I was in a car accident in February of 2017. I went to my Doctors office and had X-rays and was given some medication for my injury to my neck and shoulder area. I went back to my Doctor with the same issues and I was recommended physical therapy. I went to physical therapy but the pain continued so after I finished my physical therapy I went to another therapist and chiropractor, I was instructed to get an MRI to which the findings was 4 herniated disks in my neck. I had never used a lawyer before so I called the insurance company myself and informed them of the findings, the insurance representative informed me that it could have been a preexisting condition and once my therapy was done the best he could do was an offer of five hundred dollars. I then was recommended to Mr. Latour, I met with him and gave him my information and he assured me he could help me. Help me he did, Mr. Latour was always available when I had a question and kept me well informed of anything new in my case. I ended up having to get some procedures done to my neck to relieve me of the pain I was having. My doctor wanted to do surgery and I opted out of (personal reasons). Mr. Latour sent a demand to the insurance company in which they came back with an offer of thirty two thousand dollars. I had another meeting with Mr. Latour and we discussed the offer. I declined the offer of the insurance company and let Mr. Latour do his job and WOW he is great at what he does not ten days after the offer of thirty two thousand the insurance company came back and paid the full policy of one hundred thousand dollars. When Mr. Latour called me with that information I was shocked. I went from an offer by the insurance company of five hundred dollars to one hundred thousand dollars and it was all do to the dedication and skills of Mr. Latour, I believed in him when he told me he could help and he was true to his word. I see all these lawyers on TV and on hear them on the radio but I bet they don’t answer you phone calls on their cell phone any time or just call you to see how you are doing and if you need anything well My Lawyer Mr. Latour does. I went from an offer of $500.00 to a settlement of $100,000.00 do yourself a favor if you are reading this review and need a lawyer make that call. January of 2015 I got into my first accident. I was instructed to go to the emergency room by my command. I was then advised that physical therapy would be in my best interest.
