivery person was. I just wanted to send a quick word to thank Kim for taking care of my mom. We wanted to send flowers to my daughter on her first day back to work after maternity leave. Because I was late in placing the order, I chose a florist near her employment. Ordering over the phone was personal and easy. I was asked what colors my daughter liked and was promised they’d be delivered before the end of the day. A beautiful arrangement was delivered within 2 hours! This florist gives a personal touch and doesn’t give you a couple of options to choose from like other florists.

Fantastic and speedy service. I placed the order and the flowers were delivered within 2hrs. I had left a note and the last line of it was in my native language. I expected it would be printed.
