They use the lack of competence of their systems and your confusion from staying vague and not giving you important info. That you might keep getting tickets that make your court date fall in a on holidays for example and in my case I can't use the three options given in the ticket because I never showed up in their system so I have to go to court on the given day which has a very good chance of being a waste of time, so I have to be exponentially inconvenienced because I only have one of the three options I am supposed to get and since they are so vague on if they will be open on holidays I can easily see how you would think it's closed because if you don't look into it code enough it says they are closed on holidays and but online it also says the opposite. So if you aren't responsible enough to adjust your schedule so you can be there twice in a row you will end up paying full price for so the tickets and go to jail if you don't out can't afford to take care of the warrant, why do they expect you to be more competent then they are.

I'm not sure why I was scheduled to be in the courtroom at 9:20. Because it's currently 11:20. A full two hours later. And I've been sitting on a bench twiddling my thumbs literally the entire time. A judge can just leave the courtroom for an open-ended amount of time without announcing anything? That doesn't seem professional. Especially if the courtroom is half full of people waiting. It really seems like the judge only works 15-20 minutes out of every hour. Because twice now the judge has come in, handled maybe 4-5 cases, and then left for 40 minutes. When it was finally my turn, it literally only took 60 seconds to resolve my case. So, I had to wait TWO HOURS for something that only took ONE MINUTE?!?!?! Boy, I sure do hope my frustration is understandable.

It's really disappointed the people who works in this court. They must help you if someone doesn't know anything but they just want to get rid of you not solving anything... These are the people who works for us and they just don't care Traffic division owed me money and they didn't refund it .I spent more than year waiting for my refund and they just ignored. These people are not for serving us. These people are shame of the people who really looks for justice. Who is in charge to contract them. I think the same person who doesn't care anyone. Neglect people

Their new phone system is automated and when you go through all the prompts to get to a live attendant, which I needed to speak to one to find out if I can submit my payment via check, you get a response that says "you have reached a full mailbox, transferring to an attendant". So you get hope, right? But no, then it says "You have not dialed a valid specified (something or another), your call cannot be completed. Goodbye." and it hangs up on you. EVERY DAMNED TIME!!!!

Very rude talked to a lady name Judy you would’ve thought she was a judge the way she was talking I had to report her! Ppl fail to realize just because you have a ticket doesn’t make you a bad person & half the ppl that work there are minimum wage with more life problems than the ppl they speak with! I make 6 figures and still don’t speak to ppl that way! It’s a sensitive time now and ppl have way too many problems then to deal w/someone who hates their life and job!

I believe people working here do their job the best they can and some people rate unfairly for a service they are doing correctly. If we get a ticket is our fault and we are hold accountable. I don't rate 5 stars since the entire building could be cleaner and kept in best shape. Municipal court is closed on Fridays and it is important to know. Google shows they open at 8 AM when they open at 7:30 AM from Monday thru Thursday.

Judge Cara Campbell is a misogynistic judge. Even though there is compelling evidence of domestic abuse you have to actually take a picture of the person touching you. Two videos of someone dragging you out of the car is not enough. I guess I just fell out of the car myself. Don't yell or try to defend yourself, the bias towards law enforcement runs deep in the court system.

I go there frequently, have become friendly with a few of the Marshalls and Security Guards employed there, not to mention a few of the Court Clerks. All of whom are nice to reach person that walks through the doors, even though they know that most people who walk inside are there for nefarious-type acts that have them reason to come visit the Court House.

Super easy and fast to resolve all your situation relayed needs. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Be prepared to go through medal detectors. Shoes, belts off. Pockets empty. Other than that great fast and reoectfull environment. You can also resolve most issues online or on the phone if you address situations in advance. They make things super easy!!!!

There was no sign language interpreter. If there was I probably say not guilty. I said the first time not guilty. I didn't know they asked again. I didn't want to plea no constent. Homeless walking into that court room I was also tired. There was no talking in a separate room before that, to be clear of the options I had before seeing the judge.

Im kinda discouraged because you can't make payments on the phone anymore and can't pay the fine online. It gives an error message. I don't have time to take off work and this is the easiest option for me. Unless the courts pay for me to take a day off then that would work. Hopefully someone on here knows an option that i don't know about lol

All they care about is their money, they use their police force as their henchmen - following you for unpaid tickets by tracking your phone, armed people knowing exactly where you are all the time. They keep broke people in check by threatening them with jail time. Pure incompetence when it comes to protecting you in identity theft.

Made an appointment for 9:30 it took 2 hours for me to go to the front and ask what the heck was going on then she informed me she thought I was a walk-in after the first thing I said was I have an appointment at 9:30 if I could I give this place zero Stars I do not recommend. Will not come back unless I have to

I called into talk to the Clerk of the Municipal Court, spoke with Diliana. She listened to me well, answered all of my questions and we were off of the phone in only eight (8) minutes. Fast, professional, efficient, courteous and to the point. I am very impressed with the service received.

Southside entrance needs signs for people when they serve jury summons. The flow would be smoother. Plus at the check point thru security could be a little more professional. They(security)need to keep their comments to themselves and remember they represent the county when on the clock.

Went to their legal help office for evection and the lady was rude as can be she looked at me and said looked like your going to be homeless. When the guy lieing saying I am a guest that I never paid rent. They don’t care they can treat everyone like dirt bags! Hate this court.

  • j. erik D.D

Well, I think it's a good job, you only have to reduce the fine of non-license to a percentage of 50% less than what they charge. It must be understood that sometimes, due to the personal circumstances of each person, the license can not be obtained easily

  • Shannon Jones

Waited on hold for over 30 mins. When I finally got a clerk on the line she told me all was well and to show up for traffic court the following day. Unfortunately the following day was Friday and they're closed. Gee thanks. Very helpful

  • Mr. Skeltal

I have been trying to get in contact with them for WEEKS about a traffic warrant. I need to pay this ticket off, but they leave you on hold indefinitely. Last week I left my phone on hold for FOUR HOURS and my call was never picked up.

  • Stefan Bernal

Bailing a friend out of jail. Didn't really have any issues. All the people I talked to were very helpful and instructed me well. Hard to give this a bad review - I mean its government, cant expect it to be flawless and fluid.

  • Daxton Kopaunik

Placed on hold for 30 minuets, which I understand things get busy, but when they finally did pick up the lady had an awful sassy attitude. They need to take some lessons from the manners of Henderson City Municipal Court.

  • TheFinalBoss

People want $1600 for a simple traffic ticket and can't even pickup the phone! I'd rather turn in my license and wait for autonomous vehicles than pay a $1600 tax to help support the cities budget deficits!

  • Front Desk Admin

I called this court regarding our client's case and spoke with two ladies: Trish and Bronica, they are very nice and friendly, they walked me through the procedure which is really helpful. Thank ladies!

  • David Bell

Pretty smooth allthough hard to pay if system do not work or accept online payments one step forward thirty back terrible wasteful trip

  • Bob Pool

Great Marshalls, great staff, great judges. The parking situation could be better, but it's not horrible.

  • The Good Kind

Getting was easy. Nice and friendly. Thought the lady at the window was a little rude and condensing

  • Timothy Thompson

The building is clean. The officers are friendly and helpful. The judge I have is very nice!

  • Keith Hogan

  • A Ms Prince
