I'd give 0 stars if I could. Save your money and go anywhere else, there are at least 5 other nail shops less than a ten min walk or street car ride away! Customer service is awful. Kim, who probably paid people to post positive reviews here, did my nails and she was SO RUDE! Racist actually. Let's just say, I was on the phone to my Vietnamese friend during my appointment and the trash being spewed among the workers in this shop was DISGUSTING! This place should be SHUT DOWN. Without even knowing what they are saying you can tell they are trash talking you. Kim also had a horrible attitude with me for asking her to adjust my nail shape and colour. She was so rough and my nail beds and cuticles were sore for a couple of days after. Literally save your money and go elsewhere.

I have discovered them couple months ago and had been going since. I had services by Lisa and Helen and they have been incredible. Helen listens to my concerns and helps me decide what is the best for my nails given their condition. She is very detailed with her work. They also use new mani pedi sets for each client- very clean! I am sad that I discovered them late.

My first time here and it was great! Everything is clean, and Tam did a great job for me. My nails were cut, buffed, my cuticles were trimmed with cuticle oil, then I got a hand massage, and I chose regular OPI nail polish because I don’t like gel. All of that for $15!!! That was really good price for the service I got. Highly recommend and I will come back.

I have been here several times. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment, you'll be stuck waiting at least 30 minutes. Once they even gave me gel instead of bio gel because that woman didn't even listen to what I asked for. That same person also did a terrible job on my nails. The other times they did a good job but there's always the wait. Goof luck

I had a nail emergency and they fixed me up on the spot! I walked in without an appointment and it was no problem. Everything was clean and sanitary and my nail tech was very professional - she did a really great job. The price was great too! $35 for a gel mani including removal. Would definitely go back.

The worst place to get your nails done, very rude women who fail to execute a simple French tip and then blame your nails for failure. The woman literally kicked me out of the seat while yelling in front of customers. Don’t waste your money unless you like to be yelled at and gossiped about.

I had the best time here. Jenny is such a sweetheart! She really took the time to shape and paint my nails exactly how I wanted them done. Very meticulous and thorough. I wanted a specific colour and got just that. The salon was spacious, clean and tidy. I will definitely be going back!

Great place to get your shellac nails done- been coming here the past few years and the service has always been super friendly and affordable. Appointments are readily available, but can also do walk ins. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area :)

I’ve been here 3 times since moving to the city in the spring, and always have friendly staff who do a great job. My biogel still looks like new after 1 month (other than being grown out). Will keep going back!

I had an appointment moved by 30 mins. I came on time to a new appontment ( in fact 10 mins early) they made me wait 25 mins. Either they do not know how to manage time or do not respect customers time.
