Pretty disappointed with this experience. I dropped several items off to be cleaned on 1/3. During drop off, I went through any defects of my items with the employee at the counter. There was only item I dropped off that was damaged and it was a cashmere sweater with a snagged hem that I’ve been meaning to get replaced. The employee said she made a note of this in their system. Upon pick up on 1/6, the employee at the counter informed me that there was a stain on an expensive Burberry dress that I dropped off that they could not get out. I explained to the employee that this stain was not there when I dropped my items off and I was upset about this damage. She told me that she could would have the owners reach out to me, but I still have not heard anything from anyone regarding this issue. The stain on the dress is on the front breast pocket. It appears as if the garment was caught in something and then tugged out which left black scrapes/streaks. This dress was a milestone gift from my husband and retails for more than my rent which makes the damage done to it that much worse. I’m really saddened by this experience and hope the owners eventually reach back out to me for a resolution. I was excited to switch to Lapel’s because of their eco-friendly dry cleaning method, but now I’m feeling like it is not worth the extra hassle if my garments will not be treated with care. There may be other locations to this business that are good, but I’m unsure if I would return to this one.

My sleeves were not cleaned many times. Not too bright of an employee, lack of customer service, extreme lack of critical thinking or solution oriented thinking, and combative and harassing owner. Four of my custom made shirts were misplaced. I was repeatedly told that the items were not in the system...”oh, well” mentality without any regard to its affect on me. How can items not be in the system for tracking purposes? At the very least, maybe employees should know how the system works to be able to provide more insight. A waste of my time. The owner constantly called, text, and emailed for days, and was angry when I didn’t respond to his incessant harassment. I didn’t respond because I wasted enough time and was busy. I certainly didn’t care to waste my time any further He continued to harass me, and finally sent an extremely nasty email upon email upon email for hours. I literally had to block his emails. If you don’t care if your shirts are not cleaned or possibly dealing with an unhinged and harassing owner, go for it. Otherwise, I’d avoid this place.

Someone recommended Lapels on Nextdoor. The counter person was helpful, pleasant and professional. I had a shirt laundered and a suit and blazer dry cleaned. It wasn’t loud and hot like some cleaners. They sent me a text when everything was ready. I expected it to cost much more than it did. Everything looks really nice. I’ll definitely use them again for laundry and dry cleaning. I think they offer other services as well. They gave me a $5 coupon toward next visit. Highly recommended. I believe these are all franchises so the owners take pride in their business.They’ve just made everything automated so I found it kind of fun.

I have used this location many times with good results, however, today was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. When the garment was dropped off the entire place wreaked of cigarette smoke. Hoping that someone had just finished a cigarette too close to the door, the garment was picked up this evening and not only did the place smell like cigarette smoke again, so did my garment. I tried to call to leave a message but there was no answering machine. I will NOT be going back. This is not acceptable. Not only am I highly allergic to cigarette smoke, but my expensive garment now smells like cigarettes.

All of my orders are to be folder. No hangers. So when I picked up my last order, nothing was folder and everything on hangers. The ticket clearly states folded. When i asked the store associate about clothes not being folded, her answer was that “this is the way we fold on hangers”. That stopped me. She did offer to take the order back and have my orders folded. I declined. I sent an email to the owner. He indicated that he had watched the incident on video. While I think they may doing the basic dry cleaning okay, this organization doesn’t have a customer service culture. It starts at the top.

I was told about Lapels by a good friend after having stains on a treasured tablecloth that I got from Provence, France years ago. (Hate to say this, but a grandchild is suspected of contributed something I couldn't identify). I was told that the main cleaner would give special treatment and sure enough! the piece is as beautiful as it has been for probably 20 years. Therefore, when my newest and much larger tablecloth received wine stains this past holiday season, I took it to Label's and it was perfectly done. Many thanks.

I had my wedding dress cleaned through this service, and it wasn’t fully cleaned the first time through. The owner of the company was very reasonable and offered a solution. He reached out to me and wanted to improve their service. They did everything they could to help. Even though we started with a problem, we ended up being able to fix it. I really do appreciate when a company is willing to help their customers, and that’s exactly what they did. Thank you to the owner and other staff.

I brought in my rehearsal dinner dress and my fiancés button up for the wedding and they came back with more smaller wrinkles in them than when I gave it to them. I tried to steam the wrinkles out of my dress but they’re so set in I’m having to take it to another dry cleaners. Oh and the button up had tons of pieces of lint on it when I picked it up and a few strands of hair. Normally I wouldn’t write a bad review but this is wedding attire that should have had better care

Really great service for a great price. Lapels is extremely easy to navigate and has an attendant there during regular business hours if there’s a problem. The fact that I can come and go as I please is one of the main reasons that made me try Lapels out. My clothes came out great! Even when the store accidentally threw out my garment bag, they made everything right by immediately taking action and ordering me a new one at no cost to me. Will definitely be going back!

I dropped off four sweaters for cleaning and asked for a price per piece. I was quoted "around $5 each" when I picked them up, the charge was $30 plus tax. There was no price list available and when I inquired about the difference the clerk, who wasn't the same person as when I dropped off, just shrugged and said, "That's what it is. You want em?" So the moral of this story is CAVEAT EMPTOR! And get a firm quote. I will look elsewhere in the future.

Always there to do a good job and they do! I am never happy with my bill when it comes any dry cleaners , to much for the amount of work , and I always want creases in all my slacks and my Jean's why do we have to ask for this ! I have having my Jean's creased foryears mainly before I wear them, so try to do better on this ! I do like establishment. I look for their coupons in my email because my fixed income I need this discount

I was very pleased with everything, from the customer service I received to quick turnaround. I liked receiving a text message also that my order was complete. I took my old cotillion dress in to get cleaned. It took them over a week to fully get it cleaned, but it was totally worth the wait! It looks brand new again and I am able to resell it. Thank you Lapels for your excellent work and great customer service! Instead of charging me cleaning services for a wedding dress(which technically it is) they charged me less since it was a cotillion dress. Always love a discount!

Took in my suit and a jacket for cleaning. Friendly staff and much faster turn-around than quoted, but... My blazer and pants were fine, but my suit jacket came back covered in lint, and there were creases on the coattails and a big pull on one of the sleeves that I couldn't see until I took off the plastic cover. This was my first, and last, experience with this company. Tread Carefully!

Airlines tossed my suite bag all around and everything had to be repressed Was able to get everything taken care of under 24 hours. so I could make it to my sons USAF Graduation ceremony down range... Not only did I get a text message sent to my phone, when the items were ready.. they also called me. Good luck getting service like this anywhere else. These people are awesome!!!

Cleanest storefront I've ever seen for a dry cleaning place! Very professional and efficient service. Best of all, VERY reasonable prices. I got a full suit dry cleaned for about $13. Unfortunately, I didn't live within their route for home delivery. Maybe soon! Will definitely be going back. Especially with their $5 off next order coupon they already sent me via email.

Prices are fair and they seem to get things turned around quickly. However, I have to iron the collar on all of my shirts because the hangers they use make shirt collars square. I remove the shirts from the metal hangers provided as soon as I get home but they’re still square. Having to iron dry cleaned clothes seems to defeat the purpose of dry cleaning.

When it was ready they GAVE me a 50% discount, because I had to waite.. I have NEVER had anyone do something like that before.. That tell you all you need to know about THEM 100% the Best !!

I have used Lapels several times without issue. This most recent visit was a little unfortunate due to my suit jacket getting lost. Chris was incredibly helpful and honest with me on what occurred. He replaced my suit for me without hesitation. I was very grateful for his kindness through a bad situation.

I love this dry cleaner! They use natural components so there’s never a chemical smell. They are courteous and fantastic at what they do and I receive a text when my things are ready. I’ve taken in blankets and throws and they always come back in excellent condition. Highly recommend!

Horrible service. Was told 3 different things about where my clothes were and when they would be ready. Uniforms none the less. Never going back and definitely suggesting not to go there unless you have a back up plan on Monday morning. Never even got a discount or a solid apology.

Very sweet people there. My Mother had died and I took all kinds of sentimental things of hers to be cleaned. Everything, no matter how fragile, was returned to me pristinely clean and handled with care and understanding of how it feels to lose a loved one.

The automated system is really cool, but the process needs improvement. As a customer, I want to have a receipt with an item count/record of what I am dropping off and what the estimated pickup date is. That's not currently part of the process.
