The fact that I was denied LTD just a few years from my retirement was very financially stressful on my wife and I, and demoralizing to me. My wife and I recently completed our wills with Matt Lalande and had a great experience. I must say trying to obtain legal advice, especially these days is somewhat of a tedious and financial frustration. Beware- Personally, I do not recommend that you hire this firm! You are better off hiring any other personal injury law firm, in my view. I am personally disappointed with LaLande Personal Injury and some of their staff members. The lawyer was dishonest, rude, and unprofessional with several interactions that I was witness to. He would yell at his client until the client was in tears. Matt made couple promises and went back on his word. His staff would regularly avoid helping the client. After how Lalande conducted himself, I do not trust him, or his office. With my experiences, my view is that Matt Lalande is one of the worst lawyers I have dealt with. His fee was over $70,000 I strongly feel that they don’t deserve one penny.
