This place is a testimony to the sorry state of services in Luxembourg. At first, the employee tried to convince me that she never agreed to finish my clothes by the designated date. Then, she mistakenly told me she lost my blazer. After I had driven home to verify that the blazer wasn’t there and returned, she changed her story and said the blazer was there but another colleague would have to come in to find it. I waited for 45 minutes. The colleague gave simple instructions to find my clothes which could have been done without waiting for her. They had not been cleaned properly and they were not ironed either. I was not reimbursed and offered to wait another 30 minutes to get them ironed. Left. Run away from this place.

please avoid going here especially if you dont want your pieces to get damaged/destroyed… i once trusted them to clean my more pricey branded coat and when i received it back the material was fuzzy (like not soft anymore but weird and not even) my coat is made out of 100% wool. the coat was even and completely soft when i gave it to them to clean. after getting it back it was completely fuzzy like really bad…. the coat was a gift from my father so this incident really broke my heart… please please avoid this place!!!!

DO NOT GO TO LAGOON! Under no circumstances! Worst service ever!!! I brought two dresses for minor adjustments and the tailor nearly destroyed one of them. It has a cut-out in the middle and she was too incompetent to reattach ONE thread! After her "service", the shape of the triangle was gone. I have never ever seen such incompetence! And on the top of it, it is extremely pricey. Summary: Biggest incompetence and worst service ever experienced!

Excellent pressing! J'avais l'habitude d'amener mes manteaux chez le concourant par commodité jusqu'au jour où j'avais amené un manteau pour l'enlever une tache et ils n'ont pas réussi à le faire. Quand j'ai rencontré Nathalie de chez @Repass Express à la @cloche d'or, elle a tout de suite pris mon manteau en charge et a enlevé complètement la tâche.

Worst service ever. My wife brought her brand-new cashmere scarf for dry cleaning and received it back with a couple of stitches. When we tried to discuss the matter with the employee at the counter she was extremely rude and aggressive and actually tried to convince her that we have done it ourselves. Would not recommend this place ever.

Un rideau laissé pour nettoyage a été rendu plus court alors que la doublure était plus longue que le rideau lui même… confronté au problème le salarié et la gérante ont été d’une mauvaise fois sidérante. J’ai réussi à avoir gain de cause grâce au médiateur de la consolation que je recommande chaudement, pas comme le pressing Lagoon.

Je récupère mon manteau dans le même état dans lequel je l'ai laissé. Les tâches ne sont pas parties on me répond que je n'ai pas rajouté le supplément anti tâches ! J'envoie un mail de réclamation à la direction même pas fichue de me répondre. Résultat je l'ai lavé chez moi en machine et le résultat était meilleur. A déconsseiller!

Une catastrophe!! J’ai porté une robe avec un haut en soie à nettoyer, la tache n’est pas partie et ils m’ont fait un trou au niveau de la poitrine .. Je n’ai pu récupérer la robe que trois mois après sans aucun dédommagement … À éviter si vous avez des belles pièces

A ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT ! Compétence 0 ; Professionnalisme 0 ; Respect des clients 0. Ils ne sont pas capables d'enlever les taches, et ils retournent les produits tachés sans aucune compensation (après avoir demandé un supplément pour enlever la tache).

J’ai déposé une veste. Résultat: 2 boutons fendus au centre, il ne reste donc que la moitié et un disparu. Bien sûr pas un geste pour les remplacer en se cachant derrière leurs cgv. Décevant comme service! Il faut bannir l’automatisation des tâches!

Lagoon offers service of dry cleaning, laundry, ironing and fixing clothing and housegold textiles. Waiting times vary from 1 to two weeks 2hich is the only did advantage. Express service are possible too but not within the same day do plan ahead.

I left two pairs of pants in April, since then no one knows what happened to them. They practically took my money and clothes. Every time I ask about it, they are clearly bothered by my request. What else can I add?:))

Je recommande ce pressing les yeux fermés. Le service et l'accueil sont de qualité, dans les délais et les nettoyages sont toujours impeccables. La lessive sent très bon et le personnel est très bienveillant.

My white blazer got grey. I sent an email, even had a discussion with the lady in kirchberg face2face saying clearly I will not accept my blazer in such way. No one replied, no one solved my problem!

Plus cher par rapport aux concurrents et je récupère ma robe avec des tâches comme si elle n'était pas lavée du tout. Plus jamais.
