I gave 2 stars out of respect for the fact Mrs and Mr pacman and for the mortal combat video arcade games inside. I also am quite fond of the super duper large washer (Only 2 though so cross your fingers your lucky enough to get one ) and the great deals they run on them on certain days ...... It's also a pretty tidy place and I like the fact there are two rows of folding stations from the back to the front of the buisness so ample room to fold...... I like nothing else about this place . I was in there tonight for my second time ever and am completely appalled at the treatment of myself and a few of the other patrons and will NOT ever go back. The woman was completely rude, not of any help to any of us with questions or either the dryers that kept eating money and not running, nor another woman who'd never been there and was unsure how to get a card and add money , the woman coulf not speak one lick of English and was also unsecessful at using her translator app on her phone. Not to mention she started locking the door at 9pm and would not let us out for even a break insisting they closed at 9 and to hurry up... The hours on Google clearly say 11;00 pm... She was the only one with a key with no way for Any patron to open and let us out or back In ....she even took her time felt totally trapped and like I and my laundry and business were not worthy for her and her rudeness and inability and unwillingness to help any one of us and locking the door and not allowing anyone in or out , hell friggen no. Will not ever recommend to anyone . Sorry, do way better ! Not cool at all!

This is my absolute favorite laundromat in Phoenix. It is always clean. There is an attendant on duty from 7:00 a.m. To 10:00 p.m. I feel safe leaving my laundry and going to the grocery store across the street or to grab a bite to eat. I'm confident that nothing will happen to your laundry or your stuff. Giselda is awesome always smiling and attentive, there to help with card issues and anything else you may need. There is even wifi, for free The only complaint I have ever had was they do have families and they close on Christmas eve and Thanksgiving eve new years eve early and are closed on those holidays. We all have families who we like to spend time with, so I so understand. On a serious note and f.y.i. the laundromat on oak and 32nd street is COMPLETELY garbage never go there your stuff will get stolen and nobody cares.

Been using Launderland for 2 years but no more. They raised their prices on the washing services without any signs to inform anyone. she pointed to 1.50 and added my laundry pounds up. I thought it was more because it was towels and a blanket.... oh no was I wrong! When I went to pick it up she was trying to tell my husband I didn't pay! .....All said and done they charged way extra on top of the $/lbs. It was a shock factor on the extra price and the way they were acting towards us. Also upsetting because I know hands down we always give high gratuity, to show appreciation. so I was just thrown back by the way she was treating us when we came to pick up. Also I must say she wasn't the usual attendant and also the facility is always so very clean!! But oh well on to the next....

The attendant lady on duty apparently was having a bad day. She went off on my wife because she thought we were using 2 karts and its 1 per household. We took our little push kart full of dirty clothes so we grabbed one of their metal karts to transfer the clean clothes to the dryers. Pettyfull. Also, most of the dryers were out of order and multiple people were trying and trying to get them to work by inserting the money card into the slot and not working. They had to wait till we were done drying our clothes for them to be able to use a proper working machine. Not a pleasant experience. However, we're going to try them again. We really like the way the washing machines work. Hopefully next time everything is in proper working order and attendant lady had her snickers.

I am in the area for work and need to wash some of my belongings. I searched for a close laundromat to my hotel. I walked and was immediately greeted by a lovely woman. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place. Gisella assisted with change to purchase a card and explained how to reload. Throughout my time, they were constantly cleaning the floors and machines. The other patrons, were friendly and kind. I love that there are video games and snack machines. This place is great and I would recommend this place to do your laundry. They also have wash and fold! i wish i had seen that earlier! ☺️ Thank you ince again Gisella!! You are so sweet!

Our dryer broke down, so we googled the closest coinless laundromat and found this one. I Pull up && as I’m bringing down the laundry from my vehicle, this lady tells me that it’s too late && I can’t wash. I told her that I wasn’t going to wash && that I was going to dry. I had 5 loads to dry && she insists that it’s too late to wash. I told her in Spanish && English that I just had to dry && didn’t need to wash. The sign on the door says last wash is at 9 pm but the laundromat closes till midnight…..according to the sign on the door. According to the website on google it closes at 11 pm….

Y'all need to come to this laundry if you want a nice clean place they have state-of-the-art washers and dryers clothes come out fresh and clean every time they also have a wonderful attendant who helps you with all your needs and if you choose to drop off your clothes to get wash dried and fold they do that too while your clothes are being washed you can kick back play some old fashioned arcade games watch TV in an air conditioning facility, I hope family comes here we make it a family day LOL

A clean, well lighted, laundromat, with 1, 2 and 3 load washers and large dryers. No cash needed. You buy cash cards of what ever value you want, then use them for your washer and dryer. Recharge the card when it gets low. What I like about this arrangement is that the card doesn't determine how long the washer or dryer will run. You buy the time just like you used to when using cash the old way. For me, the location is handy for the bus, with bus stops at the corner.

Their money machine took my $5 just as it said "time expired", and nobody could give me my $5 back. So I'm just out $5! That's gotta come out of my grocery money. They told me I need to come back tomorrow early in the morning to see someone who might help me. But I work tomorrow early. The man who translated for me was very nice but his news was not good. My trust is broken, and I'm already out $10. The $5 I had already put on my card, and another $5 that it ate.

Trading my cash to facilitate the laundromats plastic was a little confusing. Instructions were kinda "Best directions no habla englas" Just kidding, once I figured out how it worked it actually gave you bonuses. I.E. for $10 you'll get $11 in plastic like a little laundry only debit card. $20 nets you $22 in a laundry debit card. You keep your card for the next time you need to do laundry. Kinda commits you to this laundromat.

Had to come do all my linens, large comforters etc and decided to use commercial washer. First n foremost this place is clean clean. All the washer and dryers look new. It's bright, wide open and sketchy people free. Employee greeted me as I walked in and offered her assistance, such a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this laundromat, plus I noticed there's free WiFi and it's open 24/7 for emergencies. Definitely a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my first time coming to this laundromat. I cane to wash and dry three down comforters. The place was very clean. The staff (Martina) was so sweet and helped me work the large washers before I even asked for help. She also stepped me through loading a card with money. It was nice and cool inside so long as you strategically stood beneath a ceiling air vent. I’d recommend this place.

It’s a friday morning here at the launderland with my son just taking care of our weekly loads when a man comes by and drops off a bike that was left at the bus stop around the corner so i did what any reasonable person would and bust out the disinfectant wipes to sanitize this bus stop kids bike. This has been our laundry mat of choice for awhile due to the cleanliness and great service !

I liked it but be aware that you need exactly $1 for your first card, and the bathrooms are closed from 10:30pm-7am. There are no change machines or atms, so bring small bills. The laundromat is super clean with very few sketchy people (despite the area). The machines work well. They are a bit more expensive than nearby places, BUT happy hour is 30% off washes from 1-5am.

Been using Launderland for 5 years but no more. They raised their prices on the washing services without informing anyone. No posted increase, just telling customers they will charge $15 to wash a blanket on top of the price per pound. They also charge you a $3 fee on top of your laundry per pound. Used to be great but I'll be going elsewhere.

Relatively clean place. I've never had issues with staff or people. But you do have to consider the location.. Also, it is open until midnight; HOWEVER, they close the doors at 9PM, the last load you can do is at 9PM. So I'd personally say their hours are until 9PM. Unless you are already here before 9PM, don't bother coming in any later.

My first time ever visiting this laundromat. They use the card system instead of coins to operate the washers and dryer’s. During my visit today there were a lot of people there but it was plenty of washers, dryer’s and folding tables available. The Attendant was extremely helpful and courteous to me. I highly recommend this laundromat!

More costly than a few other laundry spots ive been too but this one is the cleanest. Never have issues here. The staff are good and helpful. The only issue is the card you need to start the machines doesnt always work. Trying to get it to start after 5x is ridiculous. And lately a bunch of machines have been out of order.

Stayed at a local resort ~15 minutes away. $12.25 for a single shirt and laundry is returned at 6 PM next day. Launder Land charges by the pound. Paid about the same as a single shirt for an entire bag of laundry for drop-off service ready the next day at 10 AM. Highly recommend! Great service and price!!!

Just moved in neighborhood my washer and dryer haven't arrived and needed some clean towels. This place is so convenient. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The laundry assistant was very friendly and attentive. I am going to come and wash my larger items even when i get my washer and dryer..

This laundromat is very clean. The machines work well and they offer giant dryers. The laundry tenant, Giselle, is very helpful. She is hard working and kind to the customers! She has no problem helping new people with directions on how to use everything. I recommend this place to everyone!

Laundromat does not close until 12am but you can't put in a wash after 9pm. I purchased a card to wash and I haven't been able to use it because they changed the last wash hours from 10pm to 9pm now. So inconvenien. If you need to wash late this is not the place to wash your clothes.

Nice, clean and plenty of machines are working. They have washers with tumblers for $1.39 and really big washers for comforters and bed spreads. They use a laundry card that you load with cash bills of 1s 5s 10s and 20s. Its nice , I like it here

Launder Land is the absolute best place for laundry on this side of the valley! The machines are priced well, everything is clean, and there is even free Wi-Fi! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs to find a laundromat!

Staff are always very friendly, and it is one of the cleanest laundromats that I have ever frequented. I only come to wash our big floor size rugs, and it’s super affordable, other laundromats charge $40-$80 to clean rugs of this size.

I have been coming here for several years and not once have I ever had any kind of problems with the machines or staff that work here. They have all been very polite and helpful. I will not ever go anywhere else to do my laundry!!!!!

All the machinery and equipment is normally in working condition, clean and ready to use by next customer. Sometimes card for payment option doesn't work but the on shift staff is ready to assist always.

My washer broke and we had to wait a week and a half for the new one to be delivered. Took a load here for wash and fold and was very pleased with the price and quality of service, definitely recommend!
