Great friendly and attentive service. On the day I went they opened at 12pm instead of 11am so be aware that they might open late on a random day you decide to visit. Food was good, their Hainanese Chicken was nice, the rice was cooked with chicken stock/fat, garlic, ginger, the way it’s suppose to be cooked. Some places just serve it with regular plain rice. Their beef pho was only “okay” in my opinion, but I’ve been spoiled and eat out regularly in Cabramatta and Canley Vale and have been to Vietnam. The beef and meatballs they used were great, the brisket tender and fatty but the broth/soup wasn’t as flavourful as other places I’ve been to. However with that said, I did visit right when they opened in the morning and was the first customer so the broth later in the afternoon or evening might be a little richer because it would have more time to richen up in the pot. I don’t know though, I’ve only been to this restaurant once so I’m just speculating. Service was friendly, as soon as you sit down they give you a chilled glass jug of water, so you don’t need to order drinks if you don’t want to. I didn’t know it at the time but there was a 20 percent off special for dine in customers, the young girl working there automatically applied the discount for me which was great, I didn’t even ask for it. I think next time, I’ll order their non-pho dishes which seemed nice, there’s a lot of choices.

We’ve been on 3 occasions. The first time was amazing with no issues. The second time I asked for a vegetarian dish and was given chicken (lucky I noticed before I ate it) though they quickly fixed the issue. The third time I had a reservation, we arrived to find that they were closed even though they were supposed to be open and nobody had contacted us to let us know even though I had provided a contact number. A very awkward experience as we had picked this place for our parents to meet for the first time and had to scramble to find another place to eat. We do love the food here, so we will be back. Hopefully we will have better, more consistent experiences in the future.

Had lunch here with my friends and our kids. It was spacious and they did have air con on. The meals were ok. My friend had number 31 and that was quite yummy and I had number 56 and that was ok. My other friends got some dishes as well. We also got the spring ropes with the sauce and that was yummy. The kids had a strawberry smoothie and that was nice. Probably would come back her again. They had a few kids toys and a toilet. It would be a better experience if there weren’t many flys buzzing around trying to go on your food. The waitress wasn’t a good communicator. But overall it was ok.

I found this place after desperation for some vietnamese food. A friendly Vietnamese family owns this welcoming, bright joint. Great selection of food, ca phe, my favorites being caramelized pork, chicken pho and pho. These are not on their menu but they serve them up magically if you request it. They do takeaway (be warned that whomever answers the phone may appear abrupt but it's a NESB thing- at least they answer!) and accept card. Would recommend!

Horrible, just dined in for dinner, only 3 others in restaurant and we were seated for 20 minutes with no greeting or menus...just sat at the table doing nothing. Also we thought they were fighting in the back kitchen as they were screaming then another customer asked the same thing! the TV was on pause and we just got that real sour vibe so we left the place to save the disappointment.

Pho is pho-nominal! Other dishes such as the salt and pepper squid and spring rolls are just as great too. Some dishes are hit and miss however, but to be expected from such an extensive menu. We ordered the beef with holy basil and what was photographed on the menu, was not what was brought out. All in all, the food is good and one should definitely try and go there to dine.

Beautifully steamed barramundi fillet with ginger and shallots, and vermicelli with combination laksa were really delicious dishes - both were still hot after driving home. The plain rice for one was enough for 2 people. Phone order to pick-up via menulog. I can honestly say this has been the best takeaway, in ages. A much bigger discount if you call restaurant direct.

Went here a while ago,we were the only people there even though it was during the busy lunch period.They took over half an hour to bring out my dish,but the other people with me got there dish really fast.By the time I got my order,it was cold! Worst Vietnamese ever! I would rather go across the road to the Thaitanic which has much better food.

Terrific Vietnamese Restaurant. The staff are wonderful and the food is extremely tasty and economically priced. If there's a Vietnamese dish that's out of the ordinary, phone ahead a day ahead and the chef will accommodate your request. This is a family owned and operated business and they treat their guests like family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The food was simply fantastic . Very authentic flavours and good portion sizes. Very neat and clean restaurant. I think it's the best Vietnamese around the Penrith area. Nice location near the lake and ample parking. The owner/chef takes pride in his work and it reflects in the food. A must try.

The restaurant is filthy, does not smell right, the amenities were filthy...god only knows how hygienic the kitchen is....? Got take out and was extremely poorly packaged and leaked all through my car.....still can't get the smell out. Food did not smell right so I disposed of it asap.

I love this restaurant. I visited 4 times so far. I am very satisfied with the food that I had. Finally, I and my family found right restaurant for us in Jordan Springs!! I am excited to visit there with my friends soon~~~~ Hope the business is going well and stay with us for long~~~

I was happy with the service and the food and the price. Although not worth losing a star over there was no free tea! For no apparent reason we got a 10% discount which was of course very welcome. I can’t imagine Sydney without Vietnamese food. Thank you communism.

I'd rather make 2 minute noodles at home. You guys are useless. They don't even give you enough seafood or meat in their noodle soups. How do you expect customers to come back if you're ripping them off? Businesses thrive off return customers.

Their chicken taste like anything but chicken. The texture, taste and look was different and it did not smell good. Menu is not very diverse and the food flavours were very bad. Probably one of the worst restaurant I've ever been to.

Decent customer service. Vietnamese food was average. Pho was too sweet and lacked umami flavour, but bùn was great, with nicely seasoned meats (thit nuong and nem nuong). Durian shake was good. Fairly priced.

We recently had dinner at Lakeside Vietnamese Cuisine and found the food to be great and the team helpful. Would happily recommend the pho! We arrived at about 6:30pm and there was plenty of tables available.

Very nice food, hopeless service need to hire a waitress. Had to go to counter to order dessert and no one comes near the table to remove dishes or ask if you want more drinks. That took two hours.

Great little place food is amazing. The only problem I find is a bit of a language barrier making it difficult to get things like extra plates to share meals family style or with children.

Have been wanting to try this place for a while and now I’m angry as to why I didn’t do it sooner! The meal I had was spectacular! This restaurant will be a regular of mine from now on.

The combination pho was great. 4 stars for that but everything else such as the fried rice and pork chop was well below average. Good for pho. But bit pricey.
