Decided to stop for a quick beer while I waited on some family to arrivve from another flight, so I chose to stop at the Landed Tap. Unexpectedly had a great experience, a short haired young lady served me (sorry i didnt catch her name) Her service was pretty above and beyond, she convinced me to get some food as well which wasnt bad at all. She was great with her knowledge on the food and alcohol and what food would go with what drink. Anyway, amazing service, good drinks and good food. Definitely recommend to anyone landing in Toronto and definitely getting service from this young lady. Thank You Landed Tap House!

Blonde woman is very rude and unkind. Seems to be the norm because every other review shares the same experience. I thought they had food, and then didn’t want to walk to the 3rd floor and came back to sit at the bar area because I have a shoulder injury and couldn’t haul my stuff back and forth again (it was empty by the way with only 3 people) and she came back rudely asking if she could help me and proceeded to be even ruder. Unpleasant and disgusting behavior

Landed at Toronto airport and I went to sit down to wait for my ride at landed tap house and I met this young beautiful lady named “laurynn”and she was the best sadly I didn’t buy anything but she is a very very nice person and she made sure that everyone that came there was good and well taken care of and she did everything with a bright beautiful smile on her face. There’s more I can say about her but I think that y’all got the point…..

I sat down at the bar to have a drink. I paid and tipped right after ordering. Once I paid the bartender asked me to move my wheelchair out of the way because she was setting up for business. I asked her if I could keep it in the corner and also mentioned that I could move it if people start arriving. She wasn’t happy about it. No matter where you are you should be treated with respect. How can a wheelchair be in the way of an empty bar?

I just landed at "Landed" after a 13 hr flight & Christina was such an amazing server! I actually thought Christina was the owner she was so professional:) she kept a watchful eye on my luggage & covered my drink with a napkin:) I can't tell u how nice that is after a long journey...thanks Christina for making my day

The worst place ever… the customer service rep is the worst stopping everyone crossing the bar and rudely saying not to cross if they aren’t planning to buy something with the preconceived notion that they are going to sit at this 2.9 star bar. Posting the picture here just to for everyone to ensure to please avoid this bar as there are much better and respectable options around.

The blonde server is rude! After a long day of traveling and working 21 days straight i really just wanted a cold beer and relax before the next leg of my trip back home. Sadly I will not return and will happily spend my hard earned dollars else where. Noone should have to have a drink with their face in a Christmas plant past the edge of the bar. (LISA 460212)

We went with my friends to see a World Cup soccer game, the lady who attends took it out for no reason, we were all at the bar waiting to see it, we ask her to please put it back on and I make up an excuse about it. He then repeatedly asked us if we wanted another beer so we could go. Very bad attention, I do not recommend it and less if you are a foreigner

You guys don’t even deserve one star. There was a lady her name is catherin I don’t know if she lied about her name, but apparently all the reviews are about her and her attitude and how she is kicking people out even if they buy drinks from there which happened to me too. This is really worse place and customer service ever.

Service was great! Christina is so attentive and professional. She makes good drinks and provides great customer service. We had a terrible experience at the airport but her kind demeanor and friendly conversation really brightened our moods.

Great place to have a drinks between planes, varieties of choices and impeccable costumer service. Cristina was very helpful. She kindly responded to all our questions making our stay pleasant and enjoyable. I will be definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience at the bar waiting for my girlfriend to arrive her flight was delayed and I was sitting and the bar for hours without realizing the time even passed I was so grateful because I had a wonderful conversation with the bartender and a good drink …

Would rate it 0 stars if I could. Signs says wait to be seated by the staff are too busy talking to each other to even greet you let alone seat you. Weve been here half an hour and the waitress hasnt even stopped back to see how things are. Dont come here!

Blonde server very rude. Walked into the bar with a Tims coffee, said nothing about it until after we spent $30 here. Then made a big fuse about having tims product in the bar.

Great place to have a beer.. They have 3 drafts and some cans also.. Some cheese plates.. Regular price for airport.. Not only beer, but they have whisky, vodka, rum, etc..

Lisa the elder blonde bartender will tell you they closed 30 minutes ago and then proceed to pour a beer for her friend right in front of you. Very rude and disrespectful.

Expensive even for an airport and almost no beer selection considering it's called a tap house.

Absolutely disgustingly rude and staff. I should have checked google reviews first.

Flat Stella and fruit flies everywhere, not the most hygienic place for a beer....
