This mall is pretty dirty. And a lot of the stores and restaurants are closed down. I walked by Claire’s on a Sunday and they were closed. I also walked by Tiny Cantina, sip and shop and they were either closed or shut down. It was also dirty with garbage on the tables. They have a few family friendly things at the mall like Smarte Carte cars you can rent to push your child around but there was garbage nearby and they are 7.00 to rent. Also there is a little train that goes around the mall for kids and parents to ride in but it’s 5.00 per person. There is also a play area with plastic jungle gym that kids can play on while their parents can watch. This is in front of the Men’s and Children’s Dillards. The layout is confusing and the map makes it hard for you to find stores. Also there aren’t charging stations for your phone at the food court, or kids play area. They have some in the reclining chairs but that’s it. Overall I give this mall two stars for the kids features and the charging stations with reclining chairs. If you don’t like hyper active vendors trying to sell you products don’t come here. There are lots of vendor booths set up compared to the amount of stores and restaurants. Oh and lastly the Chick fila in the food court is closed for remodeling as well.

Lakeline mall has variety of the stores. It is ranging from clothes, perfumes, jewellery, watches, shoes, bath and accessories, Gamestop, games, phone accessories, electronics, luggage bags, inflatable wonderland, sunglasses and more importantly food court with range of options as Panda Express, chik-fil-a, ice creams, pizzas, burgers and many more. We visited this place before pandemic. It has good kids play area. Here is big chess which you can enjoyed with your family and friends. It was definitely very good experience. My kids enjoyed bungee jumping, toy train, Lion and different animals self rides. You need to just make sure that you need to check on closing time mainly on Sunday as you may lost if you don't plan to leave before time. Overall it was good experience and would like to enjoy once this pandemic settled down. Lakeline mall timings: Wednesday: 11AM–8PM Thursday: 11AM–8PM Friday: 10AM–9PM Saturday: 10AM–9PM Sunday: 12–6PM (watch out early closing time) Monday: 11AM–8PM Tuesday: 11AM–8PM

I recently visited Lakeline mall and was thoroughly impressed by the wide variety of stores and amenities available. The mall is well-maintained and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed browsing the selection of high-end and specialty stores, which offered unique and hard-to-find items. The food court was also a standout, with a great selection of fast-food and sit-down restaurants to choose from. Parking was easy and convenient, with plenty of spaces available even during peak hours. The mall's location was also a plus, with easy access to major highways and public transportation. Overall, I had a great experience at Lakeline mall and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience. Four stars!

This Mall has definitely lost alot of its luster compared to 5 - 6 yrs ago. Its still a decent mall to go to for some shopping. A few of the big brand stores are no longer open. Most of the stores dont open till 11am now and some escalators are inoperable. I really like going to the Malls and riding on the escalators. It's the kid in me i guess. The lack of reinvestment to this property is to say the least. Even with its location. But this just gives me a future glimpse of where this place will be in another 5-10 yrs. The Austin area has already lost 2 malls that i have seen in my lifetime.

Lakeline Mall has changed so much since the pandemic. It makes me sad to see that several of the good eating places and businesses have closed and moved on. There are new Korean and hamburger places in the food court which charge way too much and the food is not even very good. Most Korean places that I go to have very good food, but this one is different. When you get the food it looks nothing like what it looks like on their pictures and the amount is a lot less. Several of the businesses close at 7:30 and 8:00 and don't stay open long enough. It's just a tragedy in my opinion.

A seemingly normal mall with a huge food court, multiple anchor stores, and a good selection of name brands, sullied by stores selling junk and bootlegs. Again it's a good mall if you avoid Gift World Collections (sells poorly made bootlegs), some of the kiosks (also selling bootleg merchandise), and most of all Cool and Eclectic. That last store feels like its breaking fire codes with its poor use of space and over all clutter and disorganization. I do not understand how some of these shops attain space. Again this is a fine mall to attend, just know which stores are bogus.

Went to the Texas farmers market which is located on lakeline mall parking center. My personal experience after checking a lot of stalls, for some the prices are very expensive. But for few like fresh herbs and vegetables and fruits they are very reasonably priced. Really love the David’s dough bagels and the ice cream creamy located inside this farmer market. There is one stall which sells, hummus and spread and crunchy pita chips are very good. But a good premium farmer’s market overall. Good for kids to experience the farmers market experience.

This mall has a “Tiny Cantina Sip ‘N Shop”inside !!!! How could you not stop in ?! Not only does this mall allow you to drink while you shop, you can also eat some of the best burgers at “Phil’s Philly Cheesesteaks” , shop at “Miss A” where everything is $1 and end your day with a Table Massage at “O Chi Reflexology “!!! Not to mention the AMC theater inside !!! This mall has sooooo much to offer ! If you’re in the Cedar Park / Austin Texas area then you must add LAKELINE MALL to your To-Do list ! Thank me later

OMG, the salespeople in this mall are horrible! If you must go here, Avoid the lower level entirely!!! These nutcases are not above literally chasing you and screaming at you. Some sales girls were really doing that, but we managed to duck out behind someone and run. Then, I had one man actually pull me into some store and pushed hard for some $300 skin care stuff! He would not shut up! We ran like mad back up to the upper level and soon left entirely. If you want to shop in peace do not go to this mall!

  • Lindsey J.

The bathrooms here are HORRID. Especially the ones downstairs by the children’s play area. They absolutely reek of urine and when I went to take my daughter to the family bathroom, there was urine all over the toilet seats and the floor. We were both holding our noses and we couldn’t even stay in long enough to wash our hands. The bathrooms by the food court aren’t much better. They’ve been this way for a long time now and there’s absolutely no reason for them to be this bad.

The holidays approach and Lakeline Mall and you can shop and be entertained at the sane time! Your kids can play in designated areas or eat Italian, Chinese, Korean, Hamburgers in the Food Court. You'll find Dillards, Macy's and so much more. And check out the three kiosks on the first floor next to Lamme's. Great for plush animals, backpacks and other fun possibilities for children. Additionally, the Father-Son team has added a kiosk for adults featuring belts, hats etc.

  • Bee Girl

One of my favorite malls, but would love to see the haggling stop as soon as you walk in. Super annoying sales pitch of hand lotion and puffy eye remover. Do not make eye contact with these people, unless you want to waste 30 minutes of your time. Lots of good stores that I shopped from the 90s. Spencer's, Hot Topic as well as The Buckle, Aeropostale and Bath and Body Works. Their food court was pretty good too

  • Matt

In town visiting family and swung by here to kill some time and do a little shopping. Like most malls, the shift in America's tastes has changed the customer numbers and mix. We were here on a Saturday and the main mall was pleasantly busy, especially the food area. That was nice to see. Overall, not a bad atmosphere, and we're hoping that someday America realizes malls can be a fun place to gather again.

I have visited many Simon managed properties and Lakeline Mall doesn't disappoint. Located in Northwest Austin off of Lakeline Blvd, Lakeline has something for most anyone. You will find your typical mall stores as well as as a few higher end stores. Although I had eaten prior to visiting, the food court offerings looked above average. If you find yourself in the area it is definitely worth a stop.

  • Vivi-Anne Johns

The women’s restrooms are absolutely atrocious. Every trash can is full and overflowing, there are several empty soap dispensers. No toilet tissue in multiple stalls. No paper towels. Dirty diapers and feminine products on the floor. Please do better - this was really not ok. (This visit marks the second one this month, and the restrooms were like this both times. We won’t be back).

  • Nicole Caldwell

It's okay. Lots of old stores from the 1990s are still surviving here. There are a few newer stores, too. There's a ice cream taco place, which is unique. There's a mini cantina in the food court and you can take margaritas with you shopping as long as they stay on mall premises. For a Friday night, it felt empty. There were also only a few decorations for the holidays and no Santa.

  • Mehnaz Kapadia

Nice place to visit in Austin. Mall has everything from Food to entertainment and shopping! Variety of options and definitely a great place to spend time and money Fav place was the Turkish store for home decor and ‘Pokemaniacs’ for your Pokemon crazy kiddos! Family loved the burgers from Incredible burger & we also enjoyed food from the Mediterranean restaurant called Rumaan.

  • Xenia Hoover

Nice mall...clean...lots of stores...do not like getting haggled by the people at the kiosks but other than that a great experience. I can go and get my hair done while my children shop for their needs. They even added a store called Cool and Eclectic...which is awesome and H&M is coming soon! The food court is mediocre...but you can always fall back on Chick-Fil-A.

  • Olga N

I had a great day today, walking in Lakeline mall with my baby in a stroller. I liked that mall is spacious and not crowded, so we had enough place to maneuver. Food court is also spacious and pleasantly loud so my baby noises are not a distraction there, I also loved baby play area on a 1st floor. Did some shopping too, there were several shops I was interested in.

  • Heidi

Really enjoyed walking around this two-story mall. Plenty of shops still open and a nice size food court. The major department stores, Dillards, Macy’s, and JCPenny’s we’re all open. There were boutique stores, jewelry, stores, Bath, and Bodyworks sunglass hut, and LensCrafters. Just really nice to see the small still surviving the uprising of online shopping.

  • Mika

Going back it's amazing! It has everything I want and way more. It also has really good sales depending where you go. My personal favorite place in there in the Gift World Collections because it has a lot of Asian and anime stuff. Hot Topic is another favorite because it has anime, BTS, and the employees are super nice. I would definitely go to Lakeline Mall.

  • Shayer S

Not dead....but the best years of its life are behind it. Some decent stores but nothing really great, especially at the basement level. None of the escalators going up works. The carpets, oh no no no. The food court had some decent options and also a bunch of halal options as well. The kiddo liked walking around and seeing all the toys at the various stores.

  • Amber Gabriel

This mall is easy to find and has all the common anchor stores including JCPenney, Dillard's, and Macy's. It has a nice food court with plenty of seating, but it can be crowded on Saturdays. Multiple escalators in convenient locations make shopping between levels easy. Plenty of skylights let in natural light. There are also multiple Pokemon gyms and stops.

  • Jake Night

As far as malls go, this one is pretty great. I love that it's not letting the digital shopping craze kill it like most other malls in the U.S. There's a wide variety of stores and very few "empties". The food court offers different varieties of "cuisine". Nice place to walk around, and to shop at. Way to go for not floundering, Texas economy.

  • Tessa Brantley

Awesome Mall located in NW Austin, Texas, close to Cedar Park, Texas. Lots of stores for adults and children, alike. Mall has plenty of entertainment for younger children, when mom or dad want to rest in between shopping. As well as a food court with huge variety. Mall is anchored with Macy's, Dillard's, and JC Penney. Sears is no longer here.

  • Ubed Mohammed

One of the good malls around Austin area. This location offers many retail store options, high end brand designer names, and decent food court/ dinning establishments. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who lives here or is visiting town. They have a little play area for kids and some rides they enjoy playing.

  • Charzi Corner

Totally loved the indoor mall. Such a huge parking space is available and you can find lots of stores inside. There are so many small business stores too. Loved wandering around from one end to another end. There are many gift shops and kids shopping stores. There is a train ride for kids , trampoline and kids play places.

  • Jarrod Stewart

Good mall with a great foodcourt, and other cool stuff, you can get a cell phone, or get your steps in on a saturday, be sure to check out Aunt Annes on the top, the have some great pretzels, some of the stores are fantastic and others lack customer service, but if you have time to kill go to the movie theatre as well.

  • Viv Eliot

Overall a fun mall to go to. Eclectic stores make for a unique shopping experience, and the theater is nice. They also have a cassette tape vending machine which is really cool, now they just need to fix it. Not a bad place to hang out. Still has the vibe of old school shopping malls.

  • K RV

All the major stores such as Macy’s, J.C. Penny, Dillard etc. as well as most jewelry, Knick knacks etc. are available. Food court has a wide selection and variety.; although Chick fillet and a few others have closed. Also, excellent place to to simply walk around for exercise ! …

  • L H

Nice environment. Lots of folks out walking & shopping. It's not too bad where you can't move around. Appearance of the mall still seems nice. I see they have an option for bungee jumping downstairs. It looks like fun, Ididn'tparticipate. Overall, the mall experience was pleasant.

  • jnickola c

Lakeline Mall is not terribly big but I like the stores that are there. its a nice drive from where I live. I went to Macys after Christmas and was pleasantly surprised that it was not over crowded. The food court could have a little more variety though.

  • matt judice

Absolutely hate shopping at this place no matter what door you go into you're constantly harassed by people in the kiosks to smell this or try this lotion, or let me clean your shoes. I just want to walk to a store I need to go to buy an item and leave.

  • Renee Manning

The mall is dying not thriving. They do still have some shops open that are worth the trip because the deals mirror the lack of customers. It's in the AC, great for mall walkers and has a play scape for younger children. Catch the deals while you can.

  • Kitty Mattrazz

People at Bella terra cosmetics are so pushy and won’t take no for an answer ruined my day after they pushed me into a chair to give “free samples” which I never got and when card declined the manager goes “-ok BYE” when I said I’m so sorry

  • Jeremy Borakove

I went to the mall not to do any shopping just get some exercise, it wasn't really a long walk. The stores in malls are so blah, I hate Amazon for what they did to the retail market. Anyway they had some stores that were interesting to me,

  • Sameer Shrestha

Around 5 Pm , 18th of Feb , i got humiliated behavior from store owner (Indian lady) at this mall and Store name is "Waikiki" which is location at first floor. She was very rude to customers. Actually, I was checking t shirts and they did

  • Allen

In a few years tis mall will be a community college at best. People shop online for th most part and rent is stupid high. Medium size stores pay $20,000 a month! That is not sustainable. Multiple malls have been torn down in Texas. SAD

  • pamela c

I first went to this mall about 13 years ago, and it was very nice. It's still pretty nice, but a bit run down. It has big anchor stores like Macy's, Dillard's and Penny's, an AMC Movie Theater, and a lot of smaller stores like H&M,

  • Paul Alfano

This mall is tired & needs to be "re-imagined" to work & thrive in the 21st century. The location is EXCELLENT off 183 & therefore could totally be a vital hub of retail, dining & social gatherings for the rapidly growing NW area of

  • Lo

I thought it would be nicer since it’s near cedar park. It’s not that nice, a bit cramped with all the middle vendors between the stores. Very very random stores, a lot of anime shops, used phone shops. Very weird mall in my opinion.

  • Yolanda Longoria

Lakeline mall looks like it needs a little update. The building looks a little old and it could use some cosmetic look in the store I went to is Macy's. They're doing some remodeling. Therefore somethings are kind of messy.

  • Leon Carelli

Nice mall - particularly if you are of the geek variety. There are a surprising number of game novelty stores and also a high tech gaming/LAN cafe. Oh! You should also check out the CUPCAKE VENDING MACHINE on the 2nd level.

  • Steve Dagitz

This is my favorite mall. A great selection of stores, and the newly renovated movie theater is awesome. I love the food court, and the mall is always clean. The farmers market on Saturday morning is always nice to attend.

  • Invader Joshua

It’s an ugly old outdated mall. Should just be torn down and turned into an outdoor shopping plaza those actually attract customers. Millennials and zoomers don’t like these kinda locations so it’s not gonna get better.

  • Adolfo Escalante

I got to Lake Line Mall and right away I had a Gentleman come up and help me and I found what I was looking for at Dillard's it's a great place to shop and the employees are very helpful I recommend this Mall

  • Sadie Bankston

I love going to this mall it's always so much fun and nice to go to with friends and family. My favorite stores in there are Hot topic, Gift world, and a lot of other ones this place is just amazing.

  • Alejandra Mendoza (Alex)

This mall still has the best department stores. Incrediburger or Incredible Burger, is the best place to grab something if your hungry. Best burgers in the area! Over all still a great looking Mall.

  • Jane Kim

They recently opened a new kids play area. Very safe and creative. A perfect place for kids to be kids and parents to sit down and watch their kids. There are even seats with electric plugs …

  • Alyssa Tucker

If you're okay with slow walking crowds, lines, and kids...go to the mall. This used to be a cool and unique place to shop, but now it's just Temu-quality overpriced items with a dose of ick.

  • Alma Allsbrook

My teenager and I love to visit this mall! We enjoy the friendliness of the people there. Great stores! They have lots of food options also :) the blue bell ice cream shop did it for us!

  • Jake McCoy

Used to love this place 20 years ago. I was shocked to learn it was still open. Very gloomy and dated. Kinda has a thin film of dirt on everything structural. Bathrooms are vile.

  • Christopher Arnell

I like this mall but I feel like they are suffering from what newspapers suffered from in the late 90s and early 2000s. That would be not understanding the changing times.

  • Bradley Goode

The original aesthetics have gone away. The music is always on point. Anchor stores are still original very nice. All of the other stores have odd hours. Open or not.

  • Kanaiya Patel

Good mall for family. It has kids playing area, ample space, food availability is good plus much shopping. You have to walk much, so go with strawler for kids.

  • Tammy Logan

Been going to this mall for years and gonna say my last visit (about a week ago) was probably my LAST! It's dirty and very few stores left worth shopping in.

  • Brian Casey

Seems to be on it's last legs - lots of empty storefronts, most escalators aren't working, food court has few options, and overall cleanliness was poor.

  • vivian gao

the games paid by quarter WILL eat you money and leave your disappointed children crying! Not sure if it’s intentional but i have seen too many times.

  • Claudia Cola

We were disappointed. Not as nice as Barton Creek Square Mall. Probably wouldn't go back, just drive a little bit farther to Barton Creek Square Mall.

  • Brandi Baker

They are dog friendly. All the stores let my big dog in and the are so nice to her. It's nice to be able to bring her, and she's able to be herself.

  • Patrick Lobb

Very surprising . Mass was considerably busier than I have seen in quite a well. No trouble with crowds though. AMC theater did not disappoint.

  • Art62

It still has some life in it, but during my visit the crowd was very limited. Not a bad option if you want to walk around in air conditioning.

  • Brandon Elkert

Food court has went way downhill. Today there are 3 vacant restaurants. Management needs to do a better job to bring this place back to life.

  • Yusuf Bulbulia

Great mall, best priced mall, as well as great food selection. You will find every ethnicity, style, and flavor in this one place.

  • Jeremy Poore

Not a bad mall, had a good selection of stores and a pretty good food court. It needs some house keeping inside and out.

  • Rainfeeling Jerry

visit the Pokamania today, lot of the cute stuffed toys. Love the store, will bring my kid to here, he must be crazy!

  • Chrissi Ward (Lizabeth Wildfury)

GIFT World !!!! Best store in the mall aside from build a bear which was closed on 06282020 thanks to f-n. Covid-19

  • Marcia Campos

O Chi massage. I always get the best chair massages there. Prices are very reasonable. And don't forget to tip.

  • Vijay Babu

Great mall with lot of people. Nice place to shop and it also has a AMC theatre which is a plus for shoppers.

  • Hari Krishna Maddineni

So many different brands of shops and feel so cool place and huge parking space in-front of the every entry

  • Patrick Mendoza

Good Mall to walk with your family and get out of the heat while getting a little shopping done.

  • Al Me

I've never seen Lakeline mall so pathetic during Labour Day holiday. Many stores have closed.

  • Joann S

A bit desolate and underwhelming, however a good place to cool down during hot Texas summers.

  • Gloria Colon

Very nice mall, couldn't believe they had my favorite online store in the mall, Shopmissa!

  • Sateesh J

Food clothing Toys arcade games movie dining jewelry fun shooting range - all at one place

  • Jim Stanford

I'm telling you the floors were pretty nasty. In the Maine Mall and also in Dillard's

  • Tommy Perkins

Since the recent remodeling the mall is finally beginning to get some better stores.

  • Janette Maret

It was nice to be able to shop the different store without having to be outside.

  • Sanjeev Krishna G

Beautiful ambiance!! Lovely stores. Very colorful always! Good premium stores!!

  • Nellie tuiasosopo

Nice mall. People actually visiting. Mix of mom and pop stores and name brand.

  • Tabitha Haight

It was pretty quiet. I enjoyed window shopping with my mom for the afternoon.

  • Mehdi G

Good place for shopping. Restrooms need more attention. It's NOT clean.

  • Bon Dilla Don

It's ok for essential shopping, a great place for mall walkers.

  • Harrish Raja

very good place for shopping and doing business here liked it
