Apparently another property owner that doesn’t understand capitalism and logistics. I’ve been going to that planet fitness for months on my way through to my deliveries to the east/west coast. I park in the back where deliveries are made and well out of the way of anyone. I go workout and on my way in 2 hrs. Today I was informed I can’t park there because the property owner doesn’t like big trucks on his lot. “ they tear up the lot!” And since he’s trying to get a new store in his vacant property, the trucks, even mine in the back and out of the way and out of site, will somehow scare away any prospective buyers. Does he not realize that getting another store will mean more trucks, not less? And more trucks will tear up his precious asphalt faster than mine every few weeks? Property owners like this, If they can’t understand the basics of life like more stores may mean more money but it means more trucks because trucks stock shelves and bring customers products, how do they even manage to dress themselves in the mornings?

I went on Friday the day before my birthday I recently had foot surgery and am somewhat confined to my Golden companion scooter i live only few blocks from the suoercuts so I rode there. As I arrived for my appointment I noticed that the entrance was not wheelchair accessable directly in front of the Super cuts. Now there is a acces but it's around the corner in front of the dounught shop Which is quite a bit out of the way good way to lose customers. Debra did a great job on my hair. Ill b back

Went to the Nusenda branch here. I had been to 3 other branches to get a new card made. They were very helpful and courteous as well as efficient in their processing of my new card. I was glad to finally have another one. The only thing is the parking and drive through were a bit hazardous to navigate if one didn't know the flow of the area. There were a couple of near misses while I was there and I actually had to pull oit of the center and reenter to be able to park for inside banking.

ok amount of stores, like mini Walmart, a few gas stations, a few fast food restaurants like burgers kind and taco bell, also can find a Starbucks. there is a Verizon store and sprint AkA Tmobile, and also a nextcare urgent care. the plaza has alot of open spots for new places to open and the parking alot is pretty straight forward and easy to get in and out, eve though some people just dont always get simple. over we like shopping here and getting a coffee or a quick bite to eat...

This used to be a fully occupied shopping center what happened here and now the grocery store is gone a lot of small shops are gone a lot of the other stores do not open regularly it seems like the stores and restaurants that are closer to the Coors Street front or more consistent which is nice but it's hard to make a plan to go there I need the store isn't open or it's not there anymore I wish it would get filled up again is the convenient location

More vacancies than I thought possible. Large companies as well. The lockdown devastated things more than I thought. One of the site pads is a Cracker Barrel and that's what I visited. My best friend likes these olde candies and they have a huge selection of treats from early 20th Century. If you've never been there, you owe it to yourself to check it out, even if you don't try their food.

Convenient plaza/shopping center -- but lacks an "anchor" store. Parking lots are well illuminated at night, however homeless gather in corridors between the buildings. Locals toss away refuse in the dumpsters... which tends to either sit around until cleaned up, or ends up in a dumpster fire. Store fronts are nicely maintained.

It's a nice little strip mall surprisenly it's really busy, with the Dollar Store, an there's some kinda Doggie daycare, with Burger King, the fries are always hot, an more restaurants in the area keeps me going back you should go visit is got more little stores there, just missing the grocery store that is what I miss the most

Kokopelli Animal Clinic. First time at this establishment and I have to say that I am more than impressed. The facilities are clean, well stocked, efficient, and the staff is nice. Dr. Stowell is wonderful!! She is so kind, gentle, and she really cares about her clients and their pets. I have found my new vet! Thank you!

Fast, and for me, it tastes like grandma has been cooking a feast all day, making tortillas and beans with all of our favorite meats. Then, she set up a salsa bar in the middle of the table with all of the family's favorite dipping and topping needs. I wish there was one of these in Colorado, that's for sure.

The traffic is horrible the parking lot should be redesigned and more speed bumps implemented. In typical Albuquerque fashion of course there are tons of folks speeding through the lot, this area needs a lot of improvement and needs to clean up and also offer assistance to the mini vagrants in the area

It's a very poorly organized shopping center as regards parking, also four of the busiest businesses are concentrated on the South side with very limited parking. Move planet fitness to north end where there is plenty of parking. Getting to BK drive thru is an adventure.

Ladera Shopping Center is very convenient due to the fact its very close to where we live which is the Ladera Golf Course Neighborhood. The one thing I wish the management company would do is get another Grocery store back in the empty section at the north end.

This is one of my favorite shopping malls it's a shopping center called Ladera shopping center it has a wide variety stores it's easy to locate and it's got really good Landscaping looks really good considering Ladera shopping center it's where it's at

This is like a one stop shop they have different places to shop at I shopped at dollar tree that is a big store it was clean you can walk through the isles without all kinds if boxes in the way like other dollar trees but the workers are friendly too

Cant believe Sally's is moving locations! Hopefully they dont have to deal with as much crime and vandalism as before. The staff are great and friendly and the prices are reasonable. I'm always stopping in when I come to the City Limits for a bite.

It's a strip mall, a large space, and not very busy. Since I was only there to visit the UPS Store, which, was was a very pleasant experience (friendly and efficient), I can't provide much help about the other shops.

Busy strip mall with plenty of variety of tenets to choose from, food and shopping as well as services and a bank. The parking is sufficient and well lighted. Too bad the local grocery store went under.

Has lots of washers and dryers. It sells soap. The change machine is finicky and some person was there washing her stuff cause she had fleas. Huh. I'm itchy thinking about it again. Huh.

It's kinda hit and miss with this establishment sometimes the food was great sometimes the food was terrible. A quesadilla is always good though and would recommend getting one …

I went into the dollar tree but it was nice to go in to the store and it wasn't a mess they could of used another cashier we waited longer in line then what we did looking around

Taco Cabsna is good anywhere you go to one Clean. Clean Tacos. Fresh, taste good good size. Love the bar where you can get the sides for your meal. Finally!!! Back in business.

Not much to choose from in the old shopping center. Need update on desired businesses. Grocery store was a big loss. They need a big retail store there with a facelift.

I didn't find anything good about this place. It's limited and boring. It use to be good at one time but not no more. Maybe one day they will attract better businesses

Maybe just come right out and say it... You need plenty of salad to make this good food. We have salsa but you have to search for the salsa at á an extra expense.

Cool center. Alot of small businesses. Alot of nice people. Kokapelli veteranarians beats alot of other vets with fair prices and really, really nice people!!!!

My favorite planet fitness! Management super nice, they greet you when you come in and leave, the set up is finally great to get in the workout you need to do!

It used to have a lot of great shops but it's a half empty. Wish it still had a grocery store. Walmart is always busy. It does have some decent eateries.

Sal's carries out the Italian culinary tradition of Mimmo's restaurant! Located in the Ladera Shopping center. Pizzas and pasta dishes to savor. Try it!

It's a nice all in one stop shop with the Neighborhood Wal-Mart, gas stations, eateries, urgent care, t-mobile store, burger king and even starbucks.

Only use this place for the dollar that is there. Other then that don't go to any of the other stores . I sure do love the dollar tree though …

Fettuccine was great with shrimp, calimarri for 1 was small, garlic bread was small, ordered double. Won't go back again for the cost for takeout...

Stopped by the UPS store. The workers were very helpful and treat you really nice. I will always go there to ship a package or for other reasons.

Needed to make a quick stop at the Dollar store for party supplies. Along those lines I must say, sometimes you get the quality that you pay for.

The parking lot is big and available always. You can get many things done at one place. Gym/threading eyebrows/Dollar Store/ups/ resturants etc

Best location on the westside. Every other location gets something in my order wrong and lack in customer service; but not this location.

Good place for shopping, all the favorite stores in a row. Stock up and get new items also for urself, family, and pets n munchies

First time here on this side of town. Place is busy already and it's not even 9:00am in the morning. Lots of cool stores here too.

Went to Taco cabana waited with other customers for like 10 min, and us and the other customers went to look for someone.

I very nice have a little of it all shopping center. Parking and getting in and out can be a hassle at times though.

They need to do something with what used to be John Brooks. Maybe a Trader Joe's? Then it'll be at it's best again.

Clean safe location although there is no onsite security so proceed with caution at night. Parking lot well paved

My daughter took me here while she got her eyes checked then we went to an awesome Mexican restaurant there also.

I like the dollar tree and Taco Cabana, but not a lot of useful businesses. They need another grocery store.

It can be hard to find some of the shops hidden here, but I've never found a business here that was bad.

Great park to walk around and clear your head. Nice clean cut grass. This park is big but not crowded.

Dropped off packages at the UPS store always get excellent customer service staff is very helpful.

There are many great stores and some pretty good restaurants check out the donut shop really good

Home to Planet Fitness. Best gym in town. Munchies available too at Taco Cabana and Burger King.

This shopping center has a Burger King, and a Planet Fitness if you don't enjoy a real gym.

Some of the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. I highly recommend the Carne Adovado tacos.
